I fucking hate being sick, mostly because it makes eating and sleeping more difficult. 2 of my favorite things. I do everything possible to avoid it. I went in to fix an ingrown toenail and the doctor was surprised I was still in-town since the last time he saw me was like 6 years before that.

I finally got out to see Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, and to my bewilderment, any of the music featured in the original soundtrack doesn't sound at all like it's supposed to. When they arranged the CD, some Dumbfuck decided: "Hey, let's speed up the whole score 10% so we can fit even more useless filler on there than we had already!"

Why, I ask you? Why in all the universe did they think that was a good idea? Why???...why?...why. I am losing faith in Hans Zimmer. There wasn't even that much great action music missing off the score aside from the train sequence. It's just that Why would you mess with the very speed, one of the most vital components of music??

I think there are clips of the movie that you'd be able to look up for reference. It's all uniform meaning that if you find the right speed for one track, it'll go for all of them. At least that's what I assumed. Wouldn't it be hell if they just went nuts and and weren't consistent with the speeds they adjusted the tracks to. I'd considered just fixing it all up myself, and maybe even giving some of the tracks proper fade-outs (but that wouldn't allow me to give the following tracks proper fade-ins though). If you could do it, O Great Fapper to Audio, that would be super awesome.
