Hmmm. I didn't find any crusty bits, but several areas where if you put several million volts through it you'd soon have a new life-form.

And an odd stash of "Opal Fruits" packets. Not 'Starburst', mind you, but "Opal Fruits".

It's all rather odd, really.

The stellar manipulator, colloquially referred to as the hand of Omega as seen in Remembrance of the Daleks when Seven went to pick it up after One had buried it shortly before the Unearthly Child. Considering One didn't know what a Dalek was, it's unclear what his plan 900 years earlier had been for the device but it was alivish with a tetchy personality... So it's more than possible that this is why the Time Lords did not follow him at first afraid what he would do with a weapon of mass destruction if they tried to bum rush him.

Sash of Rassilon, Coronet of Rassilon, Key of Rassilon, Seal of Rassilon... It's like everything is named after that James Bond wannabe frakker.

Although it's not the same seal. It's probably a ceremonial title passed down through the bloodline. Like the Phantom. Even if seals from Gallifrey can regenerate, the preRassilon Era was a very, very long time ago, and I doubt that there are any people on Gallifrey still that old, gods forbid sealife.

Speaking of the Phantom... Kit Walker... There being a character on American Horror Story last year called Kit Walker which seemed obvious, but Calista Flockhart played a character called Kitty Walker for 5 years and I never once wondered if she was secretly a super hero?

**

There has been a theory in DW fandom for many years, that Rassilon and The Doctor were school students together, whilst Omega was a professor - one of the problems we have with continuity is that DW has never had a single writer, and many, seem to throw canon out the window, to suit their story... with this constant changing, we have too many back stories, and not enough direction. In many stories, the doctor knows too much of Rassilon's past to just be a 'junior' timelord.

As to why the 1st would leave 'The Hand' for the 7th to use.... before he had met the Daleks, you have forgotten that the doctor travels in TIME, so he could bury 'The Hand', anytime after The Dead Planet and before the 10th Planet - before meeting Ian & Barbara.... As to how and where he got hold of Omega's Stellar Converter, we may never find out....
and a story as to how it occurs, may have as much to do with canon, as the 'Film' suddenly removing the "Eye of Harmony' from the Panopticon', and putting it in a knackered Type 40 TARDIS...... another writer's cock-up, now written into NuWho.....that all TARDIS's [a name made up by Susan in An UnEarthly Child, for 'Grandfather's ship', not for the vechicle type] now are called TARDIS's and have their own Eye of Harmony in them...
[yes, I know that they were also called TARDIS"S for The Master and The Rani, in the 80's - but as I said writer's mistakes...in The Chase, the Doctor swipes a componet from the 'Meddling Monk's' "vessel" ]

I was given an uploaded link which downloads at 30 kbs for a free user. Any port in a storm. What I did then was use a premium link generator, which downloaded the uploaded link's information onto their server very quickly with a premium account they owned, after-which then I could download a copy of that data off their server at 1300 kbs (the limit of my connection. It goes much faster if you don't live in a toilet of a country.), which is 43.3 times faster than going straight though uploaded, which is the link I posted, but as I said earlier, we'd have been lucky if the link lasted for an hour because it's supposed to be a single serving dealy, and I'm pretty sure that I wasn't supposed to share it with a group.

Which explains the magnificent brevity of my link.

At last. I've been bustin' a nut here.

Please note, though, those particular directions are ONLY applicable on the third Tuesday after Ash Wednesday during a leap-year.

---------- Post added at 12:27 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:16 AM ----------

Have just listened to "Persuasion". And four things strike me;

1. Why have they made the new companion like Jeremy from the Jon Pertwee radio 2 plays "Paradise Of Death" and "Ghosts Of N-Space"? I didnt like Jeremy and I dont like this guy WIll either. Absolutely awful bumbling simpering companion. Judging by the extras the gentleman playing him is clearly a very good actor as he is nothing like he has been portrayed in the episodes.

I didn't like the character at first, but he's growing on me. For no other reason that it makes a bit of a pleasant change from the 'strong female character'

(Please note that's not meant as a pejorative to strong female characters!)

3. ... Having said that, I do like Klein and her re-appearances are welcome...unlike Daleks for LC.

When it was first announced that that character was returning I really didn't understand "Why". I gave Coldtiz another spin and still didn't quite "Get It".

Interesting enough character, well played, but I really didn't get that 'Yeah, I wanna learn more about her' vibe.

