It came out here on blu over a year ago. Is it a new edition with extra new sexy stuff?
There was a regular edition that came out 6 years ago.....
...this is a 25th Anniversary edition all packaged nicely.
I like the cover more than the original cover.
Might not be much more me thinks.....
...but since I don't have it on blu I'll gladly take the bait.

It seems to be the same blu as before with a dvd of extras.
I bought the feckin dvd twice. First R2 was in 4:3. It was the only option. I bought it. Years later they gave us the 1.78, or 1.85, can't remember which exactly without going to the shelf. So I bought it again.

I'm quite a good cook, I just don't do it often enough, I guess. I could probably whip up an Auvergnat salad, followed by tagliatelle with a cream and salmon sauce or a boeuf bourguignon or homemade pizzas or Bolognese spaghettis (homemade sauce, of course), a plate of french cheeses and an applepie as dessert.
It would only take me a full day to prepare all that, and I'd probably leave a mess in the kitchen (I'm a good, if messy, cook)
STS is great for food porn. Think almost all of us cook. Whoever doesn't can get clean-up duty.
Though actually I tend to clean as I go, except with dishes if I don't have a dishwasher.

Oddly enough, I don't like cheese on mine.
For those out of towners who might find this confusing, keep in mind that locals call them 'steak sandwiches,' and cheese is optional. (i.e., a 'plain steak.') If you go to a place claiming to have 'Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks' and it doesn't have a plain steak on the menu, turn around and walk away.

i think many comic adaptations would be better as series. daredevil, for instance.
which, incidentally, i think is also being rebooted. again, i didn't think that film was as bad as most people said.
The current Daredevil series is so good. This doesn't have much to do with anything, I just love it and want to talk it up.
I thought the movie was mediocre and kind of dull.
kinda. you know how there are nerdy kids and then really nerdy kids that even the normal level of nerdy kids can't stand and pick on? i was definitely a nerd but yeah i couldn't resist picking on the ultra nerds. i couldn't help it. but then i still got mine when the jocks and preps would wedgie me and blow spitballs at my head.
I generally tried to be nice to everyone but I have plenty of moments where I look back on my behavior and feel so ashamed. Youngins can be nasty.
In middle school there was this one guy who rode my bus who was really overweight and generally considered to be weird. A bunch of guys convinced him that I had a crush on him so they could laugh at him when he said something to me and I shot him down. He came up to me and all these people were gathered around, and I felt really embarrassed and angry at him even though it obviously wasn't his fault at all. Said some really mean stuff. Still feel horrible.
Got to know him in high school because of mutual friends and he was a really cool guy. Made me feel even worse. We were friends but never close, pretty much because I still felt awful about how I treated him. He never brought it up. ; ; Was nothing but nice to me.

One friend bought The Thin Red Line.
Impressive.
Closest they got beyond that was Fantomas' The Director's Cut album.
yeah, my friends didn't really get it. some of the band geeks i talked to were into it, but we were never that close as friends.

JonC
Around here a steak sandwich is just that. A steak on a sandwich roll.
I don't really like the swiss cheese they usually use, but it is heavenly all melted with the meat juices and mushrooms and crunchy peppers... *drool*
We're old. It's weird.

20 years or so now.
I can hear my joints crack everytime I get up.
aside from facebook, i only maintain close contact with one friend from high school. but he lives in texas now, so it's rare we hang out in person anymore.
I'm still in contact with my best friend. He just finished A-school for the navy and is on leave until he leaves to be stationed in Japan. I'm in contact with a few others, but I actually didn't get to know them until after graduation.
I stayed at a hotel in Charlotte once whose steak sandwich used cubed beef.
So much rage...
JonC
Fry it up right and I'll still eat it.
There was this one guy who hung around us for some reason even though none of us really knew him. We used him to get our lunches when we didn't feel like going to the cafeteria. He always did it. Then we tried to get to know him and his cultish church said one of my friends was the anti christ.
Told him to fuck off and never saw him again.

Around here a steak sandwich is just that. A steak on a sandwich roll.
I don't really like the swiss cheese they usually use, but it is heavenly all melted with the meat juices and mushrooms and crunchy peppers... *drool*
If you're talking about a single hunk of meat on a roll, that's a New York steak sandwich.
As for cheese, you're supposed to use provolone, or if you can't find that, American. It's not Hoyle, but I have found that havarti comes pretty close to provolone. Swiss is right out. The legendary Pat's (

Party Monster. Based on a true story. ("Disco Bloodbath") He got really good reviews for playing this guy:

who at the height of the club kid movement in NY, murders his drug dealer, leaves the corpse in his bathtub for a week, then finally chops it up and dumps it in the Hudson River... all the while he never stops clubbing.
It's always good for an actor to be willing to do something different. He just hasn't been able to capitalize on the reviews.

Nut Suite review:
Coming from Final Fantasy Shrine, this trio of reject perverts known as The Tri-Fap attempt to fuse punk and rap on their 2012 debut album Off Tha Leash.
Instead of anything remotely like the Beastie Boys they come off as the inbred offspring of the Insane Clown Posse and Fred Durst. The "funny" lyrics are inane and repetitive as the music is sloppy, unimaginative and would sound better being ground through a dead elephant's asshole. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Are those cunts ever happy?
I suppose the death of 583 people could cause a chuckle.
Depends...
...is Katy Perry one of them?

Party Monster. Based on a true story. ("Disco Bloodbath") He got really good reviews for playing this guy:

who at the height of the club kid movement in NY, murders his drug dealer, leaves the corpse in his bathtub for a week, then finally chops it up and dumps it in the Hudson River... all the while he never stops clubbing.
It's always good for an actor to be willing to do something different. He just hasn't been able to capitalize on the reviews.

all she would say in a serious low voice is "it's epic".

The real question is...
1965?
1965?!?!
What the fuck?
I always thought the UK was ahead of the US about this sort of thing, but clearly I was wrong.

Kind of you to offer but I'll be fine with this.
I don't mind the heat so much. Love going on bike rides on days like this.
...changing my sweaty undies twice a day though.
Need to buy more boxer shorts and t-shirts soon. Laundry day is getting far too frequent.
That is most unfortunate. Most of the time I'm the exact opposite.

I had a copy of Little Black Sambo as a kid. Didn't realize the book's history until I learned about it at school till maybe 3rd grade. I was told it was probably pretty valuable? Which kind of makes me feel weird.

Believe he's getting out of prison soon. He'll probably get a TV show or something.
I remember really enjoying Party Monster, but I think that's more because of the cast than anything else. I'll always like Macaulay Culkin. And Seth Green.
I meant to quote Cuckoo's reaching things picture but somehow didn't? I do that and pick things up with my toes. I will frequently half lean off my bed and try to find something with my toes to get it that way. I don't know why.
