Was thinking earlier ... since they started LC must have had all the available cast of the classic series involved in at least one story/cc by now.

Mr Wateryhouse must be the last one, surely?

The only exception I can think of is SJS who had her own series but never got to do a proper Doctor story. Not even a CC.

Which is a shame.

A shame, yes... BUT she got to HEADLINE her own SERIES - both AUDIO as well as on the TV,
(...and while I would have LOVED to hear her back alongside the scarfed one again...)
Surely, that makes up for it a bit.

Jacqlyne Lane (1'st Medic era) is still alive, but hasn't done anything with LC. Probably figures (and probably correctly) that no one wants to hear from the sometimes-Cockney sometimes-not Miss D. Dupont ever again. (And after Guy with the Velour Face and Who Shot Camelot, who could blame her.)

I saw a miniepisode for the first time yesterday called Klara in the TADRIS.

Maybe there's a magic Door which Katarina walks through now and then, to wind up anywhere in the TADRIS' past or future to lend a hand.

What I find interesting is that several previous companions went on to be actor's agents and the like, often then representing others who would become involved in Medic What?.
Jacqlyne L@ne represented T. Baker when he became Medic4 as well as J@net FIeld!ing who became T3G@N.
J@net then went on to become an agent as well and represented P. McG@nn when he became Medic8
While W3ndy P@dbury (Z0E) went on to become an agent for M@tt Sm!th who then became the Medic11.

Interesting.
I'm not sure if there are any others.

Kararina's fate made me literally gasp with disbelief when I watched those episodes.
I would NEVER had expected such a gruesome end - at least not that early on.
Between her fate as well as that of S@r@ k!ngd0m (and her brother! - AT HER HANDS!!) that made me sit up and say "this $#!T is serious!".

uh... why is there no option to NOT like a comment. lol
Seriously, her attitude and mentality in that story would have made me dislike her (character) even if she were wearing a glittering bikini.
Now, if she were wearing a glittering bikini in the AZT3KS, on the other hand...

Here are another TWO methods that I was told to try by temporal tomato...
You can use the Inspect Element tool on your right-click toolbar to rip the file or you can download it with the SaveFrom.net helper.
The Element method is a bit time consuming (I think... I didn't really give it too much of a go since the firefox add-on worked so well), but the website.net helper wouldn't work on my ANCIENT system.
You'll probably have no problem as long as your using a computer from this century.

Thousands if not millions of duplicates of Clara across time and space...

Duplicate eggs.

Is there a clearly delineated order eggs prime and shoot down the fallopian tube, or is it like lottery balls with a random 4 or five at the front trying to simultaneously squeeze through the same aperture once a month?

If sperms actually have very little impact on the formation of the child after ignition, which is rubbish, or she falls for the same bloke she somehow keeps running across despite being on the wrong planet in the wrong era... That would explain how the fractured crosstime Claras by the billion, all had around about the same child, and gave birth to them all over time and space.

Yes (and no).

The first few eps 7 is a goofy, clumsy, vaudevillian clown.
They are EMBARRASSINGLY bad.

Then, as soon as Ace shows up, he turns into a Mastermind, with a darker streak.

Admittedly, I'm probably only a few eps ahead of you (I haven't had a chance for my usual "at least 1 story-arc" per night regimen) and am about to wrap up season25, watching "GR3@T3$T $H0W in the G@L@XY".
I just finished S!LV3R N3M!$!$ (which, while being a bit of a mess and possessing a plot nearly identical to the superior "R3M3MBR@NC3 of the D@L3K$") has 7 being very dark, devious and fun.
Ace is pretty good too (after her first horrid appearance story).
She can haul ass like a track star when running around and is built pretty sturdily to be able to jump through (sugar)glass windowpanes and the like.

BUT... it's far from perfect and there's still goofiness. (At least to the point where I am.)

imho

I'm hoping he progresses even further along the Master Planner lines in the next (and last) season.

My biggest complaint this week is ... why can't they just do "Jubilee" on TV? At least 'Dalek' had the grace to acknowledge the original, but this riffs on the same basic theme with a bit of unneeded shrinking going on.

"Jubilee" would just work sooooo well as a TV two-parter. PC would take the 6 part perfectly, and it would only need a few tweeks for Clara (Evelyn) to work.

By the way.

All of you that did watch the black and white stuff.

This is what it feels like to travel through time.

