Most of the rest either look like crap now or are glorified statues that fall apart when you look at them funny
McFarlane's toys were much like his comics, image without substance. They were shoddily made. Often times we'd get a large shipment and almost all of the tougher ones would already be broken in the case. Arms and legs would fall off if you looked at them funny. The packaging was so cheap that heavier figures had to be retaped into their boxes. (Eventually McFarlane changed to a heavier grade, completely encased package that solved this problem, and solidified their real function, to never be opened.)
Nice paint though, and they forced all the other toy makers to upgrade to compete. Modern figures only look as good as they do because of McFarlane's drive.

There's a Tom at the site me and Marceline work at so sometimes that gets confusing at first glance.
