I have one blog that gets an insane amount of spam comments. It's the only blog I've ever made with good CTR so maybe that has something to do with it. You could be sitting on a gold mine!

I don't think I have the spam filter turned on for most of my blogs. I had to mess with the comment settings on my old blog though, I'd screwed up the coding and blocked anonymous comments.

My patheticness knows no bounds. Now I'm looking up "international dating sites" (i.e. mail-order brides) as a logistical solution to my loneliness problem. {setting: patio tables outside a French cafe, "The LUNCHEONETTE"; oldies from the 50's and 60's played dimmly on the cafe's speakers to amuse preoccupied customers}

"Smoking a cigarette over some fine "sup", Doc flicked his ashes on the leftover French Toast he no longer wanted.
It was hot outside, perfect day to tan. So he took his shirt off to join the rest of the Tom Selek tanning men at the outdoor-cafe.
They each had their own newspapers and a cigarette. Their dishes of leftovers had become ashtrays, just as well.

"It was almost perfect choreography, the way everyone tilted their heads back and exhaled a sigh of relief and comfort.
Silly synchronicity, Doc would call it.

"Like a dark cloud, the waiter with the haircut of Justin Beiber but the skin of a 80 year old man crept over him, shunning the warm light.
Awakening to this somber tone, he was asked by the waiter, "are you finished with your French Toast, monsieur?"
{The waiter's lips moved, but the voice is Cuckoo's narration}

Doc was not phased by the interruption so much as he was the question. The most obvious question with the most obvious answer.
Doc leaned forward, taking one lust puff of his Carmen Diago cig's and promptly put it out on the French Toast from the question in nature.
{The waiter watched with his eyes and condemned the action as well, without so much as saying a word}

"He leaned back and inhaled again, his chest pushing outward as if to talk.

"And something happened that no waiter could ever anticipate, yet deserved.
As Doc began to put his shirt back on to leave for the check, in a very brief instant, nearly too fast to comprehend.
Doc's nipples widened then opened to reveal a small pair of eyes, staring directly into the waiter's soul.
The waiter did not grimace nor move. He was absolute in his posture.
The eyes rolled upward with a glint of smug in center of its pupils.

{In one continuous shot, the camera follows Doc to the till where he pays and walks back out to go to his car, and stops as Doc passes by the waiter.
The waiter has his back to the camera. And we can see Doc, blurred in the background, getting into his car and driving away as the camera slowly inches towards the waiter.
The music is a steady crescendo of a drone mixed with a soft, stretched cymbal in slow-motion.}

"It was obvious to the waiter. Oblivion sounded nice to him. He wouldn't say it, he wouldn't think it.
He just felt it. As strongly as he felt the eyes all over him. Condemning him for his action.
That question that was obvious.

{The camera circles around and slowly rises up to show the face of the waiter.
The waiter is still frozen in his posture, not moving an inch.
The music slows and quiets down as the camera starts to circle and rise.}

One single thought came to the waiters mind.
One obvious thought.

{As the camera rises to reveal the face, the music becomes heavier in layers of drones and cymbals. The tempo never increases.
It just gets louder and louder with more layers of drone and cymbals.
Strands of hair can be seen falling down as the camera rises.
The waiters face is solid and firm in his posture, but the skin tone had melted into a thick greyish hue. Prominently outlining the wrinkles.
The camera stops and all we can see are the eyes and the bangs of his Beiber haircut.
His eyes have gone milky white and blue. A horrible mess of blue. The blue slowly fades into grey. Completely grey with lines of black and blue to outline his pupils like etching marble statues. Rich and glossy.
The bangs were slowly falling out of place and finding their way to the ground as the waiter begins to shed his fake wig.}

{The mouth begins to move again, but Cuckoo narrates.
The Drone is quiet enough to hear the utterance, but loud enough impact the final words.}

"The universe is oblivious."

{The music stops with slight reverb and the screen blackens, leaving only the eyes visible. Barely visible.
As credit cards appear, the music switches to the dimmly audible cafe music from the 50's/60's era.}

Ya know with everyone form different timezones, the odd hours we keep, and the fact that this is message based and not in real time I sometimes don't' realize when and how stuff is said and sometimes it feels like that episode of Star Trek (one of them anyway) with the crew going to rescue a marooned crewman who they have asubspace cb radio to and develop a relatinship with her only to arrive at the crash site to find her dead and desiccated for like 7 years because of wibbly wobbly timywimys so they where just in time to save her before she died but 7 years too late.

Need to start making time for a film before bed again tomorrow.

I had all the albums I've nutted so far on repeat. I just let them play 6 or 7 times in a row. Not because I wasn't familiar with them....but I've been so damn busy working on other stuff while listening I just was too lazy to switch the discs. :p

I did ballet for a really long time (2 and 1/2 to 16/17ish) but I was never very good. Still have the jacked up feet though. Think I'm going to have to start a ballet folder now, there's so much cool stuff here.

