I noticed the R cut is shorter than the PG cut. I didn't check to see if the end credits were cut or anything, incase of accidentally stumbling upon a spoiler or something.

I'm glad you guys finally got them ^__^ The R cut is shorter because the end credits were stopped in the middle, but I think really the PG cut is shorter in run time since it was edited but the full credits are there. I'm a tiny bit disappointed with the quality of the encoding on the PG cut :( But it doesn't quite matter since I'd rather watch the R one anyway. It just makes so much more sense and looks a lot better :p

Ya it's weird how they got rated. The R version first showed on HBO so I guess people call it R for that reason. I'm not sure if it had an official rating or not. One of the creators of the film got insanely mad that they showed the dirty version and threatened to sue HBO if they didn't stop playing it. The only thing that was taken out for the PG version was all the cursing that only one character does, which pretty much destroyed the entire character. But that's what happens when you get two different guys wanting the same movie two different ways.

Most people who need surgery can't just get their dad to pay for it. Many people in your shoes would've had to go without getting that surgery and just sucked it up, or they would've had to wreck their credit via massive medical bills they can't afford to pay off. Like I said, I still have a significant amount of medical debt, but that was preferable to be dying without even knowing what was wrong with me.

We already pay taxes. Paying more taxes is fine. It's much better than the thousands upon thousands you'll have to pay in medical bills or not being able to receive care at all. Internet is no good if you're not alive or if you're in too much pain to use it. I would wager insurance here is often more costly than the additional taxes our friends outside the US have to pay. And, it's probably not as good.

I didn't intend this to become a lay everything on Rob kinda thing, so I apologize for that. Mainly because I was the one who exacerbated it by calling an expected rebuttal bullshit.

Yeah that's why I was trying to think of the ones that were purely instrumental. Lunar has a similar problem, but there's far fewer songs that actually involve vocals. However, more of their songs fall outside of what you're looking for...very upbeat and energetic.

If I didn't live in Massachusetts when I had health problems a few years back I would've been pretty screwed, since I wasn't working enough for insurance. I still have medical debt from when I had blood poisoning almost 10 years ago. And I am extraordinarily lucky that I found a doctor's office willing to do payment plans with me before I was diagnosed, since I very likely would've died other wise.

I'm glad you guys finally got them ^__^ The R cut is shorter because the end credits were stopped in the middle, but I think really the PG cut is shorter in run time since it was edited but the full credits are there. I'm a tiny bit disappointed with the quality of the encoding on the PG cut :( But it doesn't quite matter since I'd rather watch the R one anyway. It just makes so much more sense and looks a lot better :p

People seem to think Obama is trying to make peace with everyone but to me it seems more like he's simply changing sides. If we're not going to get involved fine, but don't fuck over Israel and say that we're not trying to get involved.

Israel is our one true ally in the middle east, and they fight hard for their land. For us to shit on them so easily is not only wrong, but it's just plain fooked up.

Universal health care is great. But telling a person that they must buy a specific health care just because they're alive is wrong. I'm all for this plan, but to force it down our throats and give us no other option is messed up.

Right. That's exactly my problem. I understand that it's probably a step in the right direction, and with the way our Congress is, it's probably the only way we'll get a positive outcome, but I don't feel that I should be forced into it just because I exist. Especially when it's as flawed as it is.

Agreed. Most of them don't feel like real Kamen Riders to me, for a multitude of reasons.

I think Ryuki has some pretty good ones- you know of my love for Ryuga , Femme is on her way to me right now, and Verde's pretty swell too. Think they had a lot of luck because of the whole LOTSA RIDERS concept.

I'm happy with the 555 movie riders, even though I freely admit that there's not all that much to back up my love for Psyga.

And then there's Skull, who is so essential to W I don't even consider him to be a movie rider.

I think that that's exactly the problem with the movie, yeah. A lot of what was there is really good, and in some ways, it was a much bigger disappointment to me that the OOO half because of that. Just so much potential that it didn't get to live up to. I still enjoyed it though, even though all I've been doing is complaining about it. It was just one of those "moments of awesome in an okay movie" movies and not what I was hoping for.

I knew she was going to be playing Melissa beforehand and yeah, I'd just assumed it was her mother. That it wasn't was really weird. Maybe they couldn't get Akiko's actress back unless her part was a certain size or something and it was some weird contract thing? Felt like they were trying to draw parallels between the two of them sometimes too, though. It was weird.
