I like me some Avast. I had a problem with updating it just recently but got it sorted. It wasn't anything it did, it was something else that caused it so it's back in my lurve book again.

Mine was downloaded from tehparadox with a crack, reg key and step by step instructions. The license now expires in the year 2050!

I used a reg cleaner that removed something avast needed for updates. Sparktech helped me figure it out. Got a fresh install and it's been sexy again ever since.

Well I have used several AV's over the years such as Command, Trend Micro, Eset Nod 32, Kaspersky and now Avast.
Kaspersky was and still is a cut above the rest but it is a system hog so for that very reason is why I went to Avast after my legit Kaspersky license expired.

I've bought about a dozen new in my whole life. 99% of mine are all from the pre-owned or the bargain bin months after release. I'm not complaining, quite the opposite. Games are over-priced in this country.

I bought MGS 3 today. I thought the first one was okay. The 2nd one was pure bullshit. I literally ran through it, past the guards with their stupid exclamation marks on their head, then got bored and gave it back unfinished to the guy that lent me it. The 3rd one was only �2. :laugh: If it's shit I'll give it away.

My bf loves the Metal Gear series :laugh:

I like buying some games new because I like niche games and I really want to support them. If it's a bigger game, though, I am absolutely okay with getting it on the cheap.

I really want to get Tales of Graces when it comes out. Lots of other stuff I want this year too. Probably going to have to wait on the next Atelier game, because I'm nowhere near done with Totori yet. I'm not even really done with Rorona.

I think VLC has an option to retain the proper screening ratio so maybe you can watch your 4:3 stuff through it.

16:9 is better for everything else, I think anyhow.

Some dvds have odd ratios. 14:9 and such like. Makes me mad that most TV's don't have more display options.

This is good advice. I'll talk to Breki about specific hits. The site is actually doing amazingly well, lately. With DC I might contact specific editors, like Mike Marts, the bat book editor. I would do this for Marvel but I don't know their editorial staff well enough.

I would like Nintendo if most Wii games that are available in stores are terrible shovelware shit while a certain bunch of games wont be sold here.

Why I pretty much prefer PC these days. Update the hardware cheaper than getting a new console, I mean the new Xbox is gonna be outdated compared to not so high end gaming rigs.

However, the WiiU looks alright (even it keeps up the stupid ass Wii name).

I play I, VI, VIII, and IX quite a bit. Wouldn't mind playing V again. I never got into it as much as I should. I like IV too. Good enough to make it worth the money. Pretty boxes and convenience help.