My favorite ballet of all time is Marius Petipa's Don Quixote. I don't have a VCR anymore but I have the Mikhail Baryshnikov version on tape and it is always so much fun to watch. I'd love to see it live.

They can support HD formats better than AVI (like VC-1) and chapters. The 1st one was just a quick improvise after learning that we needed to do covers. I just made up a videa game bonus points underpants for some reason. Kept clicking save and it saved as jpeg in paint so that's why it's kinda fuzzy.

5 was a labor of love and totally hand drawn. I wanted a more detailed shadowing and depth wise for the cave which looked a bit too flat but after inverting the colors to a negative it worked out swell.

10 was one of those shleach plastic animals that are sold at various interesting places in a Godzilla miniplayset. I don't remember what program the text was form but I know I could use a video game and that blood theme that I used for my Halloween cover in word.

Saw Green Lantern tonight. Wasn't horrible but just super blaaaa. Thin Amanda Waller? I liked the design for the suit but when it was on Hal looked super fake and the mask was jarring. CGI mask and eyes in a basic eye mask? They sold Green Lantern ring and mask sets for like $8 for halloween so it's not that hard.

The 1st one was just a quick improvise after learning that we needed to do covers. I just made up a videa game bonus points underpants for some reason. Kept clicking save and it saved as jpeg in paint so that's why it's kinda fuzzy.

5 was a labor of love and totally hand drawn. I wanted a more detailed shadowing and depth wise for the cave which looked a bit too flat but after inverting the colors to a negative it worked out swell.

I remember you telling me about the process of the cover before you showed it to anyone. Perked my interest.

10 was one of those shleach plastic animals that are sold at various interesting places in a Godzilla miniplayset. I don't remember what program the text was form but I know I could use a video game and that blood theme that I used for my Halloween cover in word.

I laughed at this one too. I loved it.

I figured you guys already had every funny bunny picture so I needed to improvise.
I had no idea that we were going to stop at ten and just felt like making a Hollywood themed mix that week and came up with that concept of bunny doing it big. I guess I pooped out a solid finale. The orange was because I couldn't get the light right with my usual lamps and just used a little table lamp with a regular orange with wire bulb.

It looks like I did 3 bunny covers.
2nd cover with Yotsuba was mainly to have a bunny one like everyone else.
3rd I had an idea of a broken record so I made a shot record head guy. Was going for the man on the bathroom sign with simple shapes and stuff.
4th was just because I was going through a lot of Ursula Vernon art and wanted dinosaurs.
6th also looked cool as a cover.
7th wanted something symmetrical or similar to go with the theme.
8th was gonna have a whole bunch or at the very least 8 different eights on it but decided to just leave the one 8 with simple date marking.
9th was me playing around with french curves during a 2 day power outage. Kinda Masked Rider looking so I figured Neg & Ndi would sorta like it for a moment before noticing crappyness of it.

Also tried Defraggler.

6 just popped by while I was changing my wallpaper. Cool Robot on the run with stolen baby... a grand theft if I ever saw one. Thats as far as I thought it through. The fonts are the first time I was experimenting with all the choices.

Sickly Sweet I just googled and there it was. Try it and it might still be there. I had another font that fit better, but even bolded it was too wispy and didn't show up well on the white background.

Such a shame. I did that one before I changed to endless since it rhymed and had alliteration. I usually saved the original pic in case I messed up while editing, but didn't in this case for some stupid reason so I couldn't change it . I liked it though so I included it anyway. Title came after googling synonyms for final. One was death hence the pic. Endless Egress is just a synonym for permanent exit i.e. death. Even tried to tell a little story with the tracklist.

I started writing about shit I don't like just so I didn't suffer when I inevitably chop it in half.

I acutally haven't done anything since the ferret. ndi said she liked it when I did little stories and intros and I have a few that give me a strong feeling about but can't seem to come up with anything appropriate.

Instead of defragmenting the system files of each drive one after the other....

It decides to defrag them one at a time. So after the first one is done, you have to reboot so it can defrag the next one.
Until all the selected drives are finished. :eye:

I partitioned my drive into 4 pieces, so it took awhile :rolleyes:

My desktop though... :erm: has 6 :ashine:

And I really don't like how it gives reports.
Most defragmenters I've used will ask if you want to defrag after a report (if it's a shit report).

Not only that, the defragmenting style is just... lacks that blocky map you get with all the others.
This one just has an empty report and shows info at the bottom.

I miss watching the blocks move around :sad:

6 partitions.

I got 2 HardDrives in there and split them into 6 drives.

Main one for Operating System and program files.
One for "on-the-fly" programs that don't need to be installed; folders of program installers; the default download location; my CD-rips go there.
And the other 4 are used for converting blu-ray to dvd.

I used to have one of the partitions dedicated to Games, nothing but installed games would go there.
But now that I got the blu-ray drive installed :laugh: The whole computer is a converting station.

I use my laptop for games now :)
When I can remember to install them.
