1st Clone Wars was short but had that fun of the old movies that the new ones lacked. CGI Clone Wars would be good if it aired during the movies instead of

Right now I'm getting my Halloween mix all ready. Need to get in the mood, got Frankenstein to read, plus a bunch of movies to go through. have Poltergeist, Paranormal Activity, & Jaws rented now. There are a few things on hulu and youtube I also want to see. Should catch up on X-Entertainment, I don't like starting reading them too early and get all blown out before oct. but now is good time.

Michaels has these vinyl mighty muggs like blank halloween figures for you to do up yourself and I might get one. Anyone have experience with what paints and markers to use on vinyl?

Acrylics are horrible for that kind of thing. They dry up too fast and get too globby.

Those shouldn't need to be base coated, but they'll probably need a good clear coat after they done. What I would do for those is paint them with testor's enamal model paints. Sadly, Michael's selection of those is severely lacking but they do have some. For painting the faces you'll need the fine tipped brushes that should be hanging above the model paints if they have them there....... and a steady hand. What I would do, is after the paint is done and dried after a couple days, lightly draw the faces on and then paint over your guidelines.........

There are some significant differences. The Milton references are removed iirc. And the monster ...

hrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmm.............. What I would do is lightly paint those areas with a very fine brush. Testors acts different depending what you put it on. Those things should be pretty accepting of paint, so if you just lightly swirl in a tiny dab of paint along the lines then there shouldn't be too much harm of it sticking or cracking...... I think....... Pretty much buy one or two extra and experiment with it first is what it boils down to...

If it was a book it probably bears as little resemblance to the films as Dracula and Frankenstein do.

I remember watching some reviews on youtube about the Phantasm series.
Turns out they ran out of budget for the last movie and that's why it ended the way it did.
Lots of other stuff too.
I barely remember them. Watched most of them when I was a wee tot.first 2 are the best imo. that 4 barrel shotgun rocked and i need one to fight zombies and alien.

Loved the one Silvestri track on the Bon Jovi album but I wanted more western flavored tracks.

Silvestri does good Westerns. His score for The Quick & The Dead is cool too.
