I have a severe habit of just stopping in the middle of games and taking a months to years long hiatus before I finish it. The only games I didn't break from were Tales of Symphonia, Luminous Arc 1 + 2, Ace Attorney 1, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks (which I liked more than PH), and I think Lux Pain but that game was such trash.....

It took me 10 years to beat Glover................. :sad: It was the stoopid sea monkeys I couldn't beat. Thank goodness for the 'cheat' codes. Those were what made that game real fun. And the soundtrack was really good. The Atlantis levels had the best tracks.

It's taken me about a year to get to disc 3 of FF IX. :laugh:

And I have this bizarre Suda 51 game called Flower, Sun, and Rain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flower,_Sun_and_Rain) which melts my brain.

Hey I stand by what I said about Lux Pain. I don't think it even counted as a game. Play game..... do I get to do anything? No, but people are going to constantly talk at you a lot. Do I get to interact with the people talking at me? No. Hey look it's a boss. Do I get to 'fight' it? No, but 'poking' it defeats it. The story wasn't even memorable enough for me to remember anything about it. That damn shiny box and decent art had me fooled.

No less interactive than anything in the Ace Attorney series.

You didn't even address its only real flaw: they let a lazy intern handle the translation.

Ace Attorney at least lets you think a little bit. The whole time I played LP it felt like I was just reading a really bad book :( No thinking, no figuring anything out, just reading......... a lot of reading.

Then I won't recommend Umineko~

I still haven't finished watching the Umineko series yet :( Frikin' loved the Higurashi series, but I haven't played any of the pc or ds games. I'm fine with visual novels though as long as the story is good.
