I've read some rumors that make a little sense of that.

Basically, they say that that isn't the real, complete Ankh either? Ankh did something back before the Greeed were sealed, and the results of that caused him to be split into pieces, and, in the case of this being, merge with something else. They all have portions of Ankh's body, personality, and memories. There are probably more pieces of Ankh that'll show up too.

The other Greeed (well probably not Gamel) have had some awareness of what happened with him from the beginning, but they've deliberately chosen not to reveal it to him. That's why no one reacted strangely over him being just an arm.

Hopefully that's true, because the word mess is pretty kind, there~

The joints don't look bad at all. The double elbow and knees often come in handy and having the torso joint there is better than test Asuka with floaty boobs. My Storm's joints are super wilty though.

Those are guys in robot suits, it's easy to hide the joints. Hell, you don't even need to seeing as how armor has joints and seems in it anyways. Ladies in spandex are way harder to get articulate and still maintain the smooth lines of the sculpt.

Was sorting through a box of papers and notebooks when I found one of the notebooks that contains the movie script I started working on when I was maybe 14-15. The one I posted some of here! Still don't have the entire thing, but I have so many scenes that I thought I'd lost for years, and since I put so much into that script back in the day, it's really an incredible find.

Okay, so yeah. They recently announced that One Life to Live and All My Children have been cancelled. OLTL doesn't end til Jan. 2012, but still. Don't know about AMC, but it sucks so who cares.

I don't "watch" soaps, anymore. I just ask my mom and aunt about what Todd is doing. I did, once upon a time. After my dad's first heart surgery he started watching them with my mom and by proxy I guess did I, too. It was like background noise, in the house. Don't really care how derpy it is, because while 99% of it is everyone sleeping with everyone else, there was always Todd.

His spirit will always live on in characters and men who do whatever it takes to get exactly what they want. When I watch shows now I sometimes find similar characters for whom I will champion their agendas to the (almost) complete deference of everyone else. I'm not sure I'll ever find a show other than OLTL where said character is the ONLY thing I care about. This is probably because in the shows I watch now, most everything and everyone is awesome and outside of Todd, One Life to Live is just another garbage soap.

OOO is the closest, though. So very close. Date is cool, but yeah, otherwise it's all Ankh, all the time.

Todd's spirit will live on in Ankh, Hajime, Otoya, and plenty more I am sure.

I wonder what's going to happen with soaps, now that almost all of them have been canceled. There's an audience for them, and they're supposedly really cheap to make, so maybe some of them will wind up on cable? I never watched or really cared about soaps, although I liked that Passions existed, but it just feels strange for them to die out.

I almost wonder if Soap Net can't just air them "fresh" as opposed to just re-running them at night?

While it was pulled from my basic cable lineup there was a soap network for a while. Wonder if they could pony up some money to keep the shows running. Even if it's just 4 a week like Daily Show or one a week. I'd be a huge cut back but keep in mind that most of these shows ever take season brakes, just rotate the character stories so the actors can have some off time.

It was alright, but, except for the beginning stuff, it was so filler-y and repetitive. It was just so lazy from a writing perspective and that's been annoying me the more I think about it.

I mean, couldn't they have filled it with, say, more cuts away to the villains interspersed with the little ball guy humor? That way, the villains could've gotten some development, something I think they need right now, it would've broken up stuff better so the humor felt fresh and not so repetitive, and it would've been a better use of 24 minutes. ; ;

I almost put 'too much Den-O/Decade' but I didn't think that was fair. This is mainly because I'm fine with the Imagin doing their THANG, it's just the situations they've been put in that are wearing thin.

I was reading something the other night about how the level of success the figuarts line has had wasn't really anticipated by Bandai, and they're a bit all over the place because of it. They're scrambling to get better versions of figures already released by another company out, they're releasing figures that I can't imagine many people care about (G Den-O), they're completely neglecting other riders or series, and they just seem kind of overwhelmed by OOO stuff. How often have we even had a chance to see, say, Sagouzo? I know the medals sell like hotcakes, but I don't see many people getting into collecting all the OOO forms like people did with W or even Kuuga.

Figuarts are still the best toy line ever, but I wouldn't mind them slowing things down a bit and getting things figured out more instead of picking what new figures they're going to release out of a hat. If G3 Mild comes out before Chalice I'm going to kick somebody.

