I'm a little behind....Just now downloading the Marco Beltrami suites. WIll give ya feedback when I listen.

I too have not gotten around to downloading them yet. They're on my queue, things have just been so chaotic lately. I'm not familiar with any Beltrami (save for Scream), so I'm quite excited to delve into a sample of a new composer's filmography.

That is the most depressing motivational poster I have ever seen in my life.

I deem him "budarc 2."

Nice and suave.

not a problem.....i made it, so that you can listen to maybe 1 or 2 suites at a time. As I found, while double-checking, (like Howard Shore) Beltrami can get kind of too heavy in large doses.

I did another listen to the 2nd and 3rd disc and might actually keep them as they are, but have yet to listen to the 1st disc again, but am aware that their is a loud buzz in Mimic....so i'll have to re-rip the disc and start from scratch again with that one.

After that (and possibly any other problems with the 1st disc) I'm going to create some artwork for it and re-up 'em on my Cuckoo's Compilations thread.

Cuckoo's Compilations thread.

Ah yeah, there is a blip at about 7 minutes in Mimic.
At 7:08 is what I heard.
Otherwise good job. I have been skipping around the disks kind of randomly to be honest when I get time to listen to it.
Good job though.

I like that I have the unhappiest bag.

that's when Neg started comparing us to the "twins".....still haven't figuired that one out, but I suspect it had something to do with Transformers...or the cartoon or something.

Dearest budarc,
I snagged your mix of the "Hello Zepp" variations from Saw.....i don't remember the theme...I even owned the 1st saw soundtrack when it came out, but i think i used to wipe my cat's bum with it....but it can't be all bad if you went through the trouble to compile them, considering (if I recall), you don't like horror movie music all that much.

unless you're just weird.......and sir, if i may be frank, you are.

Sincerely,
Dakota Fanning

Thanks for fucking downloading it, Ms. Fanny. All that work and zero recognition from any of those VGM fuckers. ;) Yeah, the first time I actually became aware of the Saw theme was a few weeks ago in the trailer for "The Box," where my gf of all people pointed it out to me. I was completely surprised because she is admittedly ignorant of movie scores and does not begin to understand my obsession. Anyway, the original "Hello Zepp" track (cut #3 on my comp) is pretty much all you need, since after compiling and listening to the entire goddamn thing I can't tell one track from the other. :loldata: Ah well, it's a good piece, a nice sustained build of suspense (kind of stressful when you're listening to variations on it for an hour straight), and always reminds me of Clint Mansell's "Requiem for a Dream," which can't be a bad thing.

EDIT: By the way, Saw 6 was the usual expected shit, in case any of you were wondering. Of course, I don't really watch those movies for the quality (the first one was the only worthy entry in my opinion); I'm just a gorehound through and through.

I only saw the first 3 Saw films......it ran out of steam after the 2nd one........the first one could have been quite good if it wasn't for the horrible acting courtesy of Cary Elwes and Danny Glover.....wow....just terrible. My buddy and I were laughing the whole way through the first film in the theater when we saw it......i think we pissed off the rest of the theater :loldata:

isn't it weird how Ms. Fanning would do something so rude and vulgar like wiping a cat's ass with a CD? or even make use of the word 'snagged'?

what a bitch.

I thought Saw 1 was a great movie when I first saw it (on DVD)...I thought Cary Elwes was awesome in it. It was so good, I even watched it twice in a row. Then Saw 2 came out...and it ruined everything. Now I just watch each new one every year to get more and more disappointed. It's funny, I just rewatched the first one for the first time last week...and I didn't think it was that great anymore. The sequels actually ruined the whole thing for me.

i hate how sequels do that for alot of movies.

Even the first Hostel I quite enjoyed.....and then i saw the second one and was like "what the fuck?"

ahhh....torture porn......a sick unhealthy way to unwind.

I loved the 1st Halloween (Carpenter version) and have watched it like 20 times.....but I have yet to see any of it's sequels, because I don't want the 1st one ruined. Well...that's a lie, I saw Halloween 4 like 20 years ago....but it was so long ago, and that was before i began to appreciate horror movies, so it doesn't count.

Same goes for Elm Street films....i only saw the 1st one and New Nightmare......the 1st one was a classic....and that's it......New Nightmare sucked like Ron Jeremy's 'friends'.