So I was pleasntly surprised by how well her return was handled (even though I wasn't entirely convinced by A.O.History. Bit of a mess that could have done with another pass or two) and I like where I feel her character is going now. I'm guessing that at some point she's going to feel 'betrayed' by 7 and become quite a formidable foe for a while.

4. Reasonable story, but you could have condensed the 4 episodes into a ten minute prequel for what is to follow.

Not finished it yet; enjoyable, but has a nagging feeling of being a bit 'padded' at times and I get the feeling that at the end I'm going to think 'Hmm. Should have been a three + one story", but we'll see.

But, saying that, I've found with the last few runs of 7 stories that they're better heard back-to-back as 12 part stories and not 3 x 4.

If there's anything that LC put out that I honestly think everyone who likes it - bar the most impoverished amongst us, obviously - should actually BUY from them, it's the Door-Ean Greyyy series. They are RIDICULOUSLY cheap given what you get (even more so for a subscription), and it seems almost petty to not just get them from the source, support them financially and encourage them to keep making more.

I know some will disagree, and fair enough, and if people want to up them here, I wont make a fuss - but I think that this series is where a line could be drawn, and people encouraged to buy. Who knows - it might even make them consider lowering prices a little on other things...

Rant over - carry on wibbling... :)

This has actually annoyed me. Don't be a hypocrite !!! Some people may say the medic friends are cheap or the main range, it's all a matter of how much you can afford , we are all different . I've had my hours cut at work by half and I can just about afford to feed myself and pay the bills. I can just about treat myself to one LC a month and I always try and share it. I agree with you Goldie... I used to buy them all - I have all the main range from 1-108, and all the spin offs that they did up to that point. Then the company I worked for went into administration and I was out of work for a year and could not afford them. since I started working again, and have been the last couple of years, my wages are drastically less than what I was on before due to the economic downturn, and after paying for day to day living expences, there is not a lot left over. I buy the odd one here and there, when I can afford it, I have ordered the anniversary one, but with LC ever expanding output, I simply could not afford them all.
Its all well and good for people to take the moral highground on this subject, but many people can not afford the cost of them.
I buy what I can, but do want to hear them all, I cant buy them all, so I do take a few from the kind people here, does that make me a bad person, or any of us? no I dont think so.
If all of us buy a few and do what we do, then many of us can all enjoy.
You do it Goldie, I have done it, bulletzen, foe, exterminate me has joined the party as have many others.
we all work together to help each other, and on this site we have all many many friends where we have a laugh, take the piss out of each other and in short, brighten the lives a little of each and every one of us.

No offense taken at all - as I said, if people want to download 'em for nada, then by all means do - I know many people here have financial problems, been there myself, and that's what this site is for. Just suggesting that if you CAN afford 'em, at least consider buying 'em once in a while. I don't think that's hypocritical at all, is it?

"Hypocritical" would be if I just took and took and never bought or shared a thing, which is definitely not the case. I will share when I can - I'll gladly put up Gratest Shoe in the Choccy Bar when I get round to finally buying it, for instance - and do buy from LC when it's feasable or a good bargain. So, Rassilon knows I'm no angel, but it'd be nice if people were kind enough to check the correct meanings of potentially hurtful words before using them towards others. Cheers...

All of this is why I wish they were more open about what's on iTunes and more open to putting newer stuff on. (And before anyone jumps on me, I appreciate that there are various 'profit' issues for them, but I'm looking at it purely from a skint buyers perspective.)

For our situation it's much easier to load-up the iTunes account with their gift-cards than it is to use either regular credit-cards or pre-paids.

Pre-paids can be a real pain; we used to use 25 ones, but would regularly end-up with a few quid left that couldn't be easily used, and transferring the remainder to another new card was a pain and (relatively) too expensive.

At least with iTunes credit you can still access 'the change' and it doesn't disappear if you don't use it.

The handful I've bought, I bought off their own site - and I think it's a con the way they charge extra to let you pay thru PayPal. To the best of my knowledge nobody else does this.

Nobber
08-15-2013, 12:18 PM
Yeah, when we can we still try and get direct from them.

And for their credit, while the purchasing can feel a bit 'clunky' at times, it's way easier than getting stuff that requires going via Bandcamp. CosmicHoebo use that for Scary-fryers and you can really end-up going round in circles if you don't have a PayPal account.

Didn't know LC did that for PPal purchasers, though. Yeah, don't think I've seen that either.