He has to. He's been announced. Chalice hasn't.

Oh god if they release Chalice before Wild I'm going to be in a tizzy ;; I'll want it, when I really don't NEED it.

this episode of gokaiger was great!~ loved it. luka was in great form as always, and they made really good use of the other sentai costume/powers in the beginning.

Love that Accel pose. ^^ Going to try and re-create it sometime soon. Really excited to take pictures in a place that actually has good natural light.

LOVED IT. Seeing Kakeru again as a full-fledged veterinarian was nice, and his interactions with the Gokaigers were quite interesting. As for rangers suits used in this episode, Turboranger was freakin' sweet, and of course, if it's Jetman I will automatically love it. Still yet, I don't think Don/Doc is worthy of the Black Condor suit, but that's just me :D

GaoLion was majestic as always, and GaoGokaiOh was just the epitome of GokaiOh's combined forms. Can't wait to see more of him.

Yeah, now I'm wondering if the Accel Dopant is going to be in the Eternal movie somehow? It'd be really weird if it wasn't in it at all, since everything else from that post was accurate. Thought they were setting up for it as soon as his memory got stolen.

Loved so much that so much of the movie was just Terui kicking ass, as himself. DAT HANDCUFF FIGHT! Also, when he's fighting all the thugs in that restaurant place, Aoi totally makes a DAT ASS face.

Thought they handled Philip and Shou playing smaller roles really well. Never felt like they weren't around when they really should be. It was just Terui's story. Exactly the way a movie like this should be. Feel like a lot of people who Kamen Rider generally doesn't appeal to could enjoy this one.

So many things I need to gif. ^^ More screencaps I have to grab too, I actually made a reaction picture of Philip with his tongue out before the movie ever got subbed, so much more fun to me now that I know the context of it.

Really looking forward to the Eternal half. I feel like Fuuto really lends itself to these sorts of movies, and there are a lot of stories like this that could be told. Could see a Weather movie working.

Other forums are always hard for me too, because I'm just so used to the board culture we have here. I like our randomness and descents into pure silly and being able to respond with gifs all the time.

Am I the only one who thought of Datas when

it said Upgrade? I imagine they will make that derpy sleeve for the DX toy and a banana gashapon memory. That's the one I want. I imagine it'll say:

I actually feel like memory upgrades gives them them a potential to do all sorts of new stuff within the show universe. Get the feeling that W is going to get the Den-O treatment, so I just hope they keep doing awesome stuff within the show's universe. This movie actually made me feel really positive about all the W stuff that I'm sure is yet to come. Maybe it's just because W's my favorite but I'm super excited for whatever's coming next.

I can see it for Dopants, if they want to bring back some old favorites. Not sure that Unicorn counts as an old favorite considering so far it has only existed as an attack, but giving older memories new features would be cool. I don't want them to use it for W's memories, though.

1.) I think Shou and Philip have been naturally upgrading them over time
2.) I don't want to buy anymore memories and giving W more forms doesn't seem necessary. I am totally down with Booster, though. 3 forms is pretty sweet spot for Accel and flight is always welcome in Neg's world~

Don't think there's anymore they need to explore in terms of W and Accel's powers. They can just be creative with them from here on out. I think it'd be much more compelling to build on the people of Fuuto and new dopants (and upgrades since that's possible now).

I was thinking about the Kiva movie in comparison to Accel and it struck me that Kamen Rider movies shouldn't focus so much on new riders. New enemies are perfectly okay. Commander had enough going on for a good villain. If he was a rider, I would have expected so much more.

My thought is that movies could be used as the swan songs of secondary villains in series. Like they stumble into some scenario where they become much more dangerous and then they're beaten. This would be a problem for those of us waiting for subs, but I think it would cut down on this feeling I have that movie riders get the short shrift SO MUCH.

A dedicated Kiva movie could have been built around one of Bishop's plans and he could have been taken out in it. Easy to flash scenes of his demise in an episode, too, I imagine. Not too hard to work into the narrative. Would have been FAR better than Arc. He's big.....whoopee!!......no.

Like I said in the movie thread, only reason I like Rey is because I force my brain to think of it as a secondary system for Taiga.

Accel's movie had tons of developed characters so there didn't need to be TONs of exposition and there was enough for a villain with a relevant parallel to Accel.
