And he'll have to update only with the HP website. And they'll usually only have 1 or 2 updates.

My laptop lost support and can't update its graphics since 2008. It's a 2007 model, but Nvidia got sexy right after.

I can use the BETA drivers... but it has its issues every now and then. And since Vista is going to be as null as WinXP/2000/2002/98, it's a good chance this labtop will be classified as an archaic museum artifact.

I'm so used to fending for myself. I keep the first aid sprays to myself and that solves the only problem I have with Sheva. Cunt uses any healing item the second she gets it. I have 100s of sprays, so she can fuck around with the herbs she finds all she wants.

I kind of read it as a last ditch effort to make Community successful? And if it flops, they'll be pretty close to syndication numbers. Think they're 17 away, so they'd just need 4 additional episodes.

But really, all Community needs is a better timeslot. When it came back and BBT was in reruns, it had great ratings. Better than almost everything on NBC. Everything they put in the Thursday 8pm timeslot gets awful ratings, and I feel like they blame Community's weirdness for everything instead.

Community is ridiculously ambitious, and I credit Dan Harmon for that completely. The episodes where they just go nuts and everything somehow comes together are the most magical television I've ever seen. Abed's Cougartown monologue in Critical Film Studies is the sort of thing I can't believe they got away with- I read somewhere it was three pages long- but I'm riveted every time I watch it. No one else even tries to do the sort of stuff it does, and that's what makes it special.

I don't think Community will be bad when it comes back- some of the writers are still around, the new showrunners have done solid work, and the cast is so good- but I think some of that magic will always be gone. It's heartbreaking. I hope Harmon is on good terms with some of the writers so that he can contribute a little. He's said he doesn't plan on it, but anyone who's read much of what he says know that he puts his soul into that show, and I hope he can't leave it behind completely.

Looking forward to his new Adult Swim show, but man. :sad: I was in such a great mood about Community too.


The dlc and patching shenanigans are fucking bullshit, but I still really love a lot of the games from this generation.

I actually think dlc is pretty neat, but I think that has to do with most of the games I play. Lots of free dlc, and lots of story stuff or extra characters. Really hate how dlc has replaced unlockable content in fighting games, though. I liked earning that content. Even if everything was free, it's not as fun to download it.

that's quite understandable. he's not getting any younger, and I don't expect him to top the stuff he did in Armour of god 2 or in Police Story. I wonder if it's possible to find an exhaustive list of the injuries he suffered over his career. would probably put any wrestler/martial artist/stuntman/Crazy suicidal maniac to shame.

If you have trouble reading long stuff on a computer screen, books on a tablet might bug your eyes too? Kindle screen is so great. Pretty sure Nooks have the same thing.

I think tablets are the ideal way to read comics, though. :D

It might be all right. It might not.

Something like The Walking Dead could have been in danger of losing it's quality when it lost it's chief showrunner. Well...it did....a bit. But that was mostly due to budget cuts.