I get that "time-travel" feeling all the time.
Comes with my never having a clear grasp on my own linear timeline (never know what day/ time/ year it is).
I'll be walking around and I'll space out on where I am (in space AND time).
lol
My wife calls me the "Absent-Minded Professor" and she always has to remind me on the day.

There was a book called "Time and Again" by J@ck F!nney (and a sequel "From Time to Time", but I digress) wherein the secret to time-travel was that if you could thoroughly FEEL that you were in another time (a previous time, and the place you were going had to be present in both past and current time, since that was your "time-chamber") then you could just step out of the present-day place into the same place of yesteryear.
The theory was that creative types (artists and writers [and actors iirc] worked best) since they had brains that were more pliable to time.

Anyway, that has ALWAYS been me.
I feel like I time-travel all the time.

lol
probably T.M.I.

I didn't get the impression that Danny was the same entity she was coming across, (well, except for the younger version they accidentally visited in LISTEN).

That audio is, hands down, my favorite Dalek story that LC has done. I *really* do not want to see it on tv as a result.

No wonder they looked like they had worked together well

I honestly listened to Jubilee years after seeing Dalek, and I found both versions to be very strong in their own right. However, Jubilee feels a bit more significant to me due to Shearman's use of the Daleks as a severe indictment of the horrors and atrocities we as humanity continue to be capable of as a species. Six's rather cutting remark to the throng of humans in the last part sums it all up rather succinctly: "Daleks have been genetically engineered to see all other life as a threat. What excuse do you have?!"

a quick glance at that place shows a severe lack of common knowledge of the show. for example... The entire season 4 of the classic series is labeled as missing]
That's because it's labeled by Doctor, and the site doesn't include serials with missing episodes. There are two separate folders for Season 4, one for the 1st Doctor and another for the 2nd. :)

(At least to the point where I am.)

imho

I'm hoping he progresses even further along the Master Planner lines in the next (and last) season.

damn that really sucks. im inclined to skip to ace's eps lol

Imagine the change over.

He's thinking about becoming a master manipulator, so he's got all this shit planned out for Mel by his side.

BOOM!

Hello Ace, goodbye Mel.

Although even though there is some irony from a young girl caught in (time) twister named Dorothy Gale (redacted, but that surname used a couple times in novels?) you have to wonder if the Medic, or a future Medic didn't arrange everything to switch out the dud companion with an ace one?

No. Don't skip any.
They have some moments of goodness in there.
Like Mel was QUITE good in "Attack of the Faces-Look-Like-Naughty-Bits"...er..."Terror of the Vervoids" during 6ies tenure, she had good moments in some of 7's as well.

P@R@D!$3 T0W#R$ had some interesting aspects to it. And some mental ones as well... (let's just say it gives new meaning to "tea and crumpets").
Mel is the tasty bit of crumpet. lol
Mel was stronger in this than she'd been in some others (where she just screams at everything)

D3LT@ & the B@NN3RM3N was fairly enjoyable. This is where 7 really STARTS to become a planner.
Question for those who have seen it: Is the bee-keeper supposed to be a time-lord? Or is he merely "in-tune" with his bees?
Mel wasn't bad in this, but don't worry. "RAY" (a girl) is a good place-holder while you're waiting for Ace.
I would have liked to see RAY as a companion though. She seemed like "Ace-light".
The two of them could have played well off each other. Both seem prepared for contingencies, but while Ace likes her Nitro9, Ray had practical tools and a sensible nature.
They could have grown from each other.
Ah well...

DR@G0NF!R3 is a slip, but primarily because 7 is acting and reacting to environmental / terrain conditions that no one else seems to be, so HE seems to be bumbling.
(Although I can see NO reason why he shimmies down his brolly in one scene. Made zero sense.)
The story would have been good if the writer didn't make 2 vital errors regarding the baddie...(the baddie had been waiting/looking for the power-source for 3000 years? Really? It took 7 half an hour. And the power source was right there with him? Why? Best to chuck it onto another planet altogether. Just stupid.)
Thankfully, this introduces Ace (although her origin back-story is pretty weird [as mentioned by "guygardener"] and her catchphrase is a bit too cheesy being shouted about like she does here. But she gets better...) and Mel leaves (in an abrupt and arbitrary manner).

H@PPIN3SS P@TR0L is messed up (but in a pretty good way). Much like other episodes during 7's run it tried to do something very interesting and high-art, but didn't QUITE make it. Still, the end-result was enjoyable.

