......i never wanted a Scream 4......but with all the originals back, it just might work and wipe that nasty taste out of my mouth that was left from the 3rd one.

I've read the book too. I've also read Vertigo, it's good too. It has this whole middle section that the movie lacks, with Scotty in France I think it was. The time period between his losing one woman and finding another (if you know what I mean here you'll understand) is a lot longer than the movie.