My movie collection has most of the horror movie franchise's 1st films, but usually nothing after, except for the Scream films and the first 2 Hellraisers. I have all 3 Scream films......only to have it possibly ruined by Scream 4 next year.

after all that, i like me a good horror film.........it's ..... comforting.

Yeah, I agree with you on Hostel. It wasn't that the second one was bad, it was just like, what the fuck?

I've seen all the Halloweens and they only get worse as they go on. The third one was actually kind of interesting since it was a departure from the series. But yeah, you'll never beat the first one. Stick to that.

Nightmare on Elm Street is actually a franchise that I enjoy. The reason is, it's supposed to be cheesy, so viewed in that light they're all not that bad. New Nightmare ruined it for me though (the whole movie within a movie aspect)...and Freddy vs. Jason was interesting for all of 5 minutes. Speaking of Friday the 13th, those movies are the worst. Even the first one sucked.

Agreed on Scream (although I disliked the third one) and Hellraiser 1 and 2. You really can't beat the classics. I think the only modern "horror" movie I enjoyed was Drag Me To Hell, if only for all the throwbacks to Evil Dead. Oh, and Paranormal Activity freaked me out. That was pretty well made.

Ah, Halloweentime. A time to watch bad horror movies and complain about them to your friends.

yeah...the 3rd Scream did kinda blow. It turned into more of an episode of Scooby Doo rather than a Scream film. We'll blame that on the writer, Ehren Kruger. He did write the screenplay for The Ring remake though (which is one of my favorite horror movies ever)....but it was based on someone else's screenplay, so it wasn't all him. Kevin Williamson is back for Scream 4, so it may or may not have it's merits. Keep in mind Williamson didn't have time to complete his Scream "trilogy" because he was too busy with his directing debut Teaching Mrs. Tingle....and he really shit the bed with that horrible little piece of film. He did write The Faculty (which is a really great guilty pleasure)....but he also shoved Dawson's Creek down our throats.

Drag Me To Hell was Raimi doing what he does best.....doing Raimi. He should stick to that.....I wasn't so much a fan of the SPidey movies....the 2nd one was pretty good (possibly for his nod to the Evil Dead during the birth of Doc Ock scene), but 1 & 3 were pretty terrible (Parker's going into a seizure right now). Raimi doing his American Gothic films are incredible, A Simple Plan & The Gift.....i love those films.

Paranormal Activity was a pretty good scare flick. I love going to see scary movies in the theater.......one of my favorite experiences. I don't think the movie will have the same effect for home viewing though.

You know, the Ring was one of those movies that really grew on me. When I saw it in the theater, I was terribly disappointed. Then I saw the original Ringu and gained some respect for it. By the time I saw the Ring again on video, I realized it was actually pretty well done. And again, The Ring 2 shit the bed.

I'm one of those few people who enjoyed all the Spidey flicks, including the third one, if only for all the Peter Parker schtick. For me that was always the best part of the Superman movies, too... Clark Kent just being such a dork.

Paranormal Activity was a pretty good scare flick. I love going to see scary movies in the theater.......one of my favorite experiences. I don't think the movie will have the same effect for home viewing though.

Agreed all the way on Paranormal Activity. I saw it in a JAM-PACKED movie theatre, so the tension built all the way through and you could feel it. Also, the whole word-of-mouth exposure was very good. It actually felt real, despite common sense telling me it wasn't. Thinking about it, I actually agree with the reviews of it being "the scariest movie ever made." Horror movies don't really scare me, but the last few scenes of Paranormal Activity were really unsettling. That might owe to a recurring nightmare I used to have as a child about being dragged away from my bed by unknown forces. Frightening shit.

I'm debating whether I want to watch it again in the theatres (because on DVD it will seem pretty lame), but I don't think I want to ruin the experience and my memory of some of those scenes.

The Devil's Backbone, also in Spanish, is quite unsettling and a really good film.
I haven't seen the Orphanage yet, I need to look into that.
The first two screams were ok.
Hellraiser is good and 2 is a passable sequel. It had some good bits and riffed on the first one well. Hellraiser one is probably the last movie to actually scare me.
Dagon is pretty cheese, but I love a good Lovecraft flick.
Re-Animator also based on HP Lovecraft is worth watching.
Every time I have seen a Friday the 13th I have regretted it.

I didn't mind Spiderman 1+2, but 3 kind of sucks as a film. 3 has some good bits though, you could re-edit it into a really great 45 minute short. Someone should do that.
Army of Darkness rules, although not strictly a horror film, more adventure comedy.

