Reading that James Gunn has cast the actors to play Star-Lord's dad and also the film's villain but not revealing the names. Marvel has given Gunn carte-blanche on the budget and Tyler Bates is returning to scoring duties. He's already finished some cues, as he did in the first film, which probably means Gunn will play those cues when the cast films certain scenes. (Just like Leone used to do.)

Remastered the 6 channel 48kHz master for Iko Iko performed by Sia, Fallon, Portman & The Roots into a stereo track. Unfortuantely the source is lossy. Best quality I could find though.

Lego PotC was confusing as hell... cutscenes were too long and too weird. Never got past Dead Man's Chest.

Okay, TWO weeks before the release of the movie, they put a new trailer which has another voice actress for Judy which is terrible for her. MEANWHILE, they put spots on TV with the trailer voice of Judy that I like and is fitting, based on the trailers. NOW TODAY they release a new spot with two more lines of dialogue with the trailer voice of Judy. I MEAN.. WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS, STOP CONFUSING ME, IS IT GONNA BE THE TRAILER VOICE OR THE NEW VOICE???

Wondering, a few parts of the world will get Zootopia this month, and I'm wondering if those parts of the world are gonna get the soundtrack of Michael Giacchino before because of it, but so far I don't see it anywhere nor any info about it.. so March 4th is gonna be the worldwide release of the soundtrack? So, after watching this movie the next weekend, I'm gonna have to wait til March to hear the Giacchino cues again? :P

Wondering, a few parts of the world will get Zootopia this month, and I'm wondering if those parts of the world are gonna get the soundtrack of Michael Giacchino before because of it, but so far I don't see it anywhere nor any info about it.. so March 4th is gonna be the worldwide release of the soundtrack? So, after watching this movie the next weekend, I'm gonna have to wait til March to hear the Giacchino cues again? :P

Both are lossless formats. Converting one to the other doesn't affect quality in the slightest, unless you're lowering bit-depth along the way (although most lossless audio you'll find is 16-bit anyway.)

Updated libraries and all.
So I can resume that project of doing a hybrid of Interstellar in 23.976fps + 59.94fps.
2.40:1 aspect ratio scenes will have original framerate of 23.976.

From the looks of the updates to SVP 4 Pro, the quality of frame interpolation looks better.
I was having problems with the section where they exit the wormhole.
The way the image curves, the stars would create distortion in the interpolation. Badly.
But looking at the section again, it's greatly improved.

I give up. I do not understand why people try to be friends if all you do is shut them out for no reason. You have 240 odd contacts do you actually class anyone a friend? Or just care about you. I am finished trying and I joined to make new friends here but it seems no point now if the one person I want to talk to hates me.

I saw clips for it, and it scared me away from watching the full film. Everything seems way too cartoony. Like, deliberately cartoony. Particularly the Hanna Barbera sound effects and the stilted delivery of the child actor lines.
Plus I'm not very receptive to Beck's score.

Yeah they were really pushing "we're similar to the classic trilogy and entirely dissimilar to the prequels" pretty hard.

Well, Tony Stark as a character lends himself well to it but even then I'm finding it a tad forced as the movies go on but maybe that's because they're playing down all of the characters flaws a bit.
Quite looking forward to Spidey in Civil War though because his character SHOULD work pretty well with that dynamic.

Just had the pc wiped clean and am starting over.New keyboard, and hopefully new reups and shares shortly. Gotta figure the mega getting deleted thing. Physically better, ankle has healed and almost a month in hospital has put a temporary patch on other issues.....