I must have missed some changes [usually ignore all 'paypal' emails as being spam or cons], has paypal now started charging monies for using their facilities? I used to buy the majority of my LC discs from friends in the UK, as I have no access to them in Tasmania [unless I buy from a different state], on eBay, using Paypal, linked to a credit card account, I have a amount of credit from sales on eBay over the last 10 years, and knew some people were using their Paypal account as a normal bank transaction account, taking money out, and putting more in.... but I haven't bought anything off eBay since it became nearly 100% 'buy it now', 'visit my store' listings... I enjoyed the bidding, the snipering, the chat's by email, off site.
eBay used to be good for buying CD bundles of LC, when someone was making room or putting them on computer files or filesharing sites.....
So as I asked, has Paypal now become too expensive for online shopping?

So PPal charge LC and they just pass the charge on to us? I prefer to pay everything with PPal - it just makes life so much easier if there are any problems down the line. I just don't agree with LCs line on using it.

@Hew1tt: No I still use PPal. It's just LC that seems to charge extra. PPal charge a % to use them through Ebay (iirc), that's what I was saying - I've never come across another retail site that charges extra to let you pay through PPal.

Wouldnt let me buy it. Then tried Google Pay and, using my Gmail from my Android tablet, got through. It really depends more on if I can do it than the cost. In music filehosts, some ask you what bank you are going through. Valued Cardholder doesn't cut it sometimes so I have to try elsewhere. Visa sites usually okay. And I have a Deposit Files premium.

Comic shops.

All the Comic shops IN THE WORLD order the bulk of their products through Diamond Distributors who advertise their wares in a monthly periodical the size of a phone book called "Previews". New Previews might cost a couple bucks, but they generally give the old ones away...

You have to be living somewhere very rural, or very backward for there not to be a comic shop near your house, and if it's more than an hours drive, they will post or courier whatever you want to your house or a PO box for a nominal-to-FREE charge depending on how massive their organization is.

PREVIEWSworld - New Releases (http://www.previewsworld.com/Home/1/1/71/952)

^^^^ Proof ^^^^^

You have to talk to the comic shop guy and tell him what you want.

They will not order stuff they do not think will sell, so the latest Monthlies won't be on the shelf if you think you can just slink in, find this shit on display and slink out.

I repeat you have to talk to them.

COMMUNICATION.

But almost everything they order from their distributor is "to-order", so the price is not going to be jacked up because you're the only stupid bugger who wants it. The price point already takes that into account and is set and fixed by the distributor... Until the exchange rate starts messing with expectations.

How Americans find their closest comic shop

Comic Shop Locator| Find Your Nearest Comic Book, Graphic Novel and Pop-Culture Store - <font="#0070BC">Find a Participating Store Near You! </font> (http://www.comicshoplocator.com/Home/1/1/57/575)

The rest of the world can look up "comic shops" in their yellow dang pages.

Oh...

While you're there, pickup some old Superman comics from the sale bin for any children you are related to.

Safe to come in??

I think a part of the problem here is that this has gone from 'buy what we can and hope to get the rest' to 'buy as little as possible and expect to get the rest'

We are all short of money, some more than others, but i try and buy at least one LC item a month - not necessarily from their site as sometimes i can find them cheaper elsewhere. I shop around to find the cheapest prices i can, and if that means waiting a few months to get hold of a hard copy of a release i want, well that's fine with me.

Please, everyone, remember. LC is a business and they need to make money. If you can afford an item, even once every few months, please do so. In the meantime, please be patient and wait for new items to appear on here. You don't need them the same day they are released, and making others feel guilty for not u/ling them fast enough is not a good way to encourage the sharing.

And if you do buy an item, think carefully about which one you buy. If you are having trouble getting hold of a particular item, or range, perhaps make that what you buy if you can.

And now...

So how does everyone think the new medic will go, now that we've had some time to get used to the idea?

I'm looking forward to it. I like Capaldi as an actor ... but can he play the doctor? Only time will tell. Part of his success (or failure) will come from his look - if they get that wrong then I think it could all go wrong. I also hope he gets more of a chance to shine than Matt who I think sometimes tried too hard.

I'm still stuck on what was said in persuasion, which McCoy has completely taken to heart behind the scenes that Eight is too much of a soft cock to cope with a universe he hasn't already kicked into submission...

What's Klein... Current Klein is Nazi Klein brain washed into thinking that she's a normal human being... But she slept with Johann Shmit... An alternate 8 and that's where he see's the weakness in his older self.

A man distracted by his pecker when there's work to do.

Does he keep her around to prove that he's not his own sexualities bitch?

She's like a coal miners canary for his todger.

The moment he gets hot under the collar for Klein: ALL IS LOST!

...

The TV accidentally reflects the telly all too often.

What is his relationship with Clara?

Whatever she was before (a child), Clara is now thousands and thousands of years old, if she lived thousands of entire life's just so that she would be there at the right time and place to cross paths with the Doctor for a few second to rought the great intelligence.

Although Rory, was eventually twice as old as the Doctor, but that never seemed to change their relationship much?

Truthfully... The older he gets the randier he gets.

The next adventure with River is going to be SUCH fun.

Unless "haircut" was code for regeneration?

Even though he has been announced, and we are over that hump, I am holding all opinions back until the first *essential* episodes. As great as he can or can't be, it all comes down to the things we haven't seen yet; costume, personality and writing.

I think she said she had a lover called Johann, but it's a common German name - I don't think she implied it was 8. In fact I think she actually met him in another reality and he had no idea who she was. (Can't remember the name of the story, but iirc it was the one with the space-sharks).

The difference between Clara and a TL though is that when she dies, she is reborn from page #1. So it isn't a culmination of rebirths; she is born, she grows up in a time period where her life will bisect the Doctors, and then she dies (probably in her effort to save the Doctor each time, sucks to be her!). There have been 11 up to this point, so assuming she makes it to her mid-twenties each time, that makes her *at most* almost 300 years old - not really close to even the Firsts age.

Back in Colditz. 7 was shot dead. The Nazi's didn't notice him regenerate, 8 ingratiated himself into the nazi war machine in the alternate 1960s who then tricked Klein into crossing his timeline and resetting time so that Seven was not executed by the third Reich and the Allies won the war y making her fall in love with him and trust him completely.

They may not have consummated their relationship, it's open to interpretation, because he was playing her, how far did he take it to play her, but she was certainly hopelessly in love with him, and Benny did have full intercourse with 8 in the novels and the novels, well, her novels, do reflect her audio range "exactly".

8 does not keep his johnson in mothballs.

The fact that 8 seems to have practically and probably an identical physical description in both timelines has me wonder if regenerations are preset defaults. Sure Romana had the time to select a custom job, but that's just it, she wasn't moment's from death pulling the emergency break when the change came.

Quick heads up - LC has red stuff in veins of the kaleds pt 1 and 2 d/l's at ridiculously low prices - pt 1 at 85% off and pt 2 at 50% off

Different Clara's had different levels of awareness. That's I think what was meant by shattered unevenly into a million pieces (so not quoting at the moment), but there's no way that the Intelligence attacked the Doctor only 11 times. He claimed that he was going to reverse every victory turning his life into a string of nothing but defeats, which means that Clara and the intelligence are fighting behind the scenes in almost every televised adventure.

Okay, I'm partially wrong as usual.

Johann Shimdt was the 8th Doctor (Paul actually played the part briefly.), but she did have a boyfriend, she did boyfriend things with, who was probably that boss you were speaking of Nobber.

But then there might be some inconsistencies between Colditz and Klein's Story (I'm tapdancing as fast as I can!), which might require a relisten to sort this shit out...

I admit that the sex was reaching.

If I'm not reaching for sex then I'm not a man.

But I was fairly certain that she was in love with Johann.

Even though it's a near certainty that he would never have sincerely reciprocated.

I think it's a bit more zen and paradoxical than that.

From the Docs stand-point he had a time-line that happened before the GI got involved, that wound back on itself as as the involvements rolled forward, then we throw Clara(s) into the mix (see my comment about her(s) being concurrent), and bits roll backward and forward again until we're left at a point where the GI and Clara(s) interference cancel each other out and it all, sort of, never happened.

If you see what I mean.

So our primary TV line continues to be 'True' because Clara fixed it, and all the bits where she helped got cancelled out in the end as they weren't needed as the GI interference had gone.

I think I've just given myself a headache.

Oh for the good old days of linear storytelling! :)

There probably is some inconsistencies with Colditz/Story/AoHistory but I think that's more down to her doing some loop-de-loops in her timeline(s) and trying to write the character into a position where she could travel with The Doctor without 'upsetting' Colditz too much.

Merlin? You haven't listened to The 1st Sonatarans?

They go into the culture pre clone era.

...

Talk about how much effort is going into rebuilding the stop gap, makes me curious about how effective the Rutans are in direct conflict? Their abilities seem more apt to subterfuge and sabotage... Maybe it's their technology which is superior if they don't breed at a similar rate to the potato heads?

...

