I collect for fun, not for money, so I'm not an expert, but at a glance I don't see anything that looks valuable. With older comics, the big money is generally in stuff that's mint or near mint from the 70's or older, though a slightly beat-up copy of something like Detective Comics #27 is probably still worth a pretty penny. Once people realized they had values as collectibles, they started buying them to save/preserving them, which hurt their market as collectibles. :laugh:

The best way to make money with comics is to buy up #1's and variant covers right when they come out and put them straight up on ebay. Lot of people made a killing on DC's new 52 stuff when stores everywhere were selling out.

I'd still take a glance at ComicsPriceGuide.com - Online Comic Book Price Guide (http://www.comicspriceguide.com) just in case

Should add that acclaimed out of print stuff is also very pricey. The cost of Alan Moore Miracleman makes me weep. But, even out of print comics often go for very cheap. I got all of the original Amethyst series for like...$12, because no one but me even remembers Amethyst.

I love the story the son tells the dad in the hospital.

And the mom & dad in the tub together is so heartwarming/breaking.

I have been listening to the MGS4 soundtrack with cutscene dialogue (the sfx cant be removed unfortunately) and I wonder why they never released all of the music. So many good themes left out and others changed too much from their ingame equivalents.

I really wish they were dialogue free, so I could have used them in 10 songs.

I avoided SH2 spoilers for years and years AND YEARS and I'll always be grateful, considering how much the game means to me.

Nothing in gaming has ever touched the raw, visceral feeling of James sitting in that chair and True kicking in. The opera in VI can still make me cry, but that's something I've felt every time, bloodying my intestines. Not sure Doc would feel it the same way I do, since it's very symbolic for me and things I've done.

Also, it's interesting to note that the series has a way of putting in a spoiler at the beginning of games you'd never pick up on. The static. The static. The radio says "James, why did you kill me?" after he walks out of the underpass. When Travis is talking to the other trucker, you can hear him say "Maybe you could keep a girl, if you weren't always going on about how you lost your parents."

XIII's looks just like it, except it's a foldout soft-pak. But, it's thick as hell, so it's just as sturdy. I really should put them somewhere with my soundtracks for SH2 and 3. They're just sitting in from of my tv with Agri and Eri, atm.

Even with very limited internet access I couldn't avoid getting spoiled on VII. I didn't get a PSX till VIII, though, so I had to wait for the PC version anyways. It was still pretty shocking even knowing what was coming. I am not the biggest fan of VII, but I still think it had a pretty great first disc.

Once I was playing Scattergories with some people and someone put my friend's name down for "something brown". It was an awkward moment.

I like playing with people who answer really dumb things and then try to defend them. My brother once put down "meat" for a college major starting with an M and kept fighting for it until I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe.

It's a pretty fun game. One of the only board games I can frequently get people to play with me. I like all those weird board games with instructions it takes forever to figure out.

Does anyone know (Cuckoo or Sparky?) if there was a longer Kick Ass score with the John Murphy stuff on it? That was the reason I re-watched the damn film, to hear it. It reused one from his Sunshine score. The one I have has only 7 tracks by him. I'd think he did more than that.

3. That should kick you right into the project, but if not, select it



4. It'll look like this:



5. Drag in a pic.



6. Look like this:



7. Click this shit:



8. Pick a song by scrolling or searching.



9. Drag and drop that shit.



10. Copy and paste the image from the box where it is in iMovie (top left) enough times to cover the entire song being played.



Futz around with it. It is like dragging and resizing an image to shorten how long the pic shows when you're tweaking the end to match the song's length.

11. Select Export Movie



12. Pick your options and name it a final time.



13. Upload the mp4 to the Tube.

I'll need to do some grinding. As soon as I can find some place that will be safe to do so. The field was tough on me.

Yeah, grind a bit near South Figaro. There's a house, to the north, in between where you'll come out of the cave and the mountain you'll eventually head to.

Don't grind in the desert. Just. Do. Not. Getting paralyzed is not fun. I've never had the game paralyze both, but it could happen. It could :notgood:
