I bought a majority stake of an FYC Promo and a pair of ACS Encore Studio Custom (http://acscustom.com/uk/product/acs-encore-studio-custom/) In-Ear Monitors. The company founder took my ear moulds and said they're quite irregular...almost like corkscrews. That would explain my intolerance to in-ear headphones, until now. The demo pair sounded amazing.

Assuming the battle system is about the same as the first game's battle system, I actually like it. The tutorial did a good job explaining how it works in the first game, and I ended up liking it.

Returned Rayman Legends cuz apparently, I don't like to sit back and let the AI work on its own in some levels. Instead, I got another Amazon card and Disgaea 3 for the Vita.

I managed to snag an actual signed 2 disc set of Mauceri's Greatest Hits, and of all places I could have purchased it at, I got it from my local library...for 0.80 cents!!



I also managed to snag a signed Tierra de Sangre soundtrack, which if you look up Patrick Kirst on YouTube, and check out the recording session video, (approx. 4 mins.) it is a pretty damn awesome score. Very epic sounding.

For the cost involved, it's not worth $300 AUSD (380AUSD on some sites **cough, cough Mightyape.com.au cough, cough**). It was sold out within 10 minutes of EB Games Australia listing it on their website. Far too much just for a expansion and NOT a full game... specially when the Digital CE is selling for $68.95 AUSD...

I guess I got hooked on it.

It was equally that way for anything over seas, too, unless you live in the states, in which case you can get it straight from square.

I must have been lucky then! it had the same response over here, but i knew that it would be very quick selling. All they said was "check our website" i logged in at lunch time and found it, pre-ordered and now its being held until the release date.

There were several releases for Inception, but they were never my taste. The standard 2-Disc edition is what I went with. Bought the midnight release at Best Buy, I remember. Did the same with TDK and Star Trek.

There was that briefcase, special edition for Inception that had a replica of the brief case used in the film plus a set of each person's totems, IIRC.

In order to see the image in full, you need to remove it from the cardboard sleeve and hold it up to light. It's the same thing as a negative. But not everyone's a photographer and not everyone works with film, so what do they know?

In spirit of the thread, watched the Daredevil pilot which will soon be followed by the rest of the series, wrapped the first season of Penny Dreadful. Currently binge-ing Agent Carter.

Listened to the Penny Dreadful score (which is too good), Abel continues to impress. Daredevil has awful scoring going on, I knew Paesano did The Maze Runner so I was expecting something better but sheesh.

I'm sure it worked as a movie in its own right, but the books were written for a young audience in the first place, yet they never went completely over the top. One example from what I saw in the trailer: in the first book, Paddington does make a mess in the bathroom (drawing maps of Darkest Peru in toothpaste on the mirror, etc), and he does overfill the bath, but it never gets to the stage where the toilet comes off the wall and the bathtub rides down the stairs. That's just overdoing it for the sake of it and is quite unnecessary. But meh.

No. It was originally released back in 2010 when the film came out. There are (were) only 500 copies in existence, pressed on clear 180 gram vinyl. Highly sought-after. They'd pop up on eBay now and then and I eventually got lucky and grabbed a copy. I held on to it all summer, and then sold it for profit (it funded my plane ticket from NY to LA). Now WB pressed more copies along with TDK. But I already have that one.

They are all identical. I just bought 3 because I want 1 myself and 2 I'm selling

Think I might get the Watertower pressing. It might arrive quicker than the MOV version I've ordered.

Found myself driving through Shere village today and stopped at a great South African Pub & Grill. The ostrich steak was pushing the boat out a bit too far but the satay chicken and short ribs went down a treat with a pint of Guinness. Lovely jubbly!