Problem with your research Nobber is that I got the Johann loves Lizzy vibe from Colditz, not Klein's Story, and since they went to the effort of giving her a nongallifrian lover in Klein's story it's clear that they had already prenixxed the idea if anyone had suggested it as a possibility.

BUT "Distant Sun Beams Theft" is still fairly recent, it could be a foreshadowing of some tooled-up Nuns joining the crew soon, and if the Medic made no correction to the comment (I heven't heard it yet so don't yell if I am totally insane on this) it wouldn't be the first time he has feigned knowledge, covered his own ignorance and tried to protect the timeline.

I found a thing! (all this talk made me curious, because I don't remember anything besides something along the lines of "she said she'd always regret it if she never did this, then she flipped him onto the bed...the end")

from Lance Parkin's guide to The Dying Days

No hanky panky in the TARDIS
In the TV Movie, the Doctor had kissed Grace, and some of the fanboys weren’t happy about that at all. The Doctor doesn’t kiss girls. Note that he doesn’t in this scene, either. Exactly what Benny and the Doctor do or don’t get up to must remain a mystery (and BBCi have decided against letting Allan Bednar draw a picture of it!).

Anybody else when they watch celebrity masterchef (uk tv show) narrated by India Fisher say to the TV 'you tell them, Charley Pollard'? No? Just me then :)

I found a thing! (all this talk made me curious, because I don't remember anything besides something along the lines of "she said she'd always regret it if she never did this, then she flipped him onto the bed...the end")

from Lance Parkin's guide to The Dying Days

The shagging was left vague in 1997, so that you could ignore it if you had no depth, but in 2009, in the audio "Benny's Story" the frakking was confirmed and verified as a real thing that happened.

No it wasn't.

Benny "We *cough* shook hands and said goodbye" - At most it's inferred, but far from confirmed and verified.

Unless there's a line I missed?

I haven't read the book in question, but I was told that he hid his pickle inside her as early as 2004, and I read an article last night where it said that there was a fan war about whether the sex did or did not happen for the better part of a decade... I had until last night thought that it was a fact more so than a conversation

A long heated conversation.

'04 is when I was told by a friend that the Doctor knocked boots with the professor by someone who read the book in '97... 09 is when the suggested hint of sex perhaps if you really wanted it to have happened had been confirmed to have actually happened... Of course I could as easily say that those stodgy nofunnicks had their world of denial fragged.

There was probably a first draft of the novel with a 15 page sex scene from one side of the zero room's ceiling to the other, which was redacted for reasons of moral perspicuity.

Agreed. The buying issue keeps coming up for obvious reasons-- it's something we're all cognizant of. And while there are obviously individual differences in where one thinks a moral line is crossed, there does seems to be a universal sentiment here that "I do what I can, and I'll do more when my fortune improves." Which is admirable.

I said this the last time the issue of buying came up
just ask yourself "What would the Medic do?"

If it was the 4th Medic, he'd start hurling scripts out the window and screaming for better writers. Zing!

Female Potato Warriors- I may be mis-remembering, but I am fairly sure that there was one in "Heroes of Notras" or was it an entire batch?

I'm going to unnecessarily chime in with my up-to-season-16 knowledge and point out that in the spuds' first appearance, Links encountered the 3rd's plucky journalist pal and expressed surprise at the whole two genders thing. There may well have been a bit of continuity change in the intervening 40 years that I haven't seen, of course... Hey, just humor me.

I've just realised that my imagined conclusion of that scene is very Rocky Horror.

Benny (Frank N Furter) pulls the Doctor (Brad) down to the bed; he protests & tries to stand up; she pulls him back down murmuring that it's not so bad... he gives up, gets it up and gets down to business...

Now, as much as I liked (most of) the NA's, that I most definitely agree with - made me squirm (and not in a zero room type of way...). It kind of worked with Benny to an extent, coz that's just part of her character, but most of it... no. Especially the bits with Ace. In fact most of what they did with Ace after her 'return' I really, really disliked - a massive step in the wrong direction, in this reader's opinion, and I was glad when they finally let her go (though admittedly her farewell was ok)...

wikipedia statement on the issue is:

The Dying Days also features an ambiguous epilogue which can be taken to imply that the Doctor and Bernice have sex.
This same epilogue also has the Doctor indicating that Benny is his longest-serving companion, although exactly how long she travelled with the Doctor has never been firmly established.

As most of the previous 'Benny' novels have her travelling with the 7th, does that also imply that it was the 7th not the 8th that she danced with.....? Of course, she would have known about the Doctor's regeneration ability, and the 'Virgin' novels don't have a tie in with the 'Movie' as the reason for his regeneration.....