The Greatest Show is fucking terrifying even in modern context. I totally agree on how he is written up until Ace shows up, but there is definitely some progression for him while Mel is on board, so don't just pass it up.

"GR3@T3ST SH0W" is TWISTED! The lead clown is INTENSE (when he says little or nothing)!
And obviously the META commentary is laid on pretty thick, but it just adds to the overall sense of surrealism.

This is evident in both "R3M3mBR@NC3" and "N3M!S!S"!
She is capable and courageous in both of those (with 7 being at his peak - thus far - of Master Planner ability).
A truly devastating team.

So, DON'T skip any.
My earlier comment of his early ones being "embarrassingly bad" really had "TIME & THE R@N!" in mind, as well as parts of "DR@G0NF!R3".
But "Time and the..." was the real hurdle. It was very high-camp. (R@N! & 7 especially)
You may question your sanity and taste (and that of the production teams) but each one has its own merits.

While Series 23 had is bad moments --- there were a few bright lights...

The Rerturn O' the Mara [not that one!] was just daft by all accounts from start to finish.... and i did like some of medic 7s penchant for misquotes... which he dropped after this story...but LC used them in stories set between this one and.....
Eden Spires.... is the story i have a soft spot for .... i though it was ICE HOT ... and loved the Kangspeak
Gamma and the "Hulk"men --- you start to see the master planner of medic seven form... that cliffhanger at the end of the second episode telegraphs that.
Geckospark was just useless to me. And the worst way a companion has been written out since that Bird became extinct.

Wasn't sure if this would be of interest to anyone, but I was at SFCC this weekend and the Medic panel was very interesting. They leapt on the idea, saying they were definitely going to be asking LC about the possibility.

Sophie has always been 14 years older than me.

I fell for Ace on TV when she was 16 (and Sophie was 25?!)

Regardless, I was once a nine year old with perplexing unremitant deep feelings of love for the girl which would have landed her squarely in jail if she had responded positively to my pursuant interest.

30 years later the shoe is on the other foot because Ace (on the TV) is still 16 and I do not happen to still be a nine year old.

I am currently slightly older than nine.

It's not that I am attracted to a 16 year old, it's that I remember being attracted to a 16 year old (who was actually 25!) and that sidesteps my perversion buffers rewarding me with unwanted affection for a lady who is so way too very young that she needs to be thrown back and given the opportunity to mature into someone appropriate.

I can count the number of 7's stories I liked on one hand. Greatest Show isn't one of them. Nor is Spirit Illuminination, the other tale most consider one of the best of 7's run. Serpent's Flame is among them, though like many I felt Miss M's departure was poorly handled. I also liked the Pepperpot story, the return of the Brig, the WWII vampire tale, and the final ep featuring the bearded one.

Gre@test Sh0w has many moments of awesomeness (but not saying that it's ALL great - the magic show at the end is painful to watch).
But, it had epic qualities that hadn't been seen in the show for a long time.
(Plus, it's great fun with all the meta self-effacement)

I've just plowed through 3 of the 4 episodes from season26 and they are all insanely good.
AC3 is fabulous in them all. (And much like episodes from the previous season, when she lets her hair get a little looser - even if in a ponytail - she becomes insanely hot [which, from reading the entries on these last pages here... you guys already know. LOL]).
Although, there's a lot of background info about AC3 being tossed around that just comes out of nowhere.

B@ttlef!eld is the weakest of them (I haven't seen "Sir-Viv@l" yet though. That'll be tomorrow), but seeing Brig again was fabulous - and Jean Marsh totally relishes the role of Morgaine. Plus, there's great fun in seeing many of the threads that 7 weaves throughout the "future/past" (a shame we don't really get to actually SEE them happen though).

Spirit Glow is a total fun-house / madhouse / warped-mirror bit of extravagance and multiple layers of weirdness.
I'm sure many are left with a total "WTF just happened" "time-winds shredded my brain" feeling when it's all over, but it's too mad not to enjoy it.

but thus far the icing on the cake of "HOLY CRAP WHAT A GREAT EPISODE" is "Curse..."!
ACE is phenomenal in that and 7 firmly seated himself much higher in my personal medic-hierarchy than I thought possible - after 4, 2, 8, 11/10 & 1, but before, 3, 6, 9, 5 & WAR.
(Plus, during the "vampire" siege one of the hands through the door gets a FIRM grasp on Ac3s right breast and then when it knows what it has adjusts his grip and REALLY gets a good feel. lol)

thanks for scarvyboy whichwhichwhich

In the Virgin books, they established that the Medic deliberately made Bonnie leave the crew because he wanted a companion who would fit more with his "Time's Champion" role. He telepathically gave her the idea to leave with that pirate, which is why it doesn't make any sense. She left him soon after, and hitched rides through space until she ran into the Medic again much later. They have a pretty bad falling out when she sees what he's become.

