Any of guys see The Midnight Meat Train film adaptation?

I was a little unenthusiastic about it because I don't much like Brad Cooper.....but Barker seems to speak VERY highly about it.

...so I'm thinking it can't be that bad.

I will try to hunt it down...along with the other 2 recent Books Of Blood adaptations, "Book Of Blood" and "Dread".

Not seen MMT either. I stumbled upon it a while back but didn't get it. Was one of those days I had too much on my plate.

I never really did anything for New Year's. I just made some nachos, and settled in to watch a few movies on HBO and the like. No alcohol. All that does is put me to sleep, and depresses me. Also, not so good to mix with the meds. I did sit out back in tyher evening with the dogs, until the neighbors across the way started lobbing sparklers and such over. Noise bothered me, and scared the holy crap out of the dogs, so we went in, and ordered a pizza. Wooo..Amanda, the wild one. :notgood:

I must be lucky. I've never taken meds on a regular schedule. I can't recall meeting someone in the last few years who wasn't on some kind of medication.

Howl's Moving Castle = Beautiful to look at but the end of the story effing ENRAGED me.

Tank Police is awesome. I think one of the two OVA series was uploaded in the anime download section you're advertising for, CM. Really, really funny and action packed anime.

As for the others, I've only seen Akira (and boy was I impressed. That film is incredible). VHD bores me more than Hulk Hogan (which is an impressive feat), and I haven't seen the two others.

They make the best white chocolate but Cadbury made the best milk chocolate.

Plain chocolate is best by Bournville.

I don't really like Nestles chocolate, except the one designed for cooking. Over here we've got a shitload of chocolate brands beside Nestle , and I have a slight preference for Lindt. or a Belgian brand called "C�te d'Or".

Cadbury ? well, I like some. once in a while, to get a taste of Great Britain, after a good meal involving mint sauce and before a cup of tea with scones. I'm the son of an english teacher. made the exposure to english food inevitable. And I'm eternally thankful for that. that and the fact that I can adapt really easily to foreign foods.

I like challenging literature. It's the 2nd time I've read it so I was prepared for the headfuck and so enjoyed it a lot more.

It's not for everyone but even if someone hates it they have to give it credit for being so adventurous structurally.

Same. I am willing to forgive a lot more weaknesses in a story if there's something about it that makes it interesting to read. I have my limits- I can appreciate the construction of something like Only Revolutions but thought the story itself was so dull it was unreadable- but I think of myself as a "read for the writing" sort of person. I'll make exceptions for mysteries, but I do read a lot of those for the lingo used within them.

I thought it was okay. Nothing special. I was disappointed by it- I read a really excellent review before I saw it and it completely failed to live up to that- so I may have been overly harsh on it. I don't like Bradley Cooper either, though.


I never really did anything for New Year's. I just made some nachos, and settled in to watch a few movies on HBO and the like. No alcohol. All that does is put me to sleep, and depresses me. Also, not so good to mix with the meds. I did sit out back in tyher evening with the dogs, until the neighbors across the way started lobbing sparklers and such over. Noise bothered me, and scared the holy crap out of the dogs, so we went in, and ordered a pizza. Wooo..Amanda, the wild one. :notgood:

Doing stuff for New Years is really overrated. I used to go out, back when I had people in my life who liked to make me go out and do things, and I mean...it's just crowded bars and overpriced drinks and an experience that is generally less pleasant than going out on any other night of the week. I got a bunch of free champagne once and thought that was awesome, but I've been told that was probably just someone buying drinks for me. The bartender never told me anything. It's even a bad night to buy fine champagne for the ladies~


I must be lucky. I've never taken meds on a regular schedule. I can't recall meeting someone in the last few years who wasn't on some kind of medication.

Being better at diagnosing stuff, people being more likely to seek treatment for stuff, people feeling like they *have* to get meds for things that will probably clear up on their own, doctors being pressured/bribed to push certain drugs, and doctors prescribing stuff because it's a quick fix.

I am very pro-psych meds (even though I don't consistently take any, I am kind of a hypocrite with this stuff), but I've definitely had experiences where people wanted to prescribe stuff to me rather than spend time figuring stuff out. Had a doctor who tried to put me on anti-psychotics a while back because he misunderstood what I was trying to tell him. I should probably be taking stuff but I guess I feel okay enough with things as they are.

I do take prescription iron and my asthma meds regularly, because I get pretty sickly if I don't. There are meds I'm supposed to take and don't because I don't like the side effects, and meds I'm supposed to take and don't for no discernible reason.

He seems to be the most well liked of the TGWTG people by far. Except maybe Vangelus, everyone loves him. They love to trash those folks on 4chan but I almost never see Spoony get picked on. But...... I have learned a make up trick for myself....... not saying why though........ but, I have found out that just rubbing a bit of powder (just from regular powder compacts) around my eyes, like on my eye lids and under my eyes, does give a lighter look to my face. I am alright at straightening my hair. I used to do pretty stuff with braids a long time ago, I might start doing that again. This is actually a braid thing but I'm not sure how to do it. I feel like even when I look at tutorials there is so much I'm supposed to know how to do that I don't. And I feel way more knowledgeable about hair than I do make-up! I'm not good at clothes either. I have learned a make up trick for myself....... not saying why though........ but, I have found out that just rubbing a bit of powder (just from regular powder compacts) around my eyes, like on my eye lids and under my eyes, does give a lighter look to my face. Some uploaders when faced with a file that's too big for whatever reason will zip the file whole but then split it into several pieces. The means that unlike "cutting" the file itself into chunks before archiving like say putting 800MB of photos into 2 400MB folders and then uploading them separably or cutting a movie into part 1 & part 2 where you can open and use the parts separably you're keeping the thing intact but breaking it up so you need every piece to open it.

Sometimes all you need to do is have every file and then right click on the 1st archive and click on "Extract to (file name)001...." and everything will just open up.
If this doesn't work download HJ Split and use the "join" feature to make the parts whole again.

yeah I'd say it's the best game in the series overall since even though it's kinda OoT with some other stuff the gameplay and size of every thing was greatly improved.

No the files just kept error messaging, the 1st one was at 320 kbps and 4 tracks were bad and the 2nd disc was missing so I did the FLAC one and the last file won't download properly and finally I went to the 256 and while it worked it's only the single disc.
