I've pretty much given up on any form of sweets since the beginning of this year in favor of fruits. Now to do the same thing with pastries and cookies will be harder. otherwise my meals are pretty healthy: smaller portion, but better stuff (lots of vegetables too.).

I've decided to try to be at around a 100kg by the end of summer. lots of walking in sight too.

Blarg. I didn't have any smart or "real" teachers. At least none of them really covered Native American culture in a manner that sounds more like propaganda.
For the most part, they just read out of a text book, gave us routine exercises, quizzes and tests.

Well I've got a nice book store that recently became a pickup point for JC Penny orders though it has thinned the stuff on the shelves and got rid of the sex books section. There's a small book store downtown and a comic shop which is where I got the Avatar comic. Plus there's 2 used book stores. Though one of them has mostly romance and westerns. I can rarely get to the town 20 minutes away which if way bigger and better stocked in all their stores. They've got some sizable book stores.

Good lord. In what universe is it okay to keep using NetLoad for files over 50mb?

Most uploaders seem to think that if they pay for a Premium account for NL that everyone else will to.
It's not as reliable as it once was, considering it had slow speeds, but you were still able to download the entire file before connection was lost.

Now when you use NL for free, for any file over 5kb, the connection is doomed to be cut and you'll be stuck with an hour countdown timer before JDownloader tries to download it again at a snails pace.

This is ludicrous.

I just may have to give in and get a Premo account.

It's an event where BD friends show up at Cuckoo's place, look at the BD's, exchange (lend/borrow) and talk about the different releases.

For instance, the Theatrical release of LotR trilogy on BD has a different coloring timing than the extended trilogy on BD.
One tends to have a more subtle greenish hue, while the other has a blueish hue.

And then there's stuff like Memento, first release and then the 10th anniversary edition where Nolan stepped and overlooked the second release personally.

Alien quadrilogy, it's been discussed here before. Jean-Pierre Jeunet getting screwed over his screwy movie :laugh:

Equilibrium got about 3 different releases.

Only one of them supersedes the prior in terms of video transfer and audio quality.

One has the best video compression and detailed tweaks while the others have too much DNR and other craptastic effects.
Two of them, I believe, have the lossless DTS-HD Master Audio format, whereas the third has only the AC3 core @640kbps.

Scream 1 generally has a single release and it, too, suffers from DNR and sharpness effects. Haloing around the moon is extremely observable.
More like an upscaled VHS and quite similar to watching it on DVD through an upscaling DVD player.

I just want to see Ankh's Kangaroo exercises.

I don't feel particularly complete w/o seeing the HBV. T-N haven't done Ryuki's because it has """Agito""" in it, and that's one of the best just for Bizarro Ouja. I still don't know how you can have Shouichi-kun on tv in Ryuki and not his voice in the HBV.

I really don't think these guys would be opposed to dropping by a studio for an hour. Kenzaki wouldn't :mad: I bet at this point they don't even ask them besides always dragging Shoutarou and Philip in all the time (not that I'm complaining about that).

It's not like the US where people try to distance themselves from that either. Being in a major toku series is a pretty big deal, and most of these guys seem proud of their parts. Most of the time, when people don't come back for stuff, it's just because of scheduling conflicts. Voice work seems like it would be easy to squeeze in. They did it for a bunch of Decade characters.

The only actor I can think of who's said anything negative at all about their time on a toku series is Odagiri Joe, and he just said something about Kuuga being a really hard/stressful character to play. He's also talked about how great he thinks the show is, so I don't think he thinks badly of the role. Takeru Sato had a lung collapse during Den-O and he still came back a bajillion times. :laugh:

I'm not even asking for anything close to what (I assume) Decade would require (based on Gokaiger). Across huge spans of years. They have the senshi on contract to come back to do the team-ups.

Of course, Rider team ups aren't as frequent unless you're Den-O.

The roll-call in 40th Ann'y was okay, since they only had V3 speak. Was that the original? Were Ichigo and Nigo?

I don't think I'd personally plan anything extensive, for the simple fact that getting people back is hard and who you are going to get is spotty by its very nature. If you want to do a talk show/documentary with who you can get, that's freaking awesome. But, maybe I'm just way too sentimental about the whole anniversary thing. IF YOU CAN'T DO IT RIGHT, DON'T DO IT AT ALL. BLAAAAAAARGH. Which probably isn't how a lot of people think. They'll take what they can get.

It was a lot better, but I was destracted by how awesome the animation was during the new scenes and how the original scenes remained almost untouched.
