After so many years and people still have to talk about the "rules of Inception" as if they're some cryptic code.
I think viewers spend too much time trying to figure out the formula, propose a hypothesis to apply it to more scenarios outside the script and then turn their thesis into a Pulitzer prize.

I'm still waiting to hear more news of Nolan's interest in turning Inception into a video game.
I think he said he would look that over after he's done with Batman.
Not just the Christian Bale trilogy, but the whole DC universe.
From directing the Dark Trilogy, to producing Superman and also claiming to produce DC's own "Assemble" movie, he's pretty backed up with just comic super heroes for the time being.

Aside from The Dark Trilogy and The Justice League, Warner Brothers wants to continue with the cash cow machine that is the Batman, whether or not Nolan/Bale will be a part of any of the future projects.

I can see them doing a separate universe Batman to suit The Justice League movie.
And I can see Nolan producing it.

Just watched one of the Wild Things "sequels"... Ugh. Good thing they are pretty because none could act. Probably why their other credits include the 3rd Starship Troopers and the sequel to Never Back Down. Even the one full on sex scene is one of the worst I have ever seen. It was pretty dark for Disney, even though they sugared up the ending something fierce. But I have a soft spot for it because the music's so good. High note in Heaven's Light reminds me of Bring Him Home from Les Mis.

I since I haven't finished the movie, I could download a version with "retail" audio.
I don't know if this made it to BD. And what audio is used for the BD if it did.

However, I might be able to find a DVD version with the audio that's a direct copy from the DVD retail.

Get the movie, rip the audio, downmix to stereo, upload for you, pop the movie in the BD machine that can read AVI/MKV/MP4, grab my mother head over to the couch, grab a pint and wait for all this to blow over.

It's like those 'let's put somebody else's theme music over over show/movie. Sometimes it works really well (Hawaii Five-0/Star Wars.) Sometimes it doesn't work at all (Dukes Of Hazzard/Star Wars.) Not everything can be mashed up with anything.
I sorted of liked Joker Palpatine and Darth Batman, but he couldn't make the internal logic work and it just falls apart.
Ultimately, it was Yoda Harlequin. He just shouldn't have been included.

The "moral" of the arc was really just the line itself. I don't feel like the arc sold it. If the impostor had done more, or we'd seen flashbacks to support it, fine. But, all we got was her pulling some minor pranks and hanging out with Yuuki's eccentric parents.

What would have been an amazing finisher early in the series is deflated by the circumstances surrounding it. Gentaro has been playing X-Men Origins.
