it sucks. they show the most abused and pathetic animals to make you feel like total shit. the cancer kids st. jude's ad is also major bummer material. 4 year olds with bald chemo heads crying and wondering why the fuck they're being poked and prodded and scanned by machines. it's heartbreaking.

I wouldn't mind it so much if the voiceovers and music weren't so "sad".

The VO's and music just make it so emotionally manipulative.

I hate that. Almost makes it seem fake but it still tugs at the heart.

Yeah...they wanted to cut the budget to pay actors on some other stupid ass show about crazy men.

Darabont found that unacceptable and created a big fuss. So they fired him.

They wanted to hack the budget in half for Breaking Bad too.

BB went shopping to other channels for their final season. AMC gave into BB and gave them 16 eps instead of the usual 13 for their final season. :)

I started to do STS comix but lost interest partly due to bad reproductions and a broken finger at the time. :p

I ripped a couple of my Elfman and Zimmer CDs from the Prague City.

They had no details in them.

So I just plopped them into the composer's album.

Insidious had the most ham handed ending of the year so far.

I carved up their halloween wallpaper to remove all traces that it has anything to do with that blasphemous adaptation. Just like I did with the Happy Meal box :D

As much as I like that movie, I can't really disagree.

It did lose A LOT in it's 3rd act.

Unless you watch all those "ghost shows" on tv where everyone uses those gizmos and know what they're talking about...
You'll laugh at the gadgets and think of Ghostbusters.

That mask was a little far fetched.
But I thought it was a neat way to isolate her from the rest from trying to talk to her directly.

I was hoping for a bigger ending than just a gasp.
Although I liked it because I love the sound effect to it.
But it's just... could've done way more with it.

The title card at the end with the Exorcistique theme is a really nice touch.
I love that part.

you can't be serious. you can't expect him to survive that transport tin-can. I mean... how is he not able to burn up into cinders? is it really that tough for re-entry?? We've tended to agree on stuff, of late. I'll judge stuff on my own, but if I have a pre-held notion and he confirms it, I'll usually use that to justify a pass.

It was a little rickety in it's pacing and any form of character.

But the world was cool and Daft Punk did a splendid job.

I always keep my camera set for close up and try to get as close to the light as I can if I'm in a dim room. Usually works good for me.

There is no substitute for natural light. Take stuff outside in the sun.

Also, hiding bush activities in the day time is extra fun because of the risk factor. :erm:
