The way I know my brain chemistry is off is because when I work out, I feel pissed and angry and wrathful towards the world. None of that happy serotonin shit. I wish everyone was dead.

And it's not like that anger fuels my workouts...instead it drains me of energy...I feel tired and depressed and weak and just want to go home.

It's like, I'm killing myself working out and I see no results...and then I see all these huge assholes at the gym, buff and full of energy, doing it all so effortlessly, and I think what's the point? And I get angry.

And then I think to myself, why am I doing this in the first place? It doesn't make me happy. Oh, it's so I can attract WOMEN. Everything I ever do is so I can attract women. Fuck them. What do I need them for? Then I become wrathful towards them.

Of course, I'm attracted to attractive women, so it's only fair that I become attractive to them as well...but, fuck. It's not like any of the less attractive women find me attractive, either. And I see ugly dudes with hot women all the time, so where's the explanation there? It all goes back to my social retardism. I can't talk to women. And I'm intimidated by them. Well, workouts gotta be done gradual.But tip I gave about Mike Mentzer's theory on it WILL save you YEARS & alot of energy.Just focus the hate on making a muscle grow.Don't let other shit distract you from that focus.Strength comes way before size too.Just do it gradual.Start at home too with dumbbells & barbel....gyms can psyche you out as a beginner.Depends on wether bigger guys are assholes too.If ones ok & helps ya out,inspires,then thats cool,but alot are just assholes.

All right, I just finished "jerking" out (since working out is essentially masturbation, without the payoff), so I'm in a pissy mood again. I'll spoiler the rest so the majority don't have to put up with my constant useless whining.

Yeah, I've been putting the high weight, low rep rule into effect. Problem is, I'm so weak that the highest weights are still low. You don't know how humiliating it is when I get out from an exercise machine on 100lbs or so, then the next musclebound meathead purposely pulls out the pin, in an all haughty mood or whatnot, and shoves it all the way at the bottom of the weight stack. Might as well shove it up their ass! Makes me feel like a pathetic, puny loser. It's not until you see a fat dude weaker than yourself struggling to pump weights. Then you actually start feeling good about yourself...yeah, I'm better than him... :-P (Doesn't happen very often, though!) Already half my energy is expended just thinking about that and how pointless it is for me to further continue...denying myself the foods I want to eat (I already spent $150 on whey protein powder and that stuff tastes like shit), forcing myself to go to the gym against my will, not seeing any results...and STILL feeling empty and alone at the end of the day. Hard work may pay off in the future, but as for the now, I remain jaded and unconvinced that anything will ever 'work out' for the better.

Mostly I'm just trying to lose weight, though. Fatness tends to run in the family, so I'm trying to beat the odds. The more I workout, the hungrier I get, and so ironically I'm now fatter than I was before. The amino acids don't do anything to control hunger, it's just for muscle mass. But if I try to restrict my diet, I get hunger pains that turn into debilitating headaches and I'm out for the count. And I'm a piss-poor eater too, when it comes to food choices.

As for da wimmen (WHORES!), I guess I'm forced to go read The Game (http://www.amazon.com/Game-Penetrating-Secret-Society-Artists/dp/0060554738) and learn to deceive them playing by their own rules...teaches you how not to come off strong, keep them at a distance, push them away (insult), pull them back (compliment), and essentially manipulate them into falling for you. Yeah, diet is everything. I've heard that over and over again. I'm not self-disciplined enough to restrict myself to high protein, low carbs or whatnot. Especially when I get depressed and I become an emotional eater...(that happens a lot more than you think, given my situation).

I've been working out consistently, however, for the past 3 months. 4 days of weight training, 7 days of cardio. I may have an increase of strength, but the only size increase I've noticed is my gut. Pretty fucking discouraging after all that hard work. And I STILL see fat fucks with beautiful model looking babes, so fuck it!

China has remade it a number of times, and we all know the Magnificent Seven did it. I guess doing it again again is okay as long as it's not in the Samurai genre. It's wasn't an original idea when Kurosawa did it but he made it his own, and I wil always see it as the one to watch. I'd watch anything with Mifune and Kurosawa together.

I know there's an anime called "samurai 7" but I bet it's terrible.

Lucas wanted Mifune to play Obi-Wan Kenobi, he'd speak Japanese with subtitles but they weren't able to get a hold of him in time and would probably be too
expensive anyway.

I heard that Kurasawa wanted to do a Godzilla movie but Toho feared he'd go way over budget and said no.

I done gone finished the Street Fighter ya'all forwarded to me and so far it's a 0% uploaded and fluxing between 1 month and infinity time to finish.
I narry have a problem with this safe for the fact that some torrent sites requare you to upload approx. the same amount you downloads.