Paranormal Activities does suffer on a small screen, just saw the leaked DVD.
I watched it late at night before bed and was unmoved. That stuff doesn't get to me at all and I thought the acting was trying to seem fake documentary but came off as just fake. I don't see what people are on about, I chock it up to hype and mass hypnosis.

I haven't seen Halloween in years, it may be time for a rewatch. 3 was originally a totally different movie, but they tagged on the Halloween tag to make a quick buck and because it happens on Halloween.
I love The Fog. It's the Jaws of undead pirate ghost movies.
I never saw saws or hostel because I am more of a monster fan than a torture porn fan.
In fact, I don't like any films that were gore for gore's sake.
I used to be into all those Zombie movies, my favorite was Day of the Dead.
28 days was cool too, reminded me of the good old zombie days despite the quick zombie thing and it being a disease instead of some semi-magical plaugue.
This is why I hope there are many more Zombieland films.
I love The Shining and Alien.
I could go on and on....
You know what really scares me?

Don't get me started on horror lists...I'm at a restaurant right now and don't have access to all my notes. Suffice to say that you nailed about 75% correct.

But I have to take issue with the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake. Absolutely one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life, period. And how could you not like the original part 2? It was cheesy as hell and had that scene where No One Lives Forever plays while Leatherface chops people up.

wow....scary for some many different reasons.

but yeah....spidey 3.

it could've been good if they got rid of Venom. and maybe saved him for a different film. there was just too damned much going on in that movie that you didn't have time to give a shit about anything. was there really a point to introduce Gwen Stacy so late into the mix? are they planning on killing her? if so, why didn't the Green Goblin do it, like it should be done?

really...spidey 3 just pissed me off.........i guess i'm just an old school spidey fan....that felt it ruined everything for me.

Hopefully, they'll go back to just plain good villians (and the actors that played them), rather than the SFX extravaganza s3 was.

Hobbit 1 can't come soon enough for me.
The only problem I had was the juxtaposition of the little girl fairy tale and the super violence of killing a man with a bottle. Even with the backdrop of the spanish civil war could have worked with a little less grit for the other story of Pan. For me it losses it's faerie charm and glammor with the switchblade scene and all the violence, it just seemed inappropriate. On one hand we are seeing things through the innocence of a little girl, then thrown into the adult world. If all the elements were seen through the eyes of the child it would have been great.

and for some reason i found The Wicker Man hilarious.....just me though....i think.

Was Mulholland Drive a horror movie? Now I get it.
Is Terminator considered horror? I never thought of it that way.

I think Mulholland Dr. is considered a thriller....but it's got some of the most terrifying scenes in a film i think i've ever seen.....same to Lost Highway and Fire Walk With Me.

and Terminator? yeah...i've never really thought of it as horror either......although, strangely enough, when I was a kid i had a book about scary movies and Terminator was one of them.

Terminator 1 is definitely a horror. Some nice bloody special effects and faces peeling off. T2 is better by far, but is a pretty straight action flick by comparison.

Mulholland Drive is pretty damn frightening. Actually the most frightening film that I did not include on that list is Requiem for a Dream. Fucking thing gives me nightmares...

I thought the original Wicker Man was effective. And give Angel Heart a go...you've probably seen variations on it 100 times since its 1987 release date.

I feel like a damn idiot because I didn't include Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein on that list. But then again, I consider those more of a love story... :erm:

budarc and his long ass alphabetized lists, how do you do it?

Simple. I'm a loser and I like to make lists. :p

Hey cuckoo, you're the go-to guy for Marco Beltrami 'round these parts...any chance you have that rip of "Amusement" that qwerty90221 posted a while back? For some reason he keeps uploading it and taking it down and he hasn't answered any of my requests.

Just gave the flick a go on DVD...not too bad, the music stood out to me.

By the way, I'm about ready to download those sweet suite mixes you made. Are you going to fix that little error on disc 1 or should I just download as is?

cuckoo77
10-26-2009, 06:54 AM
I'll PM Amusement to you

I haven't seen the flick......not too bad, you say? I was under the impression it would be terrible.

as for the suite mixes, yeah go ahead dl 'em.....it's just a pop......after carefully going through all 15 suites, I think that's the only problem i have with any of them. Rick might say differently...he has yet to, so I'm assuming, I caught any really bad edits or any more sound farts.

