I had Dark Corners of the earth. Probably one of the most terrifying VG experience I had. It's difficult, it's chilling, and they found a pretty intelligent way to render the loss of sanity, just as in the Tabletop RPG: With small bouts of madness, where the character is harder to control. Great game, great atmosphere. Too bad one asshole never went the trouble to give me my DVD back :mad:

I find it fun to just grab some randomly and see what they are later. I only buy them every now and then so I don't mind. I certainly have my preferences but I seem to have pretty good luck so far. Haven't gotten anything I outright hated yet.

Me, I want certain guys. Mostly the historical guys like the Spartan, Roman, Geisha, Samurai, William Wallis, Cleopatra and the like. I'd have gotten one of the Indians but they're kinda generic bland fantasy kind. Sure the other lego guys aren't all that historically accurate but they feel a lot more detailed than jut the buck skin with feather on head. Maybe if they went for a specific tribe or something. I'd army build but I'm only so lucky to find the last one of those types of guys. Hopefully I can get at least 2 space marines, I'd get a few Valkyries but I wasn't able to get the Viking and I have no Viking sets :( I'm unsure about the Lord of the Rings and monster fighter sets. None of the smaller monster sets are all that thrilling and I'd kinda like to see what the other Lord of the Rings sets will be like. Minas Tirith, Bag End, Isengard, Mt. Doom, Fangorn, Edoras, Rivendell, Lothlorien, the Balrog battle... there's just so many locations and factions still to do. I have no idea how The Battle of Pelennor Fields will be done. Hopfully it will be with a bunch of bigger stand alone sets and not 1 big 1 with 1 small siege tower, a tiny catapult, 1 elephant, and 2 guys on horses. It pissed me off when they did that to the Temple of Doom set and crammed the Temple, slave pit, and mine cart chase all in one set and missed a ton of details I wanted to see. I know I'll get the Shelob set tough but I'll wait until there's a sale.

The Batman Dew isn't all that different than some of the other berry this/that flavors they've had over the last few years. I wasn't disappoint, but finding it/trying it was more enjoyable than drinking it. I know you also appreciate the novelty of these things however so I imagine you'd be fine if you grab one.

I think I'd have to pretend it was Taiga at least part of the time. I like him, and while Saga is a cool design, I do prefer Dark Kiva for how it pairs up with Wataru, no matter which direction you go.

IXA was usually Otoya and Yuri. For Nago I'd go Rising. But, that design is kinda whacko on my eyes.

I would have gotten Rising if I hadn't had the chance to get IXA from you. But I love my IXA, so it all worked out.

I like Saga, and Taiga, but I don't think I'd ever buy it. Dark Kiva and IXA are all the Kiva I need, unless they make human figures someday.

I really do think they'll make a lot of stuff like that eventually, especially if they can use pre-existing molds. They'll all be exclusives, of course, but I am even seeing people freaking out over Gokai Christmas. Doesn't seem like there's much that won't sell anymore. Except Shinken Red, I guess. :sad:
