I've used Tenso for Japanese stores that won't ship overseas. I haven't used it in years, but if it's still the same, they give you an actual Japanese address that you can have stuff shipped to, they can gather up as much or as little stuff as you want and forward it to you in one box. The original store doesn't even know you're using a middle man unless they happen to know that address, I guess.

I'm dying to hear what SoW sounds like, unfortunately from what I've read, it's exclusive to the Mithril edition so the only way to get it is to fork out $300+ for the entire game, season pass, statue and all other stuff to get the 2-disc soundtrack. :/

FromJapan takes care of the order placement. They go to the seller's store/auction, estimate the total cost and ask you to confirm if you want to proceed. When they receive your payment they place the order. The parcel is sent to them from the store and then they forward it to you.

Try loading the .cue in an audio conversion program (Xrecode perhaps) and converting to another format, assuming the .bin is lossless. It should automatically split the file into separate songs that way.

I wish there was a way for EAC to make 100% (or at least, something close) rips of range rips to tracks..

That method doesn't always work with every rip, for some reason. Some cues for whatever reason won't work

Probably because the purpose of a 100% log is to signify that the audio data has been extracted from the CD as perfectly as possible.

Tough the (approx.) double of the file size shows up at the folder:

The album is 428mb and the file manager says the folder contains about double of that.

anyways, I think it's a good idea because some troll can't just go arround deleting the whole folder.
Also, If there's stuff uploaded in there that's not related I can delete it with ease.

also, a bit of a random question for Vegeta + all the other EAC users here... have you noticed any difference in Pre-Emphasis detection behavior in the latest version?

I've only used versions from after they were legally required to remove PE detection... so as far as i'm familiar with it, it never detected any of my PE discs and I'd have to manually enter it in the cue sheet myself.


So imagine my surprise when I tried ripping 2 discs which showed "Yes" in the PE field! and it even correctly inserted the pre flags at the appropriate spots in the cue sheet!

I didn't see anything in the changelog to indicate that they brought this feature back in the last update.. and I didn't see anyone mention it anywhere else online. Secret feature maybe? lol

I've used Tenso, Buyee and Zenmarket. Zenmarket is my favorite because you give them the link and they do everything for you. I was able to buy some specific FE0 cards only with Zenmarket. I gave them your link, I will tell you once they respond.

They did accept the link, they just told me that the pre-orders open on November 8th, so they told me to give them the link on that date.

For the life of me I cannot get EAC to work anymore on my PC, it keeps hanging on the load screen. Alternatively I've been using recently dBpoweramp CD Ripper surprisingly its supports cue file extract. For those using this program can someone verify my log to see if I did this right?

Warframe Soundtrack


This one is very special. I have never seen an official release of a video game soundtrack of this level of fidelity. 24 bit, 2,187 to 2,094 bit rate, 96Hz, and an album gain of -4.24dB. Very impressive. Very big, too. The first track "This is Who You Are" which is 6:14 in length, is 122MB alone.

For the life of me I cannot get EAC to work anymore on my PC, it keeps hanging on the load screen. Alternatively I've been using recently dBpoweramp CD Ripper surprisingly its supports cue file extract. For those using this program can someone verify my log to see if I did this right?

Regarding EAC, I�ve definitely had a couple of incidents where some database file that loads at startup got corrupted and deleting it solved the problem. The issue is...I can�t recall what that file was! I�m pretty sure it had something to do with accuraterip. It should boot up normally after that though. Only thing is EAC will �forget� every CD you�ve ever ripped and will not retain the metadata or CRC results for read/test for each disc you�ve ever inserted as that is what is maintained in that database.


Perhaps it gets too large over time or something.

Does anyone have a holy grail CD that’s so rare that obtaining a copy might be completely hopeless? I just learned something long thought to not even exist actually did get pressed over 30 years ago but never made it to market, i have reason to believe it was pressed in incredibly low quantities. Perhaps less than 10. So tempted to just dump all my APL ratio into a request but even then i doubt anything will come of it.



Even worse, it is a PDO pressed disc from 1987. It very well may be unplayable already. Almost certainly would be by the time if I ever got my hands on a copy if one turned up on eBay or something in the future.

Tried to download a second time and mega wouldn't even let me download, gave me an error that said "The provided key is invalid. Please check that the key is correct or ask the creator of the link again"

Tried again a few minutes later using the exact same link, the third time it would let me download, but the file would not extract.

To summarize, I've tried downloading from both a Windows machine and a Mac machine. I've tried to extract using WinRAR, Jdownloader, and UnRarX each produced errors saying the archive is corrupt, the archive contains no files, etc. Maybe try a different host or try re-archiving using a different program as the one it was originally encoded with appears to be grossly incompatible with a variety of extractors.

And please, go ahead and call me a racial slur, or accuse me of trolling. Go ahead and tell me I'm doing it wrong, pretend that my inability to double click an icon could possibly be an explanation for what the problem might be. If that's what makes you comfortable then by all means, go ahead. But know that all you're doing is pretending the problem doesn't exist.

I'd be curious to see if someone can think of an actually legitimate explanation as to what could be going on here. I would also appreciate it if someone who was successfully able to extract the files could re-encrypt them and re-up them.

I bet he only downloaded one of the parts of one of the discs and isn't having any luck extracting it because he's missing the other parts for that particular disc.

I think the characters in the rar filenames are not in the standard windows character set. To me the font looks different then usual, more like [C o m m a n d & C o n q u e r].

Mothramegas try renaming the files to disc1.part1.rar, etc. That might get it to work.

