First off, I was referring to this gif, which I didn't feel like searching for at the time. (We use it all the time in response to bad puns.) We had a discussion about the name of it before, I thought it was common knowledge by this point.

Second off, I said it without the slightest bit of irony. I even wrote something in the edit tag to the effect of apologizing to you directly. I knew you would react strongly to it, so I did it anyway for a quick cheap shot. (Similar to me calling cuckoo and Sparky "red"...you don't see them stringing me up by the toe. :erm:)

Third off: NOTHING IS SACRED HERE. I find it funny that a little word can be so offensive in light of all the truly disturbing things we have posted. :p

Obviously "nigger" is not a word I use in my personal life. However, it's one of those words that has been given too much power simply because it's withheld too often and treated so taboo. I really dont know, preseason upset me. But then again NFL preseason consist of them doing as little as possible to keep themselves from getting hurt. Brees really does seem to actually be a decent guy. Doesnt flaunt his money, does a lot of local events, and does a lot of charity work.

Yea, I'm ok. I have chronic pancreatitus, my pancreas is always a bit inflamed. Once in a while, it gets much worse, and I go in. Get liquid goodness....(pain meds via iv), then I'm back. Usually every 4 months or so. This time I stayed out for more than 8 months. It's all more or less routine for me now. :)

i find that perfectly acceptable. often cds split things up too much anyway. there are pink floyd songs i'd wanna mix into one track. in the case of my bond suites, i may actually edit some tracks down, then put the best bits together to form a nice suite. definitely gonna need a moonraker suite, maybe a living daylights suite, view to a kill suite, and most definitely one for OHMSS. maybe a suite for cues from non-barry scores, though i don't like the idea of mixing music from diff films into one suite, unless by same composer. a david arnold suite might be nice.

indeed. it's definitely easier said than done. i will set myself a limit. i don't want my mixes too long. my epic mix was tough. i had a couple of songs pushing the 10 minute mark. battle of yavin and lighting of the beacons were two longest culprits, i think.

I usually erase all the visual images in film scores out of my head and put in my own.

I like to write so this helps a great deal. I suppose that's why I don't mind out of order or complete presentations.

It's difficult to erase a lot of Williams' score sources out of my head though. :laugh:

film order is nice sometimes cuz i can reenact the film in my head, unless it's alien, in which case the complete score was totally butchered and respliced.

So I started watching a bit here and I came in when he started getting the crap beat out of him by a walker robot........ the robot falls down the stairs and starts screaming....... he runs outside and the rest of the cops have orders to destroy him....... with only bullets....... I am so confused............