This sounds interesting.
Someone on these boards once posted (about a dozen or two pages back) something about how there was SOME mention about 7 knowing that his next incarnation (8) was going to be a bit of a (and I quote) "soft c0ck" and so he went out of his way to "baby-proof" the universe in advance of this regeneration.

Does anyone know of what this references and where it can be found?
(I gather the sources could be ANYWHERE, and so I wouldn't know where to begin; books, audio, comics, fanwank lol...)

I'm a big fan of 8 but my appreciation for 7 is growing since being exposed to his adventures, and so I'm interested in reading/researching/finding out more about this fascinating hypothetical.

Thanks.

This is a fine example of why I generally ignore any of the virgin books that try to explain away plot elements that were actually addressed (even if badly) in the series.

Thanks.

Persuasion.

The Doctor is nearing the end of his current life and is trying to eradicate evil because he feels his next incarnation may not be strong enough for the task.

Persuasion (audio story) - Tardis Data Core, the Doctor Who Wiki (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Persuasion_(audio_story))

It's dialogue from the play, but I fell asleep in the middle, and listened to the behind the scenes before I finished the story, so when Sylvester repeated this idea during the interview portion out of character, making it sound like something that he had just devised whimsically about the state of his character and the universe he inhabits, I thought that he was a clever catty bitch.

:)

Persuasion is part one of a triptych, and part of the ongoing Klein saga.

Thank you for the info!
I'll have to check my files to see if I have the three audios on backup (awaiting a listen).
If I do, they get bumped up to the top of the pile.
(Although, I'm currently close to "girl who never was". I'll do the trilogy after that as that seems like a logical time for a break since I began listening with the Edwardian Adventuresses 1st appearance.)

This is a fine example of why I generally ignore any of the virgin books that try to explain away plot elements that were actually addressed (even if badly) in the series.

I feel like bringing a cricket bat to the beach is sort of grounds for suspicious behavior by itself.

Unless you're in Australia. Then you're just going to play some beach cricket until you lose the ball on the surf.

I just can't do it. I can't dive into a sequel without having first read the original.

Here's the original (i.e. prequel) novel, Day of the Tribbles as broadcast by BBC-7 in 2004. A straight reading by R-oger M-ay in seventeen parts, thirty-minutes each (about eight hours). To quell my own demons, I fetched it from the ABBay. As long as it's sitting on my drive, I thought perhaps some of you shriners might share a similar neurosis about having to go through Day before listening to LC's Night.

Does LC's Night stand on its own, or do I need to have read Day first?
STILL haven't listened to it, but if it is like the book that it is named after, it retreads the basic story of Day pretty well. I mean, I can outline anything relevant from Day in a spoiler tag;

There are genetically engineered plants that humanity uses for everything (food, oil, etc) that have the ability to walk around and can attack people with whiplike vines, but they are blind. One day everyone on earth goes blind for X reason except for the people that were asleep when it happened. Thus the plants inherit the earth and the survivors have to come up with a way to work together to save what they can of society. Night happens like 20-ish years later, after society has recovered somewhat but no so much that there are still not omnipresent dangers.

You should have met her in LC#25 Coldits (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Colditz_(audio_story)), but that by no means means that she registered.

Sadly, as I was still watching the classic eps I didn't want to listen to audios of medics that I had not yet viewed (for fear of spoilery bits) and then that kind of disqualified early medics whom I HAD viewed (because it didn't seem right to do that - plus it took FOREVER to get through all the eps and recons of Medic1 and didn't have it in me to LISTEN to MORE at the time LOL) so I opted to start my audio adventures with medic 8 - who only HAD ONE showing (up til that point) and his audio-ventures could still be a link from classic to the NuWh0m which i had already seen.
SO... that it my long-winded explanation for why I have not listened to any other audios, other than 8's, as of yet (and def didn't get to Coldits, since medic7 would be last on the list).