I'll upload them all again, with a clean version of Mimic and some homemade cover art on my cuckoo compilations thread.....so if you're quite smitten with them, grab them then too.........they're at 256kbps......so you don't have to deal with the lossless. ;)

Yeah, it was pretty bad. The good kind of bad though, not the bad kind of bad. You know what I mean? It was technically well made and entertaining for the most part, it just didn't add up to a whole lot.

Another similar good but bad one I saw recently was Trick 'R Treat...good enough for a Halloween rental if you're in the right mood. The promo has been leaked too, which is all good.

Thanks for the Amusing link! Damn, I didn't even think to check there. It was a custom rip by qwerty, it's surprising how these things travel... (Didn't realize it had major sfx, though...oh well.)

Yeah it was a tiny blip, not worth mentioning.
All the rest sound fine, and I did say so.
I've been listening to them for a few days off and on between the Hawaii 5-0 soundtrack I finally found a torrent of.
I have listened to almost all the tracks and didn't find a thing wrong with them, so download away.
Also, garcia27's Halloween compilation is great, just started listening to that.

Oooooh ! Horror movies....

Man ! I was WAY INTO all that crap...bar Freddy Kruger...hence my shock & befaddledment over the "gay-icon" status !!.

I was the kinda heavy metal dude that wanted a bedroom full of horror busts & head pieces & dismembered latex limbs.{y'know,...just to impress the chicks}

{impressed hot chick just out of shot}
but then found out head pieces could cost upwards of 20 grand ! But i wanted to be a special effects guy !

As i just woke...i guess my top 5 list would be :

1. The Thing {Carpenter}

2. Angel Heart
3. Halloween/Fri. 13th/Tex Chainsaw series-s-s {70's}
4. Body Snatchers {1978}
5. Hills Have Eyes {remake}

But yeah,I watched those movies and just thought...."yeah ! i could imagine THAT ex leading guys off to be drugged & bugger raped by a rubber clad high-society type with a dildo covered drill with a long extenstion cable.

honestly....never date eastern european girls....they are just...."weird". {like they are inspired by & have an agenda that is unnatural.} creepy.

Yeah, the only Carter Burwell on there is track 10, and you can tell because it's the only dark track on the album. There are several other cues in the movie but it's pretty hard to find any of Burwell's unreleased stuff anywhere.

Let me know of you find Surrogates out there, though. Apparently it does exist.

fuck dude !!!!!!!!!

i hate people that are motivated to steal....like,finding a good buddy is 2nd to "plastic" !

i once lent a Sony Discman {way back when they were needed} a Sony Camcorder & about $100 worth of CDs to the manager of a bar i used to drink in.His girlfriend was going on holiday with her daughter & the CDs were for the bar....as they played "shit".

Anyhoo the guy gets fired for running the business into the ground...and when I'd recovered from a massive hangover and walked in...the staff casually tell me he ran off with all my stuff.....! ....and it hurt more cos if it wasn't for ME that place would've crashed even sooner.... {i used to do $100 a day in there EVERY DAY !!!!!}.

i felt totally bumed out, until i heard a local "gansta" had lent him 3 Grand a few days before that and lost it all !

whats with all these fuckin assholes in the World ???? its like kindergarten !

honestly...i've never been motivated to steal....i mean if i found a suitcase full of money.....it would HAVE TO BE an amount {visually} that would absolutely pay for a home in another country, set me up for life, lap dancers,..y'know ALL the cool stuff for ALWAYS .....for me to even consider being a c**t,....Any LESS than that,...and it would be more stress calculating exactly what i could & could not have....i'd jus' say "ah fuck it",if it was only half a Mil.....too much stress....

True Story : When i was 11 i found some dudes wallet....no cash but lots of info & cards.Took it to the cops [who didn't steal anythin surpringly!} and a few months later a guy knocks at my house,my mom answers the door,he asks for me & hands my mother a bottle of wine....my mom say "he's out playing at the moment" {i was only 11} anyway,my mom drank the wine and told me it tasted like vinegar....but its the thought that counts !

Howard Phillips Lovecraft
1890-1937
Born in Providence, Lovecraft was a sickly child whose parents died insane. When he was 16, he wrote the astronomy column in the Providence Tribune. Between 1908 and 1923, he wrote short stories for Weird Tales magazine, among others. He died in Providence, in poverty, on March 15, 1937. His most famous novel is considered to be "At the Mountains of Madness," about an expedition to the South Pole, which discovers strange creatures beneath a mountain.

