Watched this movie called Cashback. At first seemed like that guy's world is overturned after meeting girl type movie that Bud hated so much, but it was actually quite entertaining. Particularly the part where when shit goes down and everything seems to slow down which eventually turns into the actual ability to freeze time. Upon which the guy uses it to test his art skills by stripping girls and drawing them naked.
It was in the comedy section, but it probably leaned more toward drama.
I only picked it because Michelle Ryan is hot. That line of reasoning has led me astray so far. Thanks penis.

I'm busy...and when I'm not, I usually like peace & quiet and a peace of mind. I don't like making plans too far ahead either, unless it's like going to Vegas or something.

Parking is not the easiest. Plus sound, if someone falls asleep. And I don't really see it being that great for Pulfrich either...

I think I'll have to go see it a third time by myself. With Pulfrich.

Nolan does brilliant work to not warrant the Pulfrich, but I really want to get use them in theatres when I get a chance.
Snow White and the Huntsman was fun in Pulfrich.
That movie I don't mind watching in Pulfrich the first time around. :laugh: Not the kind you see more than once in theatres.

The only application I can see 3D working in a beneficial way is in Racing games on consoles and PC. The distance factor could help with sharp turns and overtaking.

According to the facebooks they're playing pretty soon again.

I think that's why I go see some film only on the big screen. For the "event" like feel it has to it.

Something like Avatar was completely worth the price of admission for that alone.

Watching it on a tiny TV screen just isn't the same.

As a viewing spectacle it's wonderful.

As anything else it's a piece of elephant poop floating in a barrel.