The GREAT NEWS is that a few days ago i FINISHED season 26
25 year old spoiler(?) to follow While Season26 was the BEST season in MANY a year, Pusses-in-bootses-on-ponies while good enough, was sadly a let-down as far as being "THE END" of the line. BUT, the M@$T3R had his best performance (ever for Ainley) since he stole Ny$$@'s father's body.

Covent Garden was the last place I saw a real Punch and Judy show. That was way back in the early 1980's.

I have been told by my mom that I was once a toddler (maybe about 3 or 4 years of age in the very early 1970's) watching a Punch&Judy show at a puppet theatre in the park when, at the commencement of Punch molesting Judy (in the traditional puppety manner) I SHOUTED - much to her embarrassment (and my personal shock and curiosity since where would such a young lad as I was then even have KNOWN ABOUT) - "R-A-P-E!" at the top of my lungs!
LOL

Needless to say, I was probably trundled out of the vicinity post-haste and most likely was never brought to another Punch&Judy ever again.

You know that different filelockers vs your ISP allow for different upload speeds.

On mega and hugefiles I'm uploading at 120 kbs, which used to be same with sendspace but something happened a few months back and my speed there has been clipped down to 30kbs.

Medic 4 Producer's Adventures is up.

The first two links are the stories (each file has their respective story CD covers). The third link is the Behind the Scenes materials and includes the cover for the box set.

The first story is an MP3 file. I had to convert it from an M4B because the original file size was too large for a free upload for Sendspace. The second story is an M4B format and the bonus materials are MP3 (LC made this portion a separate MP3 download due to complications with the original file size).

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Enjoy!

8 is the one who has sex with his companions.

By all means, lets stick 8 and Mel in a little blue box together.

Is there any instance of 8 actually (sonic) screw(driver)ing a companion?
I know "the kiss" was seen as heretical by some, but it's not exactly akin to a full on slipping her the old "time-rotor", is it?

So, in any novel or audio does 8 actually get her screaming "Oh, R@ssil0n!" (running out of t!me-l0rd double'-entendre's.)

Bear in mind, I'm not interested in this for any purile, wank reasoning. I'm merely curious.
We all know 10 had serious hots for R0$3, Madame DePompadore and married (and de-virginated) Queen Elizabeth I, and would have married the other mortal (school nurse) when he was human, 11 married R!V3R (and was all set to be fully functioning BF for Clara).

It's not even that there was no sexual tension in the classic series...
1 had a flirtation during the Aztecs (yes, he started out as just using her, but then...it seemed to blossom?), 3 had a serious crush on Jo, 4 had R0manaII, 5 and Ny$$@ seemed very close (perhaps not physical, but something deeper than just a companion), 6 loved himself - (but Peri... well... maybe by the end he may have eventually noticed Peri was a girl - LOL), so I'm just wondering why 8 gets such hate (hate for 8... that's not great, mate. [ok I'll stop])

Not read it, but supposedly 8+Benny get down to some, er, erotic excavations in one of the books.

Just watched "Roberts Of Sherrywood". Reasonably funny, and needed as the last two haven't exactly been full of smiles and laughs.

You, sir, have nothing to apologize for. We tip our hats to you in appreciation for your constant generosity. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

I read it in DWM, early 90s. Arg, it's always frustrating trying to find something both old and obscure...

I've gone through the medic mags and I cant find anything like you discribe, but I have found something from 2000ad - Prog 376 (Nov 1984) Tharg's Future Shocks - 'Bigger Game Hunters' by Alan Hebden and drawn by Tony O'Donnell. Humans travel back to hunt dino's etc, I cant find any scans of it, only text refrance.

So keep your eyes peeled for them and somebody please post them A.S.A.P. Would someone please repost 4th physician bygone search. In the 8 audio compilation "Friends all around" Benny makes mention that she and 8 got quite cozy in the carnal sense. She even teases him about it.
Benny's referring to the events at the very end of Dying Days, although even in said audio she doesn't get specific enough for us to tell if she just forced kissy-times upon him or if they actually did the nasty.