Top Ten films inspired by or adapted from his stories.

1)Dagon (2001) My favorite because my favorite story is Shadow over Innsmouth. I met the director Stuart Gordon at a screening and chatted him up for a couple of hours talking about everything Lovecraft from Del Toro's long in the works At the Mountains of Madness to the value of Lifeforce as a Lovecraft film that was also screening that year at the festival in Portland.
"Based more on “The Shadow Over Innsmouth” than on “Dagon”, Ezra Godden plays the protagonist and Francisco Rabal plays a difficult-to-understand version of Zadok Allen. The setting is terrific and the film is better looking than earlier Gordon productions, but the chase scene from “The Shadow Over Innsmouth” is strung out for much of the film yet lacks the manic energy of other Gordon films."
2)Re-Animator (1985) Yeah for Stuart Gordon and not just because I met him.
"Despite taking enormous liberties with Lovecraft’s “Herbert West – Reanimator”, this is one of the most entertaining and financially successful of Lovecraft films. Produced by Brian Yuzna and directed by Stuart Gordon, this scary and funny film stars Jeffrey Combs as Herbert West, Bruce Abbott as Dan Cain, Barbara Crampton as Megan Halsey, and David Gale as Doctor Carl Hill."
3)From Beyond (1986)
Jeffrey Combs and Barbara Crampton of Re-Animator fame return in another Brian Yuzna and Stuart Gordon horror-fest. The events of Lovecraft’s short story “From Beyond” effectively take place before the opening credits roll, thus this fairly entertaining film could be considered a sequel to the story.
4)Quatermass and the Pit (a.k.a. Five Million Years to Earth) (1967)
The third of Nigel Kneale’s Quatermass films with Andrew Keir replacing Brian Donlevy as Professor Bernard Quatermass. Excavations in the Hobb’s End underground station reveal a Martian spacecraft buried for millions of years and containing preserved Martian corpses. The notion that these creatures influenced our early evolution is reminiscent of Lovecraft’s At the Mountains of Madness.
5)The Resurrected (1992)
Based on Lovecraft’s The Case of Charles Dexter Ward, this film is perhaps the most faithful Lovecraft film to date. Directed by Dan O’Bannon (who wrote the script for Alien) and starring Chris Sarandon (The Sentinel and The Princess Bride) as Charles Dexter Ward and Joseph Curwen. The scenes in the tunnels beneath Curwen’s house are especially impressive.
6)Bride of Re-Animator (1990)
Both Jeffrey Combs and Bruce Abbott return in this mediocre sequel to Re-Animator, which actually owes more to The Bride of Frankenstein. However, some scenes, including the final one in the tomb of the Averills, were directly inspired by the original story, “Herbert West – Reanimator”.
7)Cast a Deadly Spell (1991)
Fred Ward stars as a private eye named Harry Philip Lovecraft who lives in a 1940s Hollywood where everyone uses magic. David Warner hires Ward to retrieve his stolen copy of the Necronomicon so he can release the Old Ones. Not very Lovecraftian, despite all the references, but still fairly amusing.
8)Castle Freak (1995)
Based on "The Outsider." Another Stuart Gordon directed one.
John has inherited a castle and Italy and he moves there with his wife Susan and their blind daughter Rebecca. What they don't realize is that there is somebody else in the castle. An abused child left to die in the basement who has now become the castle freak and is out to wreak havoc
9)The Dunwich Horror (1970)
Many of the elements of Lovecraft’s “The Dunwich Horror” were kept intact, including several of the character names: Wilbur Whateley (Dean Stockwell), Dr. Henry Armitage (Ed Begley, Sr.), Lavinia Whateley (Joanne Moore Jordan), and Old Wizard Whateley (Sam Jaffe). However, the addition of a female lead (Sandra Dee) and psychedelic special effects end up making this film pretty average.
10)In the Mouth of Madness (1995)
John Trent (Sam Neill) is hired by Jackson Harglow (Charlton Heston) to locale missing horror novelist Sutter Cane (Jurgen Prochnow). Trent finds Cane in a New England town that isn’t on any map and finds that Cane intends to bring back the “Old Ones” with his ability to alter reality through his writings. Many consider this to be one of the better Lovecraftian films of recent years, but there are probably more references to King than there are to Lovecraft, and the mood of the film isn’t especially Lovecraftian.

