If you browsed the main site directly and still have it in your cache, you can still get that file.

If you hotlink it, you get this error.
Some sites restrict certain file access to prevent hotlinking.

You get this a lot when people hotlink photos rather than re-upping to their own photo sharing account.
Same thing happens there, if you browse the main site, you can see it as long as it's in the cache.

Can you nab it and upload it for us?

GOT series is good.

By far one of HBO's best series.
Really mixed reviews by a majority of viewers since:

It's based on books.

Even the ones who don't the read books will complain about a lot of episodes because: "not enough action". :noonecares:

The only thing I would complain is that one episode where they used rock and roll music for the end credits.
The Maiden and Bear or something.
The song title and lyrics probably match, but keep that shit on MTV. :notgood:

oh yeah, that episode.

The beloved Stark family.
I think a lot of fans are too attached the Stark family, so anything bad that happens to them, they ragequit.
Those are for live-TV veiwings.

Pirating-wise, I don't think there was that drastic a change in it.

That episode was pretty harsh towards women, in general.
But, I wasn't gonig to quit just because of that.

I don't see how people got so pissed about that episode. The show's pretty bad to begin with for violence.
Every year they have to raise the bar because everyone's "seen that already".

Oh, Game of Thrones.. you mean, that show I wanted to watch once, because it had wolves (huskies) and dragons which I love very much?

The show I at the end refused to watch because of the amount of gore, vore, and brutality it has that I don't think I could bare?

Don't think the show is worth to bear all of that, or is it?

Killgrave
12-08-2015, 04:47 PM
I love it! It's worth it. Can't wait for the next season.

Bring on the gore, violence, manipulations, brutality, betrayals, beheadings and battles.

After all, the series is called Game of Thrones not Game of Unicorns Farting Rainbows. And if history teaches us anything, it's that empire building is a dirty, nasty and bloody business.

It's not that I'm a weak fuck, it's just that.. unless it's worth it and has a wonderful story, I don't think free unnecesary brutality just for the heck of it it's worth a watch. xD

I Only Enjoyed S1, With Sean Bean. I Have 1-4 On DVD, Buts Its Not A Show I Watch Often, It Bores Me From Time To Time, I Get About 4 Episodes Is An Have to Stop. But Each Person Has Stuff They Like.
I Could Sit And Watch Once Upon A Time, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Arrow Ect Again And Again, But Others the Other Way.

You Just Have to Try, It Might Be Something You Enjoy Again And Again With Each Episode Leaving You Desperatly Wanting More (Like Once Does With Me) Or Again After Watching You Feel Boy Never Again.

Take A Chance, See What You Think. Who Knows It Could Become You're All Time Favorite Show... Or...Not.

I don't know, people surely have to like it for a reason, and I don't think it's the explicit hardcore, it's gotta have a good fantasy story, I guess.

I'll give it a try someday. I said I wouldn't mind the explicit if the story's really really worth it. And if you can bear it.. then I can xD

Has the Blu-ray been leaked already?

I'm gonna download it.. just for the special features and the audiocomentary, I'm interested in that. Saw the movie in theatres. Didn't hate it, was entertained, but the problems of the movie were very very visible for me, and I don't often see them in movies, sometimes I just go by the flow of cinema excitement (ex. Yeah, it's out there now.

I watched the last PP movie with that kid and Jason Isaacs (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0316396), the extended edition.

I'm looking forward to this one because of the 4 actors I recognize: Hugh Jackman, Garrett Hedlund, Rooney Mara, and Amanda Seyfried.

I think the only PP movie I really enjoy the most is Hook. Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman.
After that, Finding Neverland (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0308644) (2004), also with Dustin Hoffman.

The old Disney cartoon was fun when I was a kid.

Though, what do you mean Extended Edition? I had no idea there was one, how is it? What's the difference? I haven't seen Hook yet, but I want to. No idea why I don't grab the BD, it's cheap, VERY cheap. :I Don't look forward to the movie, I believe you may see the faults of it as well.

1 hr 53 min (113 min)
1 hr 47 min (107 min) (theatrical)

I'm not sure what the differences are, the "Alternate Versions" on IMDb only list content for DVD releases and different countries.

Germany has more censoring than USA and UK. A headbutt was removed.

The blurays only have the EE.

The US BD lacks the special features:
http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Peter-Pan-Blu-ray/19011/#Review

But I've seen other BD's have special features though. the one I grabbed.

I do like that one a lot. Very nice visuals, bright colors. Through my ChromaDepth 3D glasses, it's stunning.
But, I agree that it has some DNR to it, like the review says.

Jason Isaacs is great as Hook.

