What I liked about it was the implication that they're still together when they're grown up. I know they don't 'grow up' in that sense but you get what I mean. It's a love story that didn't crash and burn after a decade. It made me smile for that reason.

I dislike really hot weather, but I'll take it over the cold just because it's much easier for me to cool off than it is to warm up. Plus, it gets really difficult to walk and drive places when there's snow and ice about.
