Just got a couple of Texel guinea pigs, for 110aud including delivery - they're one of the more valuable breeds. I used to always keep Abyssinian guinea pigs for the past around 5 years, which are around 1/3 the value of a Texel, and I'm comfortable with them, although I decided to go with this more valuable breed now. Right off the bat, I noticed that one of them jumps insanely high and fast, seemingly effortlessly - I've never seen such a feat from a guinea pig... at least the male is more docile.
I also recently bought Stunson - Perfect Bliss (Original Mix) for around a couple of dollars from Beatport, and today, I ordered Supersonic H.W.A. featuring Sonic the Hedgehog (CD) for 14.47aud... that was a rashly bought rip-off actually, as I later found out that I could've paid a third of that price on discogs instead of ebay :\

I recently bought "Arrivederci" by Simon Smart from Smart Media Music for 2.19AUD.
It's slightly odd buying this, as the company doesn't really seem to be targetted towards personal listening, although that is what I'm buying it for, because I like the track, and I think that it also reminds me of something... possibly Wave Ocean ~The Inlet~ xor/and Aquatic Base Level 2 from Sonic 06.
Simon is really nice and offered the track pack to me for free if I bought just the track when I asked him about buying the track pack for personal listening.

I found out about Smart Media Music when they were mentioned in a Whirlpool thread, that according to Optus customer service, that that is one of the places that one should look if he was interested in the Optus-customer-support-phone-hold-musics. I don't think that I was successful at finding any hold music, although that doesn't really matter - I was curious because the hold-musics of Optus sounded really good, and I was able to identify a few of them after vigorous searching online... it's highly obscure stuff. I can only obscurely remember how some of them sound now... but hey, perchance Arrivederci is one of them, and that could be why it reminds me of something, and why I like it (familiarity).... although I heavily doubt that that's true. I was really interested in the Optus-customer-support-phone-hold-musics, but now I've lost interest due to it being too much trouble to be worth it to me.

Yeah, the Metroid Prime Trilogy is an awesome compilation. I have the one with the steel case and art book. The first 2 games were for GCN the 3rd is for Wii. IMO it's best to just get the trilogy if possible.

Just bought Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (PS3) for 18.55AUD and G-Force (PS3) for 26.61AUD. For LOTG: TOOG, I just have to do cleanup as I only did one playthrough before, and this actually involves even more playthroughs amongst other things, and for G-Force, I'll probably just start over because all the trophies that I had were either story-related or easy grinding trophies and I was like only a third or half-way through the story anyway and I should start over to get used to the entire campaign to prepare for the speedrun playthrough. Okay, after all these recent purchases I should have enough games to keep me busy for quite some time.

Okay, so I just won another Banjo Tooie (and it also includes Banjo Kazooie) xD I won it for 79.72AUD, so that's actually a really good deal (and it didn't help the price get any higher that the listing appeared as if it were only Banjo Tooie, due to the main picture, which's shown in search, only being thereof).

DJ Hero arrived today evening. Already knocked out the 2 turntables trophy. Just did 33 Expert 5*s today (I had to start from "scratch" as I deleted my old save after I previously got rid of the game) in a 7-hour session. It's in most circumstances usual, but ironic, that I feel that I can play better if I mute the volume (as long as I still focus by not getting bored), although I'm only doing that on some mixes and still typically listen to the ones that I like.
It's funny how one of the tips ingame is �Rewind and use euphoria together for true DJ worship�... how foolish because your multiplier maxes out at 8. Next thing that they're gonna say is �Rewind and use euphoria together in a section where you can twist the knob for super duper DJ worship� :sidesplit:
I just realised and remembered that guitar mixes don't even have rewind... I hate them even more now.

EDIT: Ugh! One of my DJ hero controllers isn't syncing, and it's a problem with the controller because my other one can sync to both modules fine. *sigh* Doesn't matter, I'll just buy another one when I'm up to DJ Hero 2 (thankfully already did the DJ Hero 2P trophy).

EDIT2: Now I've done 59/93 Expert 5*s after 8 hours today. I also Expert 5*ed Bustin' Loose vs Time of the Season in somewhat over an hour... phew, last time I owned DJ Hero, I couldn't get this despite playing it over and over and over. I did well and streaked well at the start, but at the end I got excited and started missing a bit, but thankfully I JUST made it (I got 175324 points, and you need like around 175000 to Expert 5*). I wonder what criteria made this mix of �average� intensity, perhaps one criterion could've been time, but I don't feel like difficulty was properly taken into account, and I know that others have said this too. It's funny, because if you play the lyrics �time of the season� backwards, it does actually sound like �it's the season for Hell�. Poison vs Intergalactic took me 1-2 hours though and it was the last one that I did for tonight, and I was really tired after it and seriously thirsty, and now I'm up 1 hour past my sleeptime because of it. It really helped me to watch kristoph212's FC videos and observe his scratching, so thanks to him for that.
It's frustrating when the occasional 1 second loading freezes happen mid-game and it makes me miss.

