You have to understand that because I'm in a different country that that's why I'm having a hard time understanding your situation. It's fucked up studying for a degree restricts you from employment. Maybe not in Spain, but in America it's common sense. A student studying for a degree has to have some sort of income to support themselves (good thing you have your friend).

Honestly I've said a load of times in this forum why I can't or don't have a job - it's just NOW that I've had to explain it more in detail. It's not that studying for a degree restricts my employment. I'll tell you; our education system here is very different than in the US; we have obligatory school since 6 years old to 16, or 17; I've done all of those except the one last year, I failed the year, and I didn't want to repeat the course (again since I repeated one class when I was 14 or 15), I didn't want to go through that last year again, so since I was becoming 18 that year, I decided to go on my own, and do a test for 18 years old; a test for the "high school" (though not YOUR high school) that is basically a test of the four years in one; that you can do on your own in April and June. Once you pass the test, you get the basic school degree. I just haven't been lucky and failed it four times. I'm still trying and not giving up.

The one reason why I can't have a job without that degree is because, for Spain, that degree is a basic school degree, diploma, that you've completed your studies, and without that thing, you cannot have a job in Spain. You're not allowed, as simple as that. I hope I explained myself well enough and saciated your curiosity.

Straight across from my house to the one on the other side of the street (it's a complex or duplex, and there's too many around here) there lived a family that would (apparently) move into neighborhoods and fuck them up. Thank God they didn't mine and they moved out a year or two ago.

On another occasion, I heard that someone shot through somebody else's window. Not to mention when I hear loud bangs I can't discern between fireworks or gunshots. :p

The syndicated release vs chronological release is very different.

The bluray and most torrent sites use the syndicated TV list, which is severely out of order.

10 years ago I had a Chinese friend who did that all the time.
He has no real identity. He always adopted from something he watched.

My guess is that kids do it because they saw a TV show do it.

I don't think it's that common in anime.
In anime, they snap their fingers to summon something or do something practical like magic.

In western TV, it's the closest thing to getting a light bulb above your head.
you snap your fingers to pop the bubble and make it corporeal.

Looks like Imgur isn't prepared for high bit depth images.

Bluray and DVD and most other video formats are only 8-bits.

But I used a recent update of Avisynth+ to convert a bluray clip to 10-bits.
No extra colors or details.
Just smaller file size and less banding (than if I would re-encode to 8-bits again).
Same thing anime encoders do.

But, Imgur apparently doesn't like a 16-bit image.
This is what it does instead...

The image is actually (now) 16-bits.
x264 can only do 10-bits so it will dither down to 10-bit for me or I can rewrite the script so it will be done with a different dither method than whatever x264 uses by default ( since there's no options to dither; who's to say it dithers at all? Maybe it just truncates :itsamystery: ).

The two places put the price to 12,99 euros, while Amazon still has the long provisional, -way before the Signature edition was announced- price of 9,99. Found a document on the boss's computer titled "newbies". Opened it and there's all their names. Took a screenshot with my phone, I am now doing some research via fb. Potentially 1 or 2 cute girls, but I'll have to wait until I meet them to see. This is what I love about new hirees and starting back up again in the fall :D

1). Exact order, slates, and cues as the recording sessions.

2). A 2 Disc set, where the first disc being the latest revisions of tracks and the second disc having the split cues, alternates, and bonus tracks not on the first set.

Both will say where each track from when putting together.

It's still a bit annoying to me. I think the NTSC audio is closer to the original, rather than PAL which is sped-up, altering the originals.

It's all shit restaurants. Cactus Club Cafe will butcher cultures just to be "unique" (like their mother said so or something).
They can't have just a regular dish. It needs to be like those cheap restaurants you see that are run by Koreans but serve Italian and Japanese at the same time from the same cook.
The higher class restaurants here are too pretentious. Everything needs to be smaller portions because they serve men who bring in vegan models or something and everythign needs to look like a Bangal cat threw up over the dish just so they can charge $50.

I need a true American restaurant here that serves a good household steak that isn't a commercial gimmick.

Denny's is the greatest place here for breakfast. 24/7.
I'm like Ron Swanson when it comes to Denny's. Always the breakfast food. Even if we're there for dinner.
It's only great to go during "family" hours. Otherwise, the darker it gets, the more drunkards come crashing into the place. Screaming and laughing over nothing.
Usually they all come from finishing a shift at Cactus Club Cafe, getting shitfaced while waiting for the last employee to finish up.

For steaks try this next time:

Take the thawed steak and spray one side with PAM cooking spray.

Season that side and something more than salt and pepper. I like McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning. And don't be stingy with the seasoning, that's where the flavor comes from. And if the cut is thin or on the tough side, apply tenderizer.

Flip to the unseasoned side and repeat.

Cover and put in your fridge. If you do this a few days in advance the spices will really saturate the meat.

Cooking: get a good quality pan - I use cast iron - add oil - again good quality because unsaturated oils are healthy - heat oil and then sear one side and then the other. This helps keep the juices inside the steak. Dial down the heat and don't leave the stove.

Now, how you like your steak depends on the thickness of the cut. A thin cut obviously cooks faster and thin cuts tend to be tougher so don't let sit for long. Thicker cuts give you more leeway so you go for that medium rare, medium, etc., choice.

You're going to make mistakes so don't let that discourage you. I've made quite a few. (Like the time I made chocolate chip cookies with baking soda instead of baking powder. Can you say "hockey pucks?"
