IDK how long it would take to download the vinyl rip tracks and what would be the overall quality once converted :laugh:

Vinyl rips are good to work with. Bit Depth is usually (most likely if they did it right) 24.
Frequency range is usually 48 or 96. Not usually 44.1 (so not CD compatible unless you downsample).

But with the highest quality (aside from bluray/dvd-a/studio dat tapes/etc) you'll expect to see----

I always have one track I axe. Its always a Zimmer/Poledouris/ or Kyd piece.

I have never had a Christopher Young, Marco Beltrami, or Sean Murray piece in my mixes before but I think this is probably my favorite one of mine since the Poledouris mix.

He made Alpha Dog 100 times better than it really was.

Jake Mazursky....one of the best cinematic psychos I've ever seen. :laugh:

It wasn't terrible or anything....but could be better...could be worse, I guess.

I think it's a scene.

It is one of the victims near the beginning.....I think the scene was probably cut to keep a steady pace.

The panic during that portion of the film was nicely timed....any differences and it would have slowed down quite significantly.

I like some extras like making of stuff, commentary, deleted scenes, and others.

I like the "Making of"s as long as they're aren't just crapped lifted from some 1/2 hour MTV special.

Mulitple commentary tracks are great. I still haven't gotten through all the extras on the Extended LOTR discs....and I've had them for over 5 years. :laugh:

It is nice to have them on a seperate disc though. Means we get A LOT more.

I liked Jurassic Parks making of. Feature legnth, in deph, and narrated by James Earl Jones.

I havent even scratched the surface of the LOTR extended cut bonus stuff.

One of my favorite commentaries is on This Is Spinal Tap with the guys in character. :laugh:
