Go see it. it's a fun film. I've only seen it in Italian (for some reason my DivX is in italian. never bothered me though. even if I don't understand a word, I still understand the story :awsm:.). The actors are good, Luther is creepy as fuck, and there's good tension, well maintained through the film. I'd give it a 3.5 or 4 Doc faustus has a gang out of 5.

There, I watched The Warriors............. so much cheese. :facepalm: I don't know where I stand on this movie. I do love the dark wet city setting, but these kids.... Seriously..... You Warriors are good. Real good.... but most of you have been dumb as hell all night long. :notgood: Awful dialogue, real bad fight scenes, decent music..... Everything about this movie screams at me that I should like it.... but I don't know if I can. So many things that I thought should happen in the fights, or things to do, or ways to avoid things.... that they just don't think of, and one thing that was so damn BLATANT that several of the guys were just to stupid to realize.... I just can't turn my brain off of tactical fight mode to enjoy it thoroughly. Although, to the movies credit, there were a couple things happened directly after I said it, so points for that. So much 70's hair ; ; 3.5/5 - 7.5/10

Well, Odin Sphere is a side scrolling action game with a GREAT, if odd, story.
The combat is your standard a beat-em-up but with combos, magic, and there's a leveling and crafting system that's pretty easy/neat to use.

Even the voice acting is pretty good in that 'over the top because someone was watching too much Telemundo: Norse Edition'.

And the OST, mmm...sexy.


O, yeah, and the graphics are punkin' AMAZING...

But, seriously, Cross Edge is one of those 'love or don't like it or justify saying you like it because you spent the money on it already/you REALLY wanna be a hipster'.

It's not the WORST GAME EVER...but it's a pretty weak when compared to other NIS games.
And, lets face it, it's no Namco X Capcom which is/was probably one of THE MOST enjoyable cross-universe RPGs I've ever played.

There, I watched The Warriors............. so much cheese. :facepalm: I don't know where I stand on this movie. I do love the dark wet city setting, but these kids.... Seriously..... You Warriors are good. Real good.... but most of you have been dumb as hell all night long. :notgood: Awful dialogue, real bad fight scenes, decent music..... Everything about this movie screams at me that I should like it.... but I don't know if I can. So many things that I thought should happen in the fights, or things to do, or ways to avoid things.... that they just don't think of, and one thing that was so damn BLATANT that several of the guys were just to stupid to realize.... I just can't turn my brain off of tactical fight mode to enjoy it thoroughly. Although, to the movies credit, there were a couple things happened directly after I said it, so points for that. So much 70's hair ; ; 3.5/5 - 7.5/10

Keep in mind the movie was made in the late 70s. that means no over-choreographied fight scenes, and the director, Walter Hill, probably wanted to give the fight scenes a sense of "reality". As for dumb...they're gang members... not geniuses.

I guess I like the fight scenes because they remind me of the few real fights I've been in. the inelegant brawling shown here is much more realistic than all those fights scenes with shaky cams,fancy moves and lots of editing.

MadWorld is GREAT fun, but the visual style does bug me (I get lots of headaches so, that's probably the reason).

MadWorld got HYPED to hell, but it's a nice beat-em-up with an interesting graphical style brutal combo/killing deal (think The Punisher for PS2).

Revenant Wings is sloppy as shit. You'd think a RTS-ish game would be great on DS, but no. The units are so small and hard to select without picking at least a clump of them at a time.

Yup, 555 is an alternate ending. Which is good, because 555's ending is my least favorite thing about it, and Paradise Lost is my favorite rider movie. :D