Hook is amazing as a story and movie.
I think all the blurays are the same transfer.
There was a re-release this year, but I think it only had new special features.

Once more, I totally had no idea that the movie was "extended", at all. Never, ever, ever, and I've known and loved this movie since I was a kid. It was never publicisized, anywhere in the DVD or BD releases. Though, I just checked mine (the Spain BD release by Sony) and it says the during time is 113 min, like you just said, the extended edition, I saw this BD long ago and once more I never saw anything new. *shrug* May it be they are including the deleted alternate ending with Wendy's daughter? That, both DVD and BD, is included as a special feature. It seems my Blu-ray has that headbutt, then. It's uncut and extended, very well. After reading the review, I'm actually quite glad at how well the Sony disc seems to flare compared to USA's Universal's. My disc has DolbyTrueHD audio, not only for English but also the other languages, which is nice. It also has special features and a designed menu; not to mention ALL the special features of the DVD which are very good, I must say. So I'm glad to have this release. I really like this movie. Last time I saw the movie though, I don't remember seeing a snippet of DNR, but maybe it's the same master, or maybe it's not, who knows. But I did felt like I was watching the DVD, but amplified to 1080p.. which is what it is. About Hook. I can't say anything, yet, someday I'll watch/buy it. I believe it looks like a nice fantasy family movie. Shame it had no extras though, that seems to be happening too for the Spain release. Don't hold your breath for PAN, by the way. You may only love the music as much as I did. The music does bring another layer to the movie.

Not really.
That's just the magic of DNR.
When movies get scrubbed with DNR, it feels like SD upscaled to HD.
This is from an HD source, so it's not upscaled; just washed out.
DVD mastering today is a lot better than the old days. Largely because the software upgraded and the standards, did too.
Most movies should be getting encoded as Progressive on DVD rather than outdated Interlace format.
TV series are the most eligible for Interlace.

Ah, so that's why the movie gets DNR'ed, to allow room for all the other lossless audio tracks.

Pretty sure the 80's series let some innuendo slip by.
I'm not going to go digging up specific examples, but a lot of kids shows let things slip.
Some of them are outright dirty to begin with back then. Animaniacs was not so innocent for a kids cartoon.

Noticeably so.

The deluxe OST may be the complete film score (may, because it's running time is more than that of the film), but it's in no way similar to what's heard in the film - as is the case 99.9% of the time.

Holy crap, Ant-Man is in the DVD and Blu-ray in the original 1:85:1 aspect ratio? Is how it goes in the BD or this is a faulty rip?

If it's true, wow, you can obviously see right there how Marvel handles EVERYTHING even the mastering of BDs, because Disney would most definitely do ALWAYS 1:78..

tehƧP@ƦKlyANK -Ⅲ
12-11-2015, 12:55 AM
The bluray has 1.85:1 OAR.

It's a dot first then semicolon.
x:y
width related to height.
1920 by 1038 (cropped black bars at top and bottom)

to calculate:
1920/1038=1.84971098265896
Round to 1.85

1.85:1

1:85:1 would mean 3 dimensions...
x:y:z
Which doesn't really exist for aspect ratios.
It would be impossible to scale the perceived depth.

I think for the case of the first Avengers movie, it was because it was the beginning of 3D bluray movies and they found it "best" or "less distracting" if the 3D release got a full image in 1.78:1 rather than have any amount of black bars.
Same time movies like Jumper and I, Robot got re-released in "open matte" (or zoomed in for the most part) for a 3D bluray release.
A faux pas on the studio's part.

I think with all the re-releases today, they're trying to get around to releasing things in intended formats.

The bluray has 1.85:1 OAR.

It's a really weird thing because Disney ALWAYS, like, most of the studios today, keep releasing their 1.85:1 movies in 1.78:1 in BD and to me it's kinda annoying sometimes. Paramount and Warner abuse this, they RARELY EVER, or NEVER release a movie in 1.85:1. Dreamworks used to do 1.78:1 when they were with Paramount; now with Fox they do 1.85:1 which surprised me too. Disney also keeps 1.78:1 for new movies. It's annoying. I think only Fox and Universal respect the 1.85:1 religiously..

Had no idea of this, it's hilarious. What a great way to start a movie.

I love the second one a lot.
The Germans are freaky but they can really coordinate a show. Not one person unused.

In order to become a true Star Wars guru, Sulley, you need to see the Holiday Special.

Studies show that classical music helps the best for studying.
Especially where the music runs at bpm that matches your own heat rate.

Baroque music has shown to be the most effective in learning.

It also makes it even better when you're one to enjoy classical music too.
