FEEDBACK TIME: PART ?
ADEN ASSASSINS CREED - VOLUME II
Composed by Jesper Kyd
ACCESS THE ANIMUS
Really, really cool. The mixture of synthetic instruments with the organic is seamless. Ballsy to put the longest track first but it works great. I didnt even notice how long it was until the 4th time listening to it.
SPIRIT OF DAMASCUS
An all right track. Its too short, so when I felt it was just beginning to start up it ended. :( Im a sucker for ethnic string plucking so its still a win.
MEDITATION BEGINS
Wow. This is by far one of my favorites on the mix. The textural synthesized haunting back drop layered with an array of ethnic instruments immediately transports me into another world. So feckin cool. I love it.
 I accidentally typed I love tit.
....well...I do.
EARTH
I recall this theme from your first mix. Its utterly breathtaking. I love the percussion and vocals so much. Its sad, yet charges forward like its got purpose and the will to move on.
WETLANDS ESCAPE
Super cool. Its got a dirty, almost muddy sound to it. The vocals in the background are a brilliant touch.
I almost expect Rammstein to start playing along.
VENICE FIGHT
The rhythmic percussion run through filters is a really neat effect. To add to it loud clanging mixed in the foreground works super well too. Really cool mixing and instrumentation on this one.
FLIGHT OVER VENICE I
This another favorite on this mix. Its got a tragic sense of intrigue and oddly uplifting at the same time. Very thoughtful composing here. The acoustic guitar works super well.
Its 5 minutes long and I want it to go on longer. :p
THE BROTHERHOOD ESCAPES
A little generic compared to most of the other pieces. Still gets the heart racing though. Without the guitar playing along I might have dismissed this one.
ECHOES OF THE ROMAN RUINS
What a beautiful and dreamlike ambiance this creates. The strings and the bells are a wonderful compliment to the vocal and organ playing simultaneous notes.
Another highlight on the mix for me.
BORGIA TOWER
A bit of an odd way to end the mix. Had some interesting textures but never really grabbed me the way the rest of the volume did. Oh well.
Before I heard this mix I was afraid it might be the lesser leftovers from the first mix but after giving it one listen I was so very, very wrong. Another amazing collection. I really, really love this stuff. Good job. :)

LYEDECKER - volume 7
PROMENTORY / Trevor Jones
Allow me to shake your hand, good sir.
A beautiful score. The fiddle, the electronics and deeply mixed percussion is something to be reckoned with.
I wish Trevor Jones would get more work. He did some wonderful, wonderful work in the 80s and 90s.
THE LIGHTING OF BEACONS / Howard Shore
I find it next to impossible to only listen to single cues from these scores..but I commend you on picking just one. A massive and worthy one indeed.
Howard Shores masterpiece. I hope The Hobbit lives up to this. Im fairly certain it will.
MAGNETO / Basil Poledouris
A wonderful and sadly underrated work by Captain Poledouris.
MONTAGE [MAIN TITLE] / Brian May
Anything Mad Max makes me think of Mental. :(
Interesting track. Ive never listened to it out of the film. I quite like it. Will seek out more. Reminds me of old Star Trek actually. The gladiator sort of sounding brass composing I suppose.
THE LANDING / Jerry Goldsmith
One of my fave Goldsmith scores. So creepy and haunting.
Too bad Goldsmith isnt awfully fond of it. :(
LOOKS LIKE A SUICIDE / John Barry
My introduction to Maestro Barry. Such a beautiful score. If Im not mistaken hes the first to bring a really large ensemble orchestra for the Western genre.
Two Socks theme dampens my eyes every time.
OPERATION MARKET GARDEN / Michael Giacchino
This is my personal favorite of Giacchinos run on the MOH games. If not for LOST, itd be my personal favorite of Giacchinos period.
DESERT CHASE / John Williams
I think its perfect how you put MOH and Indy back to back. Very suiting.
SPIDER-MAN [MAIN TITLE] / Danny Elfman
I thwipped in my pants. It was juicy.
Your pillow is safe for now.
THE BATTLE OF YAVIN / John Williams
Youve won my heart.
Doc will be so pleased.
Touch my wookiee.
Nice job, Lye. Front to back a stellar mix.
You picked some of the best cues, which I imagine was VERY difficult.
If Im not mistaken you just broke the record for the longest submission so far. Sure didnt feel like it though.

BUD-BUTTS #6
LITTLE GIRLS / Oingo Boingo
Our shared love for songs about pedophilia is erotic.
:erm: We should fap.
BRAS ON 45 / Ivor Bigguns
Put on your best pastel or tweed suit and strut down the street to this. Making kissy face to all the ladies.
Do it, people.youll get laid.
CATS / Barnes & Barnes
So.youre kinda weird. :p
DEAD PUPPIES / Ogden Edsl
:rofldata: :rofldata:

*sniff-sniff* Its so beautiful.
WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT? / Ryan Ward
I love it. Too short.
I got some Shelley on my shoe.
PETROV, YELYENA & ME / Flight Of The Conchords
I hope you do synchronized fap sessions with this song. I really do.
TIMOTHY / Buoys
He was a duck. A duck I tell you! A DUCK!!!!
COMIN BACK FOR MORE / C.W. McCall
and now.CANNIBALISM IN THE WORKPLACE!!!
CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST / Riz Ortolani
Ive never seen this film. I think it was you who mentioned it was too much.if it was too much for you then I am steering clear at all costs.
The music is surprisingly quite pleasant.
RAVENOUS / Damon Albarn & Michael Nyman
Excellent. That is all. My obsession with this score is an unhealthy one. :p
Interesting mix of perversions, bud butts.
and the cover.well.you know.
I neednt tell you. :p

I got IUs #3, Negs #7 and Adens #3 next.
