I like the laptop gun from Perfect Dark. It had more rounds than any of the other assault rifles but was shorter and more accurate like a SMG but was stronger than the SMG. Plus you could stick it to a wall and it'd shoot guys for you. then have the producers take out anything too different or extreme and add a romance. Then hire a cheaper screen play writer to pollish it enough so they don't have to pay me for my idea. Then the director will take huge liberties because the actress for the character who was never even in the original story demanded more screen time so a bunch of plot important stuff got cut then the studio added another action scene because the middle had nothing but boring talking.

the aliens really remind me of squiddies from The Matrix and the Scrin from Command & Conquer: Tiberiun Wars.

But the other sfx, the "original" sfx are kind of neat.

This movie would've done a little better as a well constructed game. Like an RTS game or an FPS.
