I'd say try contact "Blogger" but they take forever to get back to you.
Blogger derped on us a few months ago and we couldn't add Tom to a blog........took them quite a few weeks to get back to us.
....and when they finally did, their help was about as useful as rat testicles on an elephant.

The html fixes might be different. Blogger went through A LOT of changes a few months ago, so that stuff might be outdated.

Just popped back in. I went and cleaned out the cache and temp files and went back to see if that helped, and turned that was the problem on my end. :p I can see my kittehs now ^__^ Now I can rest easy. Laterz again!
I can see the buttons now.
This does not help me in any way.
