ACCESS THE ANIMUS
Really, really cool. The mixture of synthetic instruments with the organic is seamless. Ballsy to put the longest track first but it works great. I didn�t even notice how long it was until the 4th time listening to it.

SPIRIT OF DAMASCUS
An all right track. It�s too short, so when I felt it was just beginning to start up it ended. :( I�m a sucker for ethnic string plucking so it�s still a win.

MEDITATION BEGINS
Wow. This is by far one of my favorites on the mix. The textural synthesized haunting back drop layered with an array of ethnic instruments immediately transports me into another world. So feckin� cool. I love it.

EARTH
I recall this theme from your first mix. It�s utterly breathtaking. I love the percussion and vocals so much. It�s sad, yet charges forward like it�s got purpose and the will to move on.

WETLANDS ESCAPE
Super cool. It�s got a dirty, almost muddy sound to it. The vocals in the background are a brilliant touch.
I almost expect Rammstein to start playing along.

VENICE FIGHT
The rhythmic percussion run through filters is a really neat effect. To add to it loud clanging mixed in the foreground works super well too. Really cool mixing and instrumentation on this one.

FLIGHT OVER VENICE I
This another favorite on this mix. It�s got a tragic sense of intrigue and oddly uplifting at the same time. Very thoughtful composing here. The acoustic guitar works super well.
It�s 5 minutes long and I want it to go on longer. :p

THE BROTHERHOOD ESCAPES
A little generic compared to most of the other pieces. Still gets the heart racing though. Without the guitar playing along I might have dismissed this one.

ECHOES OF THE ROMAN RUINS
What a beautiful and dreamlike ambiance this creates. The strings and the bells are a wonderful compliment to the vocal and organ playing simultaneous notes.
Another highlight on the mix for me.

BORGIA TOWER
A bit of an odd way to end the mix. Had some interesting textures but never really grabbed me the way the rest of the volume did. Oh well.

Before I heard this mix I was afraid it might be the lesser leftovers from the first mix but after giving it one listen I was so very, very wrong. Another amazing collection. I really, really love this stuff. Good job. :)

My introduction to Maestro Barry. Such a beautiful score. If I�m not mistaken he�s the first to bring a really large ensemble orchestra for the Western genre.

This is my personal favorite of Giacchino�s run on the MOH games. If not for LOST, it�d be my personal favorite of Giacchino�s period.

So ya, the story goes that Andy reaches that age and discovers the fap.......... He picks up Jessie and starts going to town.... All the other toys in the room are horrified but they can't move to help her. He messes on Jessie and tosses her aside...... he leaves the room. All the toys come to her side try to comfort her while she starts panicking......... they know they can't clean her off or Andy will know something was up......

it's also disrespectful to sebastian shaw. it says his performance isn't worth shit to lucas. which is no surprise. lucas has made no secret of the fact that he hates working with actors and would have them all cgi if possible. only a matter of years before he completely replaces every actor in the films with cgi models.

not to mention how they erased the original emperor hologram in empire. i know it wasn't mcdiarmand and they wanted the films more consistent, but the original hologram and voice were always far more ominous and scary. plus they changed the dialogue to better fit with the prequels. i like how ambiguous the original dialogue was.

i really don't like the new Krayt Dragon Call Obi does.
it just....those reverb effects added...

greedo shooting 1st is unforgettable. han's whole deal is that he's a bad-ass space scoundrel functioning on the edge of civilized space. it's kill or be killed in his line of work. watching him grow through the films into a more compassionate and selfless guy is the whole point. this change makes him look like a softy from the very beginning, and therefore makes his character's growth throughout the trilogy kind of pointless.

jabba in docking bay 94 wouldn't bother me if it looked a little more realistic but they've never been able to make that steppin-on-jabba's tail bit look realistic.
