About to start my multi-thread project. There are TWO versions of the 'Complete Score' for Superman Returns that I found. One that has a good chunk of the files glitched but still playable. The other having lower frequencies than even a 320kps mp3 conversion of the recording sessions. They'll still be thrown in, for completeness sake.

Oh gord. Now this game definitely has reason to be almost 60 GB.... especially with its incredibly massive scale. It's still a damn big size for a game, though.

I've come to discover that there are differences between the recording sessions and 'complete score' of Superman Returns in terms of sound. The former is softer, while the latter is louder. Now it has more justification in being included.

I got up early because last year I got down here by 1PM because my lazy-ass friends made me late and I missed out on everything. The shops opened at 8, so there's only one logical thing to do: be in the city before 8AM. A tiny price to pay to get what I want.

But on a regular Saturday? Fuggedaboudit. I'm sleeping till I've had 8 hours. And then I'll finish whatever project I'm currently working on. Like the latest one I posted last night.

Do not get anything less than a Samsung.

I got a cheap brand: Huawei.
It's a big POS.

It's slow for gaming, the few that I play. It takes forever for anything to load.
And it doesn't let you install to the SD card. You *must* install to internal storage first then transfer to SD card.

It's great for music but vastly different for contact/phoning organization. It's not that easy to tap and call like the Galaxy S3-Mini.

I don't want to hack my phone either just to free up a lot of crap.
I'd rather save up and get a new Galaxy. Those things are pretty. And excellent if you're into managing business.
My friend runs his own plumbing company and he loves the Galaxy S6.

Only reason I switched to Samsung was because I could put a 200GB Micro SD in it, paired with the 128GB Onboard storage, lots of space for lossless audio.

I have a Sony NW-ZX100, which has 128GB memory and can take a 200GB MicroSD card. You can find it for around $500 imported from Japan. Plays Flac AND Alac, along with aac and most other formats too. Even DSD.

It's a pretty great player, and the battery can last up to 70 hours playback, (around 50 hours with 24/192 lossless files.)

Downloading The Emperor's New Groove PS1 game to my PSP. No joke, this is one of the best games ever! Most film to video game adaptations suck. But not only is this game great, it has a great soundtrack as well! This game is the reason why I started ripping VGM. Used to play this a lot growing up so I can't wait to get back into it! :D

But even if you could afford an audiophile portable player, how are you going to stop thermal/electromagnetic waves from the sun interfering with your listening playback? And the radio waves from devices outside in the world?
All those waves out there are going to be pounding on the wires relentlessly.

On Windows/Firefox, you can hit CTRL+ALT+SHIFT + S
which brings up a pop-up box to allow you to select bitrates allowed.
As in, set a range of bitrate to just the highest, or just the lowest bitrates for video.
3Mbps or 4Mbps, depending on the video.
Audio is probably capped at really low, even if you're allowed to choose something higher it won't let you.

The best players are console systems, notably the PS3/4. CBR all the way.
Hook it up to an HDMI-compatible audio device, get a bumpin audio bitrates.

For TV series, you have to do that keyboard shortcut trick at the start of every episode. Properties do not transfer over. :noonecares:

+1 There's only small definition difference. I think 4k is more useful in big theatres than in home video.

Check out Blu-ray.com when it comes back online. Recently studios have been putting out Ultra-HD Blu-rays that output HD video.

Most of the reviews say stuff like "the colors are brighter... uh... shadows are.... darker...." It all just sounds like placebo. It's clearly not as much a night and day difference as HD might be.

People investing in 11.1 sound systems and 4K TVs need a reality check.

There Was A Massive Database Error, You Need to Either Wait For Your PM To Activate On This Acvcount Then PM Jessie. Or Log Into Chat An Message Him There. If You Know The Email To Your "Azetlor" Account Request A Password Reset.

Or just log in five times. On your sixth attempt, you will be given the option of 'forgot my password'. Follow the directions and get a new one. After you login, you can change it to whatever you want.

Remember that Quadrant horror game I've been talking about for a while? Well I got emailed a code by the developers to test out Chapter 3 of the game. It makes me so happy haha, considering this game is made on the Unity engine, they've done a bloody good job.

But they fulfilled my one dream about this game - a strong ending. And oh boy, is it a strong ending! Awesome music as usual.

The action looks great in it. But it looks like the story will just barely get pushed along by the actors.

Looks and sounds obnoxious to me. But it does have a strong cast, and if they do end up using what Horner wrote to script, it may be worth checking out.

But all versions are lossy-sourced and no idea how they mixed them.
Some of them include clipping, probably because of using lossy sources then transcoding again after.

It's probably best to ask someone to work on a revamped version.

There haven't been any remix stems available from NIN officially.
And most editors have no idea what they're technically doing, so probably imported an MP3 rip from a youtube channel for the song and then threw in .ogg drum sets and then exported as a new MP3 again.

I think they did a Hi-Res album release for Fragile.
So a good start there, and then someone just needs to find some drum kits to mix in and play with.

There weren't any lossless trailers/stems available that long ago for that trailer.
Best we have to work with is AC3 from any bluray.

I do feel that it, and other private things, has affected my sleep and studies. Like, I could spend all the time devoted to random stuff to at least making some progress in my school work.

Though, considering it is finals season, I feel that I've been too lucky because no one has given me punishment for my inconsequential decisions throughout the year. Like, I feel like I've missed too many assignments that, to a normal kid, would be failing. However, thanks to my autism, a lot of the adults treat me too kindly and let me off the hook too easily. The 'outburst' the teacher had at me today was very justified, even if I did try to argue a bit. I guess my multitasking skills only work online now.

Well, you've just got to work on budgeting your time and make time for the important things, and then it shouldn't be a problem. ;)

Why does Nintendo of America get Star Fox Guard in a physical disc while we europeans get a case with just a downloadable code? I mean, the game's 2 GB and I don't have much space on my damned Wii U, not to mention, it just feels off to have that game in my Wii U's HDD

HDD vs Disc does mean faster loading times for the former. I never understood why MGS4 wanted to install the entire disc onto my PS3 HDD either until it started playing. Then I went all "oooooh, 20 million hours worth of cutscenes, okay" :)
So, faster loading times, less skipping, less loading in between levels (or IN levels), etc...

I know digital means faster loading and more easy to switch between games but I just lack the HDD space and I adore having the covers of games, you know? But honestly it's worse with PS4 and XBONE games, where you have the disc for nothing as you're immediately asked to download the game onto the HDD.. and new gen games are as big as a Blu-ray movie. It's quite annoying that you don't seem to play the disc anymore with this new gen. Let's not talk about huge GB updates that take long to download (looking at you, PSN, your Network is simply horrible.)

And on top of that, it seems that even a 1 TB hard drive is getting to be a bit small for these systems... you know, when they require you to install 30-60 GB games on the hard drive.

It adds up fast.

Debating on wether to change to another persona or keep nick a while longer... ... ....

I'll be switching back to Joker soon enough.
