Finally found a lossless codec that works wonderfully with CCE SP2!
It runs faster than using an AviSynth script!

I've always had to use an AVSscript to get 1080p movies encoded.
(With a resize filter to make it DVD compliant 1080p > 480p)
1920x1080 > 720x480

CCE SP2 doesn't like the .mkv files. Nor the x264 codec used to create the 1080p movie.
So AviSynth was the solution.
But that meant, it would have to correspond consistently with AviSynth.
1080p.mkv > AviSynth > Filters > CCE SP2 > Output.m2v :erm:

Whereas, using an intermediate file (movie.avi), I can speed up the encoding process! :smrt:

However, I can't just go and encode movie.mkv to movie.avi. That would degrade quality.
And then when I encode with CCE SP2, that would degrade it once more. :-\
movie.mkv > movie.avi > movie.m2v = 2x the loss of quality.
We're aiming for once.
With the lossless video codec it really serves as 1x the loss of quality :smrt:

So either AviSynth or an intermediate file.

The best solution for an intermediate file is to convert the movie to .avi with a lossless video codec (just as there are lossless audio codecs).
UtVideo seems to be the best working lossless codec (especially after their recent updates).
Decent compression, exceedingly fast decompression (while in CCE SP2).

Encoding Speeds (2min video test):
2888 Frames total; 2 minutes total; 720x480; Progressive; 5 passes.

Import Formats Use: AviSynth | AVI (with UtVideo Lossless)
Frames Per Second: .049 - .53 | 2.19 - 2.22
Total Encoding Time: 25:00~ | 05:30

5 minutes sounds a helluva lot better than 25.

Now, just to work on the colorspace :laugh:

Well, Jango hated the Jedi. Whole army of Jangos to take out all of them worked fairly well till the DNA samples started breaking down.

How the hell does DNA break down? And why not just hire Boba? That'd work seeing as how he's a perfect copy with no tinkering so he should work.

The DNA degraded after using it so much apparently, and I dont think they could clone a clone (considering the problems Boba and the other clones had later in their lives). The cloning was still somewhat imperfect I guess.

Today we were on the run (as usual). Something about the whole building we were in were on to us that we were on to them.
We split up to meet trusted contacts, change and gather intel. I made friends with a hyper squirrel and a parrot. We took secret passages, we walked casually through the streets with a parrot the size of a hawk on my shoulder/arm. Got into a shootout, lost the squirrel and the parrot got kidnapped. And so did my contacts.
I saved the day and found the parrot dead. but there some hatched eggs (A clue!) so me and a buddy drove around with the squirrel looking for a baby parrot.
Did the whistle, got the parrot, and got back to rendezvous. then i woke up.

one of the first dreams to be completed.

yesterday it was an alien invasion. in the space station we were situated had mechs and awesome Halo vehicles. Woke up before any resolve :-\

There should be a normalizer function. Make sure to select all the audio.
I think it only normalizes the audio you select.

That should make it louder withoout clipping.

Amplify would be good for tracks that are naturally quiet. (like some bootlegs)