WinRAR versions 5 and up (ver5.50 now makes it default) have a "RAR5" archive format that, when used (and I know Neo_Chip uses it, among many others here), can ONLY BE OPENED/EXTRACTED with WinRAR versions 5 and up. 7-zip or other archive software have already implemented the RAR5 archive so that they can also extract them IF YOU UPDATE THEM.

If you haven't already done so, update WinRAR to the latest version.

7zip can be opened by many other softwares (free or not), can open proprietary formats (not that great, not so efficient, and/or compatible like the aforementioned .Rar),

- 7zip should technically work like a charm. If not, try reinstalling it fresh, and testing it with other same types just in case.
- 7z is not an exclusive format, even more obvious from its "open source" state.

- MEGA is sh*t, nothing new here. Can't use megadl? Jdownloader took an arrow in the knee? (yes I can use that, a new version

- You want a legitimate explanation about your situation? Tough call. Still, it can be because of stuff related to "your" internet usage,
a thing with your provider, your router or box, your HDD being scrambled like eggs because of not havin' been defraged for ages...
So many possibilities. You know that when suspecting "something", testing it in a complete unrelated and sane environment can help
find a possible culprit. So like, using a computer from elsewhere, not using your own internet connection, etc... If it's not possible,
then try eliminating one by one all the most obvious possibilities, just to shrink down your suspects to a bare minimum.

Maybe you have a bigger problem than you thought and it will be a pain to solve it.

gosh i didn't mean to make mothramegas look like an idiot, even though he made some slips in checking on his part; its just i almost never had complaints about compression issues as i ALWAYS archive my files using the "BEST" compression method and on top of that add a 10% Recovery which means (aside from server corruption, which I've never had problems with mega.nz) my uploads should almost never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever be corrupted and if they do it can be repaired on the spot, saving a reup.

and yes the program i use to archive is the latest winrar using RAR5 as the standard

I'd also recommend RAR5, but furthermore with "Settings > Compression > Compression profiles > Create default > Options > Archive features > Use BLAKE2 file checksum" on. It's quite better than plain old CRC32.

Yes, since it has a "hidden" section where people upload their HI-RES lossless, and very rare CDs that you may never be able for find it anywhere else. Additionally, if you donate 8/16$, they will also give you an amount of points for spending to ulock download links. However, when you have spent all your points, you can either donate again to get points for the quickest way, or start contributing by uploading your stuffs (earning points in this site is easier than others).

In the end, only the work of Tsuru Hiromi will be the one that matters, voice actors do give the soul to a character. A dub actor is like someone drawing over an already made sketch and just change the colors. All dub actors anywhere can be and are replaced like a pair of socks overnight, but to replace an original voice actor will never be that easy.
I'm glad there aren't many Mexicans around here, they do believe their dub actors are better than any original voice actor and would be saying that theirs is the best of them all, even better than Tsuru. Nonsense!

Hey everyone, I hope this okay to share here. I figured I’d give you guys a heads-up since this pertains to so many of our mutual passions!


Some of you may know from personal conversations with me that I’ve been planning to start up a label for quite some time now. A great opportunity arose and it seemed like a great time to kick it all off, so I have put together a Kickstarter for my first release - a deluxe 45 RPM 2xLP of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard’s “Polygondwanaland”


It’s been up for a few hours already, and I’d appreciate it if everyone at least took the time to read it through and maybe pass the link forward to a friend who may be interested.


My label will have a very strong focus on vinyl releases produced to the very highest quality standards, and hi-res/lossless digital. Of more interest to you folks of course - I do plan on delving into game soundtracks in the near future. So this is a venture you still may want to support, even if you don’t like King Gizzard - the scope of this campaign is far larger than just this one record.


Hopefully I can make a solid effort to bring out all those OSTs we’ve been lusting after :)

Thanks bud, that’s very much appreciated! I don’t see them mentioned together a lot but if you’re into the Flaming Lips, I’d say these guys have a similar, if somewhat proggier/more “technical” sound. They’ve done quite a few albums this year alone :)

Someone has to address this problem. Any click in the forum pages can activate a pop-up window that lead to phishing pages and my AV detects like crazy hundreds of harmful URLs.
The clicks that usually give me the pop-up are the spoiler button and the buttons to specific thread pages. Just now, as I opened the edit post page, another window poped-up.

The forum's STILL plagued by that stuff? I'm sorry guys, but I refuse to update the list until this has been fixed. While Kaspersky blocks all the harmful links, the notifications are too annoying for me.

My adblocker keeps them away. Oh wow, seeing the crap.

If these are harmful, I think you should really change the links so that they do appear as text (not clickable), because some people may click one of the links anyway.

Hmmm I typically only browse this page from iOS/Safari and I’ve never had any trouble with malicious pop ups or anything like that thankfully... maybe that’s a good temporary workaround until there’s a real solution.

It's probably best advised to check your own logger just be on the safe side.. I have tons of extensions blocking all kinds of things and even then I had to manually block a few sites.

Just use Noscript.

Steven Wilson is truly an incredible musician. His entire repertoire is just remarkable. No-Man, Procupine Tree, and Bass Communion are so great. It blows my mind just seeing what he has accomplished as a musician. His solo work has been a true joy to witness. Hand. Cannot. Erase. is something I think everyone who loves progressive rock should listen to. Thanks for the share!

Well... You could always create a baidu account, but frankly the most easier and hassle free road
would be to use a soft like JDownloader and just add the link to the DL list. You can even resume
