I agree. A thread is far from being enough. A simple look at the number of views from the thread tells you that much. It's clearly not the kind of information you have to go look for yourself.

What enemy do you have that would go to no limits to hack you? What have you done, even?If it is related to the data leak here (which isn't guaranteed, of course) then it's likely they don't know Arceles. As I understand it, identity fraud goes like this: use Facebook/other social media to gather personal data -> access email account through "security" questions like "who is your best friend", "where did you go to school" -> access bank account/paypal and transfer as much money as possible (deleting confirmation emails afterwards). A friend of mine had this happen a couple of years back.

I don't mean to be dramatic, but if the password you used for this site is the same as it is for any of your important personal shit (Facebook/email/paypal etc), you really do need to change it now (and don't just add a "1" on the end; change it completely).

Question: How do you guys usually store the obis you get with soundtracks? Most common answers are store them inside the jewel case or leave them outside but have the whole thing in a sleeve. I don't think all of mine have the perforated lines so I'm a little hesitant to flatten them to put in the cases, but I don't have sleeves either...

If one comes with a sleeve then i leave it outside but if it doesn't i usually slide it inside the booklet or just on top of the booklet.

Wow, I'm glad I did the Falcom repository project over the last year. Both of the biggest resources for gathering all of this - 115 and Baidu - now both have completely been changed and Baidu's wiped tons of accounts free of all data, so my Baidu account no longer has the giant archive of Falcom stuff in it anymore.

At least it happened after I gathered everything I needed, rather than before.

I don't really know about any tests that I have to take to get to What.CD? I didn't know at all, and they're like ASIANDVDCLUB, super harsh and personal, wouldn't even know if they'd accept me. And invites, I haven't been lucky enough to have anyone invite me. Not like almost anyone wants because if I fuck up, the one who invited me gets shit more than me.

I think you did know about the test. Vegeta made the joke "if sonicrings can pass it, anyone can" when you doubted you could pass.

The ADPCM plugin is the only one I know of https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_adpcm It's worked for the few adx files I've come across, but I haven't tested it thoroughly.

I hadn't gotten around to this one, because I always assumed the .rar was broken. I decided to run a recovery check on it out of the blue after installing WinRAR for kicks (I normally use 7zip) and it had a recovery record so I was able to fix the rar.

This was another one of the Falcom doujin CDs, but since there's only one Ys track on here I don't think it's fair to call it that. There's lots of stuff on here.

I've come across a few .rar's that I could not open using 7zip. I moved them onto my laptop which has Winrar (don't want to install too many redundant things on my desktop) and what do you know, it worked. Maybe it was just 7zip that couldn't extract the rar?

7zip doesn't have built-in RAR recovery functionality, which is what I installed WinRAR for.

For anyone curious, there's a giant button in the WinRAR window that is literally 'repair.'

I do not have that gamerip, unfortunately. Though I think you can just use dolphin to make your own gamerip. Or just get it from here and convert to wav then flac. http://gcn.joshw.info/s/

that would work for the bgm, which i have another method for, but not for the cutscene audio I don't think
I have the pc version so I can just convert the bgm to another format, its extracting the video file audio i don't know how to do, hence the need for this rip

I'm pretty sure all you need to do is drag and drop the video file into your music converter and just convert to flac, it'll rip and convert the audio from the video. That's what I do when I download a youtube vid of a song I can't find anywhere else. I use xrecode II as my audio converter.

It might work for common files but not these the cutscene files are a rare and proprietary format that can't figure how to extract the audio files from
otherwise I wouldn't be after the gamerip
I think I found a solution tho

In other News, Danny Baranowsky has prohibited Team Meat of using his Music for the upcoming PS4&Vita Ports of
Super Meat Boy, so it will be getting a new Soundtrack by several musicians, including Ridiculon (The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth),
David “Scattle” Scatliffe (Hotline Miami), and Laura Shigihara (Plants vs. Zombies).

Excited to hear a new take on the Super Meat Boy Soundtrack, but i doubt they will be able to top Danny's OST. :)

All right, so the official SSX soundtrack CD release doesn't have most of the music in the game. This means that I've compiled high-quality, properly cited lossless rips together, took out the relevant track, and put it in this archive.

Version 1, an unofficial 'reconstruction' of the SSX 2012 soundtrack.

Does not include all songs - is missing:

Felguk ft. Example - Plastic Smile
Raffertie - Twitch (It Grows and Grows: SSX Version)
Run-DMC - It's Tricky (SSX Pretty Lights Remix)
Styrofoam Ones - Better
Theophilus London - I Stand Alone (Ocelot Mix)
TRS-80 - Mirage

Once the other ones of these are found, a V2 will exist. TRS-80's Horizons CD has Mirage on it, this is the only one I know has a CD release.

I believe Plastic Smile is an iTunes exclusive and is MP3 only,
and the SSX versions of Twitch and It's Tricky are probably forever unreleased.

Not really, RIAA has bigger fish to fry. Besides I think the piracy of music sharing will disintegrate with streaming services I doubt the average Joe purchases anything anymore.

Welp, freeleech is over. It was fun!

This weekend felt like the longest Christmas morning I've ever had. 48 hours worth, to be exact! I couldn't game online, or watch Youtube vids in HD, and I was glad I had those problems because it meant my torrents were being downloaded and seeded.

Unfortunately a couple dozen of my torrents haven't any seeders so those couldn't complete.

~400 snatches (mostly for friends and you guys <3)
~240 GB down
~60 GB up

You would need a second account, and then you add that account to your main mega account using the folder sharing system, but make sure you have files on your main account to be shared, and when you go to the other account if it doesn't show anything about you sharing files between the 2 accounts.. like if your 2nd account can't see the files the main account is sharing with it, then it would seem you are having the problem too..

Not trying to reignite an old debate, just asking.

Well the site will be close until the end of December/January ! (same date of release of PSON)

The reason: I need to finish PSON before the web site, and not the inverse. I got too much problem by doing it in the opposite way, at each new progress on PSON I need to go back change things in the site.

The site need to work in very strict way, things that can't be done until all the architecture of PSON is finished. (they both share the same Javascript file).

So I'm sorry for those who are waiting for the forum to come back soon, but be sure, nothing is lost and everything is on the good way ! :p (I will edit the maintenance page soon)

For those who say "nah ! fuck gravitrek !", "this site is a mess", "we don't need a bloated site" or "it's overambitious", I will say:

I got the Bandcamp Version, shouldn't be any Audio Errors in there.

Couple months back Jessie posted it either in this thread or the Orchestral Action one. I made a comment though nothing came of it. I plan to buy a few things soon, so I might just pony up the $5 for the Bandcamp version. Though please share it if you're offering. Now for Steam to get a clue with Hektor, which is even more amazing.

I grabbed this during the freeleech and as if by fate decided to listen to it out of the large assimilation of other CDs. I am still listening to it. It. Is. Amazing. The Stickerbrush Symphony arrangement is the best I've ever heard. Yes, better than Protricity's Brambles in the Breeze*. Everything else is icing on the cake.

*This may be in part due to the lossless nature of this album, and my love for drums.

Great share! You might never get to play this game (or understand it) but you have to listen to it. The soundtracks for this series are hard to come by, I've only seen this one and Dokimajo 2.

Anyone has the Rokko Chan soundtracks? They used to be free but now they are $7 each. It's an interesting soundtrack.

Its so varied. Some of the songs sound like they are STRAIGHT from the 2013 release.