'I had better go,' the Doctor said quietly, when he had finished his champagne.
Benny hesitated, looking into those deep blue eyes of his. 'Yes. Look, before you leave, there's one thing I have to do. I'd never forgive myself otherwise.'
The Doctor looked puzzled. 'What would that - '
She grabbed the lapels of his frock coat, kissed him square on the mouth and pushed him down hard onto the bed.
-from The Dying Days

No hanky panky in the TARDIS
In the TV Movie, the Doctor had kissed Grace, and some of the fanboys werent happy about that at all. The Doctor doesnt kiss girls. Note that he doesnt in this scene, either. Exactly what Benny and the Doctor do or dont get up to must remain a mystery (and BBCi have decided against letting Allan Bednar draw a picture of it!).
-from Author Notes: Lance Parkin's guide to The Dying Days

'At the end of that, he dropped me off back at my native Timezone, and we *cough* ah, shook hands, and said goodbye.'
-from "The Company of Friends"

Lenny Henry's Doctor wanted to get quite intimate with Peri, and Joanna Lumley's Doctor looked at her screw driver and says "Ooooo, Look, it has three speeds!"

Yes, I was talking about 8 and Benny before, which must be a little confusing for Professor Summerfield if she keeps meeting Seven again and again after she shtupped 8.

Lumley is a fave of mine (from pretty much everything she does [Nu@vengers, AbFab, etc...]) but I thought "FatalDeath" was quite a lot of fun all around from everyone involved.
Lumley & Atkinson would be welcome additions to "alt-reality canon" for me.

Yes. Too true.
I'm more of a classic wh0mian and wasn't thrilled with this all-out-romp episode (humor works best in MedicWh0m when used sparingly - or to accentuate danger or absurdity[or, like "FatalDeath" is a skit designed to lampoon what's awesome about the show]), but my sister (a NuWh0mian) LOVED this one (and wasn't happy with the first two).

To each their own, and it still works.

I agree so much. I normally don't exactly love isGatt's work, but despite how corny and over the top this was, I positively loved it. It was fun and didn't take itself seriously until it questioned the truth about the Medic. I also knew a large portion of fandom would hate it, but surprisingly they seem to be using this episode to label 12 as "small minded". Because the Medic ALWAYS admits when he's wrong and NEVER jumps to conclusions. Apparently he's "not the Medic". Blah! :P

I noticed. Benson was also the voice of Orson Welles in the LC Medic Monthly #028. I consider it on par with Maurice LaMarche's impression, which is what he used to play the latter titular role in "Pinky and the Brain".

Plus, Alan-a-Dale was played by Ian Hallard, who's played smatterings of roles in LC's audios as well as being Mark Gatiss' husband in real life.

Given the, er, 'cast restrictions' it was bound to. Why they decided to drop the CC range is still beyond me. It's not like they haven't done 2CD CC releases in the past, is it?

And there's another odd angle to it, too. When you think of CC you know the story is going to be from the PoV of the Companion, so the loss of certain actors is lessened. But that loss is oddly heightened when you're not 'anchored' to a particular PoV. It's a subtle thing, but I noticed it a bit in the Lost ones.

Is it me or does the Early Travels series seem to just be The Lost Episodes mixed with the CC's?

Yes. Everyone is thinking that. :)

The early tales have more voice talent, which also means more studio time.

They clearly cost more to make, which means that LC hopes the early stuff will reach a larger audience and the larger audiences wallets.

Which means that the new series needs a larger production budget.

I can see how it would be easier to create a new product than amend the existing series to meet the new budgetary parameters.

Besides... The Arl Years, that I am aware of, only covers one and two.

What have they got planned for Three and possibly four?

Nightowl1701

Four's got his own series. And what can LC really do with Three when three-quarters of the cast are dead and one of the three remaining wants nothing more to do with them? They're at the point of either recast the whole bunch or let Three rest in peace.

It seems pretty obvious that the reason for this new not late series is that they were quickly running out of unfinished stories to "adapt". (And by adapt, by the latest series, that had come to basically mean write an entirely new story around a one page outline.) At this point, any marketing advantage to using stories for the original show is pretty much negated by the fact that none of these stories were ever seriously considered for production. They were just idea pitches. At this point, they might as well go ahead will brand new full cast stories that let the writers really go to town.

With the CC's announced as coming back as box sets, that effectively gives us around the same number of discs as the CC's had before. But the pricing has come way down, since the double disc releases in this new series are quite a bit cheaper than two CC's, and the CC box set is only 15 pounds/dollars/euros, or less than the cost of two CC's.

On another note, the planets of medic what box set is out now.

As for the hopes for the next episode of the TV show being good, IT IS!