Stuart Gordon

Jeffrey Combs

Honorable mentions of flicks that are deeply Lovecraftian:
Alien
Evil Dead I II and Army of Darkness incorporating Lovecraft's Necronomicon
John Carpenter's The Thing
Lifeforce

Howard Phillips Lovecraft
1890-1937
Born in Providence, Lovecraft was a sickly child whose parents died insane. When he was 16, he wrote the astronomy column in the Providence Tribune. Between 1908 and 1923, he wrote short stories for Weird Tales magazine, among others. He died in Providence, in poverty, on March 15, 1937. His most famous novel is considered to be "At the Mountains of Madness," about an expedition to the South Pole, which discovers strange creatures beneath a mountain.

Top Ten films inspired by or adapted from his stories.

Of your list, I've only seen:

Re-Animator: Classic
From Beyond: Okay
Bride of Re-Animator: Great
Castle Freak: Eh
In The Mouth of Madness: Wonderful

Looks like I've got some renting to do!

But yeah, you can't beat the Jeffrey Combs/Stuart Gordon combo.

I've always been fond of The Rats In The Walls

as far as I know there has been no attempt to even turn this little tale into a film.....let us keep it that way.

besides....what would they name his beloved cat?

I saw from beyond in the context of your average horny teenage geek, it had an effect on me. I still like the idea of the resonator to this day. Not the best, but had an impact.
Castle freak was not the greatest, but it took me to a dark place at the time, haven't actually seen it since it's release on VHS when I rented it.
Good luck finding Cast a deadly spell starring Fred Ward, it's very obscure. But a really campy horror-detective story good to watch on a rainy sunday perhaps.
The Resurrected is highly recommended, if you can find it, again it is hard to find, I wish I had a copy to re-watch myself. The effects are pretty great in that one and the mood is very Lovecraft.
The Dunwich Horror is probably the most skipable of my list unless you are Lovecraft nerd like me. Very 70's and a bit boring in places, but a young Dean Stockwell is a perfect Lovecraft protagonist/antagonist.

Mr. Snipes should be in the big house. he never went. he remains free on bail and is able to travel anywhere in the world for work.

i hate that guy. if he wasn't Blade, I would actually like that series alot more.

but kill Twilight neutered vamps anyday of the week....i'm fine with that. ;)

....and rick....i finally got around to downloading BSG: The Plan.

it stunk.

it offered nothing new to the storyline or characters. really, it only re-established what we all ready knew.

It seemed more like a collection of deleted scenes thrown together with stock footage to create a fractured storyline that's all ready been told.

....and that's my rant.

what i would have like to have seen is a movie about Sam Anders' crew struggling to survive before Starbuck arrives.

I know, what a letdown.
It did have a load of footage culled from episodes.
There were some new effect shots.
It felt like one of those best of episodes with a few new shots thrown in.
I don't think they had access to the full cast so you'll notice no new scenes with people like Katee Sackhoff.
Coulda shoulda woulda...
What I would have liked to see is more insight into the cylons, what the hell was Starbuck and maybe a more clear idea of what happened to the final five before being mindwashed or whatever.
What about the cylon we never saw named Daniel who never got replicated?
How about a fancy explanation of how biological DNA could be compatable with mechanical synthetic bodies?
There seems to be many ideas they could have went with instead of a crappy recap.
Oh well, at least we got Caprica comin' and based on the awesome Pilot thingie it's gonna be khule.

well, the "Wild Things" is released as a digitial only score a few weeks ago......it's on $10 American, so seeing as no one has posted it anywhere, you might just save time, paying for this one.

"A Serious Man" is due for release digital only on Nov. 10 and then a CD release on Nov. 24.

"Surrogates" is available as a promo only, so that might surface sooner or later.

"The Intention of Lying" is available in the U.K. as a score, but doesn't seem to be very easy to find here, seeing as any major carriers aren't...um...carrying it.

Theodore Shapiro has a habit of getting his scores out, popular or not, so "Jennifer's Body" should probably surface pretty soon....same goes for Clouser and his scores.

If you're not familiar with her, she's a Harry Gregson-Williams regular: Gone Baby Gone, Kingdom Of Heaven, Chronicles Of Narnia & Shrek, Danny Elfman's Sleepy Hollow, John Debney's [I]Passion Of The Christ and John Williams' Munich]....and that's all i can name off the top of my head.

Now i'm happy......i was hoping it wouldn't be another brass heavy only sci-fi score