I am trying to expand my collection and I have a few requests for audio dramas featuring a certain medic, as well as a number of spin offs. Some may have been posted here already, but the links have since expired.

So that I don't upset the rules of this thread, I just wondered what/where the best way to post my requests would be? Can I just give the titles or is it better to post them in "code"? Or is there someone I can PM with my list?

Ah! But we're playing '73 rules with Littleton Memorial Updates, so it's a perfectly valid move. You would have been right, though, had I played Drury Lane.

(But, hmm, I'd not considered the golden obelisk card ... got a very nice move saved for that one.)

Definitely think it could have been better as a three parter, couldn't stand "totes amazeballs" speaking alien, and had forgotten YouKnowWho are due up in the next one so groaned considerably when that particular background SFX kicked in.

Briefly; it's not brilliant, but not terrible. "romp" springs to mind. But going to hang-fire on full consideration as Jul-Sep'13 are shaping up to be a twelve parter and not three four-part stories.

Not to start another argument, or to recommence the one; over novels vs canon - Lungbarrow was writen a year after the movie was released., the movie's potential scripts are shown in 'The nth Doctor', the final script to the movie was formalised in 1994/5. Marc Platt, whilst a fine writer, is one of those who 'throw everything out to have his plot work'...
The movie never states that Romana is the president, and where are the Doctors companions during the action??, in a cupboard??,

I'm with DSM, ignore all Virgin books, with their strange tangents, and only read [if you must] BBC authorised canonical ones [preferably extensions of TV episodes]. :)

To address your two questions:

The movie doesn't mention Romana at all. Why should it?
The Doctor's companions were gone by the end of Lungbarrow.

I say read them all, and only count the ones you want in your headcanon :) I really liked most of the weird tangents of the Virgin books. It was the EDA books whose arcs I was (much much) less keen on, and those books were BBC authorised and all.

God I hope this is total bullshit like the others.

Here's the thing I don't understand about how WE use sendspace.

You don't have to have an account with them to upload, and when they ask you for an email address when you're uploading as random, that's optional. You don't have to give them your email address. It's completely blind... Well, they could be recording your ip address, and ipblock you if there are too many complaints, but it's not their job to police themselves or us because the honour system is being used to turn a blind eye on all this immoral behaviour, so I doubt they're recording our ip addresses since that would mean that they would actually have to chase down evil doers rather than saying that their system doesn't allow for immoral activity to be punished.

So unless you're protecting your sendspace account which has gigs of things saved which you want to keep saved, we really shouldn't have to take things down ourselves if we're uploading without an account... Unless I'm missing something?

I'm the exact opposite: I absolutely love the EDA plot lines - Although I know there's a major anti-Lawrence Miles sentiment out there, I'm a huge fan of his writing; Faction Paradox and Sabbath were the two best things that ever happened to literary Who.

What's the buzz, Foe, oh he of the missing episodes. Heard anything? Sorry, I just found this can opener, and there was this fresh can of worms, so I thought what the hell.

This falls under the category of things I've wanted to ask about but been too afraid to ask. All my uploads have been there, and I've had no issues or complaints. But I do seem to recall people complaining about the site in the past. I just can't recall what the issue was that set them off.

Anyone have the new Blokes 6 + 1 box set at all please

If people can wait a week or so, I'll probably be able to afford to grab the bundle of the next 2 sets, so I'll put it up then... :)

What Neon said, but don't make your codes too obscure. We have to know what ur asking for b4 we can upload it :)[COLOR="Silver"]

.

Thirded, Jackson. Use decipherable 'code,' (you don't need to knock yourself out trying to be clever) don't flood the thread with requests (since it's only getting trickier to upload and maintain large volumes of files in a single batch), and be patient. As I've mentioned a zillion times, I'm always looking for ways to give back, but I've got Rural Bandwidth Syndrome, so I can't usually reply to requests right away. And if your requests are going to run to the dozens or hundreds, explore tor.renting options by looking into VPNs if possible.

EDIT @ Jackson: Didn't see your latest post before I wrote that. You're obviously no dummy, and I didn't mean to come off as condescending. Unfortunately, I don't have any of your reqs in my collection, but welcome to the community, such as it is.

Do you believe this guy? A prince among men. A while back I posted a link to the endlessly entertaining Wife in Space (http://wifeinspace.com/) blog, and if you visit the site, you'll see that they've apparently started a new Brake's Siete project along the same lines.