I was thinking about getting Free Realms, but now as the Free Realms servers will be shutting down on 31st March 2014, I decided to get on to it already and bought a 30-day subscription (7.35AUD). Good thing that I've been waiting before buying International Cricket 2010 (PS3), as now a listing went up that is more than half-price than the antecedent lowest-price listing. So, just ordered that as well as Ashes Cricket 2009 (PS3) for 22.41AUD.
I haven't played AC2009 before, but IC2010 I played about 2.25 years ago, and not only was it boring, but it was glitchy trophy-wise to make matters even worse, and I think that thanking that I never finished it back then.

BTW Battlefield 4 is having a Player Appreciation Month, and they're giving away shortcut kits for free:

I had to buy Anarchy Reigns from Amazon since Zavvi is too incompetent to send the correct edition of that single game. They also canceled my pre-order of Tales of Symphonia, claiming that they do not ship outside of the UK. A week later they raised the price with �30 + �30 shipping and started taking international orders. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from them again.
Luckily I had a pre-order for the Tales box at a store here in Sweden as well, so I managed to get a copy anyway.
Looking at the box though, it appears that us Europeans have gotten royally screwed by Bamco. The US edition comes with twice the content and a sturdier box, at half the price of what we pay. The US edition came with four real audio CDs while the EU edition came with two CDs with mp3 files on it, ripped with iTunes at 192kbps. They didn't even bother to tag the files.
Because of this I ordered the US edition from eBay, and despite the ridiculous overpricing, it still only cost the same amount that I paid for the EU edition.

Snipers is an extremely rare game, particularly the PS3 version. Well, something cool happened recently - I got a positive feedback that mentioned �...Deserves a Trophy!...�, which felt good to hear ;P
On PSN Store, got NFS Most Wanted Complete DLC Bundle for 21.95AUD, Crysis 3 The Lost Island DLC for 10.35AUD, and Dead Space 3 Awakened DLC for 7.35AUD, at the eleventh hour of the now-over sale thereof. Was gonna buy Mass Effect DLC, but thank God, that, at the eleventh hour of adding the DLCs to cart, I learnt something about the series, which killed it for me. I don't own any of these games.

Besides, Mass Effect DLC is overpriced (around 100AUD all up, whereof the sale price was half), which to me seems like a PS Plus completionist bait (in that the game [Mass Effect 3] goes free on PS Plus to reach out to myriadly more people and taking advantage of completionists psychologically by adding tonnes of overpriced DLC as the real profit source [majority of 100AUD is due to Mass Effect 3 DLC]) and a pseudosale (in that the original prices are bumped up so high and the real main intention is to make money from sales, which can have compulsive force on buyers).

EA seems to be rather DLC-milking generally. Only commendable thing for me is BF3 Premium Ed being a prime deal (and BF3 DLC generally), and also MOH having no DLC. Mass Effect Trilogy didn't incorporate DLC - it's etiquette-like that that be done to �complete� it (e.g. Assassin's Creed Anthology, 2kgames/Rockstargames bundles, Sonic bundles on Steam, etc). Activision is only DLC-milking with COD... oh yes, there's a COD DLC sale now, which's good as I was thinking about it and just got many COD games. An annoyance about COD DLC is how it hogs up your download list by having numerous downloads for the same DLC.
LBP St Patrick’s Day Costume (Re-Release 1 Week Only) is free until next PSN Store update, which will be very soon. I got the Vita one, but the PS3 correspondent I had already.

Was going to buy Metal Gear Rising: Revengence, because it was only 16 bucks but decided against it at the last minute, bought some ice cream and a wireless mouse instead

Bought a muffin pan for making mini omelettes and a cookie sheet for the obvious reason. Also some bar tape for my bike and a couple new bike tires.

Received a package from Japan today. It weighed 10 kg (22 lbs) and I think I could fit inside it if I tried (and yet I did not have to pay customs charges), the postman must really hate me now. The two Dark Souls II boxes took up most of that weight (one was for a friend).
