I don't think I'll have to rewatch any of them. I didn't replay any of the Silent Hills when I was doing those.

I have such a desire to bring OOO in accord with the others, because it's hard for my brain to accept that there's an awful rider series. But:

1. Even watching that half of Mega Max made my head hurt. Even if it is just high blood pressure it happens so reliably with OOO. I don't think I could take watching the show, again.
2. I don't feel that desire with Gokaiger or Boukenger.

I'll just keep trying to pretend he's a movie only rider like ZX, J, and ZO. Because wonderful is the most appropriately named movie ever.

There are parts of OOO I'd love to watch again. There are a couple episodes I watched several times when they aired, pretty much all Date centric ones. Really, there's a lot that is good about the show and that's what makes it so incredibly frustrating. It's not even like Decade, where I can look at it and get a pretty strong sense of what was behind its issues. The things that are problematic about OOO make no sense to me, and they make it really hard to watch stuff, especially in the later arcs. Though I imagine some earlier arcs would bother me a lot more now, knowing where things end up.

so why am I always the girl?

I feel like OOO is full of stuff like that from start to finish. Stuff that could be awesome and really satisfying, but then gets mucked up somehow. It's a mix of stuff where the story didn't stop where it should of, and stuff that was brought up, but not really dealt with enough to make it justify introducing. I just don't get it. It almost seems like a rough draft sometimes, with patches of greatness but lots of stuff that needs to be edited and tightened and brought together better.

I just learned two things today:

1) How to add text to pics in Adobe Photoshop WITH outlines!!! Success!!!
2) How to print out a full text file of the [-help][/?] function in any Dos/Command Prompt application!

#2 is really awesome for programs where the help text exceeds the visible and available space in the Command window.
Cus you know it only shows so much and you are unable to see the first part that was printed out.
And also it makes room for more food~

Went to explore one encoding program that's a CMD-only based application and its help function filled the whole screen. I missed whatever was first written and only caught the last bit of it.

Already back from my con. not a bad con, quite the contrary actually, but I was already tired when I started yesterday evening, so no way I could have pulled a 60 straight hours of gamig. not after working a full day on my appartment. and moving stuff.

Still, had an awesome game session last night. one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to take part in. really good time. People were nice, even if with my 30 years, I was one of the oldest people present. kind of a weird feeling here. Free coffee all night long, good food, Dr Pepper (Which is pretty much next to impossible to find in France. But they found some. Hats off !) and I won a book, which is always a nice bonus, even if winning stuff is not my objective.

Still, good, fun, terror/adrenaline packed night of Call of Cthulhu RPGing.

Crashed for 6 hours this afternoon, I was really exhausted. I usually don't sleep in the afternoon like that.

I played it once or twice in COnv, last year. Maybe not P&P, but tabletop games are also fun to spend time between sessions. that and France had a lot of interesting tabletop games published these last years. Nothing like a TG to see if you're too tired to go on the conv, or not. I liked it, but I'm more into RPGs. Really nice session too, seeing as we did a Call of Cthulhu game, yet mostly diceless. lots and lots and lots of roleplay, which is always funnier.

I always feel really bad when I see gifs like that because I worry the kid got seriously hurt, even though I know logically the person filming it never would've stuck it up on the internet if they had. I always feel really bad when I see gifs like that because I worry the kid got seriously hurt, even though I know logically the person filming it never would've stuck it up on the internet if they had.

I won't knowingly post anything where a kid or an animal got really hurt. But I do enjoy seeing them getting wiped out safely. My friends have kids that age. They bounce back from knocks and falls like rubber.

Watched an hour log docu on Hitch today. It was full of spoilers (key scenes from films) but luckily I'd seen them all. As soon as I'm done with Scorpion I'm going for my favourite Hitch film. I don't think it's been done yet. :ashine:

I have mixed feelings about the finale. Thought some stuff was great and some stuff was just way too rushed to be satisfying. I'll have to watch it a few more times. I still can't believe that they got away with showing

but that, at least, was really unclear. ;)

Still really excited for the second season. Have a lot of ideas about what they might do. Hoping a third season is greenlit and they can maybe have less pacing problems. Though I thought the pacing in the first half of this season was perfect.

They were keeping with the tradition of a great asspull at the end at least. Tarlok grew some stones for that last bit.

I could do my backlist. There are a ton of movies I've watched this year I haven't nutted. Don't like to nut anything I haven't at least watched recently-ish, but I'll see how many I can knock out.
