...Unfortunately, there is no OST.

The only OST released for it is a Drama album...lots of Kentaro Haneda's music still remains unreleased to this day, sadly.

Afaik, Bagi and Barefoot Gen are the only movies he composed music for that haven't been released yet (aside from drama albums).

This is highly various for my single ... I have so much criteria for make it and shared everywhere, i do some cheking test for upload it. In fact, i want shared the most better quality for make the best single like the original released. For the rare stuff or obscure gems (Like Fandora, Taiyo no ko Esteban, Domo-Kun), i don't have choice and i working with my tracks i have in my archive.

And i have commun and little rare stuff, than i working with different format (LP and CD also)because i chance for have a decent song in very good quality and is for this reason i make update of my Single (Like Crusher Joe with her 2 update in 2 years...)

If you want a not decent quality, okay i can shared the single of Patalliro ! with lot of noise or Nils with background voice...

Is not also for this reason... Like i can found one track and don't have the second tracks (Cleopatra). I can found all tracks but it's not the good version (Cover of songs). I have all tracks but i not sure his the good songs (Urusei Yatsura 2 - Ai wo Boomerang EP). And i pass the other curious exemple.

You can understand, i work with different format but is so rare for i working with CD format from my self... Only CD Single is from my self.

Ripped by me in FLAC.

It was a pain in the butt for me to rip this one...the first track of Side B was really troubling me and I had to keep recording it over and over again until I got a perfect version of it. Everything else was fine, luckily.

I would’ve gotten the CD version, but the only version I could find of it online was the CD release that has both BGM Vol. 1 and 2 bundled together and it’s worth more than $100 dollars...the LP version was cheaper, so obviously getting the vinyl version was probably the best alternative.

If you experience any problems with the audio files or how it sounds, notify me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

that I suspect they may have pre-emphasis (like many other japanese early 80's CDs)
Otherwise it could be a simple 'cold' recording from the early digital days
A cue file would be useful to verify this kind of things ;)

I'll be sure to check if it has pre-emphasis. I know that Inbou Hen, Senran Hen and Graffiti use Denon's PCM Digital system so that might have to do with it too. The sound quality is definitely top notch on these releases. Lots of dynamic range which is great. I avoided the 2005 Animex 1200 reissues of the albums because they're loud and compressed to hell.

There were two releases for Dorvack: BGM Collection Vol. 1 and BGM Collection Vol. 2. They were released as separate LP albums, and later re-released together on CD as part of Victor's "殿堂TWIN" label.

I have unfortunately no CDs to share with you guys but some information about the often asked Jungle Book Shounen Mowgli/ジャングルブック 少年モーグリ Soundtrack. To make it short: It seems that the OST has never been released expect for the OP/ED-Songs and the two Insert Tracks as a MC (http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r105700121) or maybe even as part of a Vocal Collection somewhere else on a Best Hit Compilation.

The other two tracks are retellings or audio dramas of some episodes. The names for the tracks doesn't match the japanese episode listening.

I saw one or two people make the same request here but I thought I'd bring it up again in case anyone forgot (or so I won't have to go searching through 370+ pages). Does anyone have or know where to find the OST to Sanrio's Nutcracker Fantasy (or Kurumi-Wari Ningyou) from 1979? All the info I could find was the music was adapted and arranged by Akihito Wakatsuki & Kentaro Haneda. I've heard there might be an English version available (which would be awesome because it has Christopher Lee on it) but if there's not, I'll be happy with the Japanese one.

The God Mars 30th Anniversary BD set contains a crapton of music-related God Mars material (all the OSTs and drama albums, plus karaoke versions and other tracks exclusive to the BD set), and I just managed to get ahold of them for free. There are 3 albums left for me to tag and organize, but in the end I'm going to create a "God Mars Complete Music Collection" thread and upload everything in there in FLAC.

The Digital Trip album for God Mars is the only album that got left out, and I'd really like to include that album with the other ones...

But in the concept/genere of anime songs (you know it), tokusatsu music is very well placed inside. If not, then please:

- Remove several Einachi's posts from this thread;
- Remove my posts with tokusatsu albums;
- Tell the Japan Animationsong Makers Project (JAM Project) that they're singing some wrong content;
- Tell the staff of Anime Japan Fes ( http:// ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANIME_JAPAN_FES ) to remove tokusatsu music from the setlists;
- Tell AVEX to not catalog Kamen Rider albums as anime songs;
- Tell Nippon Columbia to not announce the tokusatsu stuff on their ANIMEX website ( http:// columbia.jp/animex ).

Yes, that's true. I uploaded Ohranger's discs due to the amazing tunes of the composer Seiji Yokoyama (Saint Seiya, Captain Harlock, Dairugger XV, Dracula, Future War 198X, et al.). The sound of the albums remembers many of this anime works.

By the way, I will upload soon (maybe today or tomorrow) a really nice 6 CD BOX of pure anime (animated series, right?) songs, in wich there is an 1986 album previously unreleased on CD.

I remember posting the Gunhed and Godzilla vs. Biollante OSTs here years ago without trouble. But then again, that was years ago. Either way it's up to the mod what is allowed to be posted here and there's nothing we can do about it.

Thanks for sharing, however it looks like you did it the wrong way, with all due respect :
- Afaik, Youtube *always* reencodes uploads, so contacting original uploaders is always advised
- By reencoding the (lossy ?) audio from Youtube to FLAC, you are increasing the filesize with no benefit. Worse than that, you have got a file which is supposed to be lossless sourced (FLAC), but actually isn't

I am aware of all that. Unfortunately I already tried contacting the uploader and they didn't seem that they were willing to share it (at least that's what I could gather from what they told me) so that's why I used that method of extracting the audio.

Edit: Another thing I forgot to say is that the video is just the entire album so I had to separate the tracks myself. I extracted the audio to WAV then separated the tracks using Audacity to FLAC. Now if anyone has a better method I will happily redo the extraction.

If I recall correctly, someone in the comments section asked if they could share the original files in FLAC, but the uploader said that she couldn't due to Japan's copyright laws.

Ahah yes is so huge, i have so much unamed folder on my archive, in these folder i have scan i find and receive from lot of people then have some scans in various quality. I don't have any idea how find these scans (In strange or hidden website maybe...) but i organize all things i have and i make a folder with Reference. If i have tracks, i can make the single directly and if i don't have tracks, i just whrite the reference and i wait for have tracks in decent quality.

In fact, i have so much folder with no tracks, just only the reference but if i have time (LOL) i can try to find all information about it and finish him. Once is finish the single, i placed it on my database, i edit all files, i upload the single on Mega, i created a new link in ADF for organise my link and check quickly if the files is down or if is a older single (For make upgrade...) and finialy i post it on FFShrine and my website.

EDIT : I changed my storage for all my scans, i pass to Picassa Web for have a clean view of all my scan and archive (And for have a most easy system for post single in FFShrine than my previous laborious... ) Is nothing but is beutifful to see that wall of EP Single :o

Saratoubi Sasuke i have only the scans and not the tracks... And i have only few true OST on my PC for this moment, in waiting my new HDD for stored all my archive from my project.

1) I'm alone on my project, i can't make everything for all single i have because i have so much task for prepared, class, search and other task about ONE Single.

2) I have 260 NEW FOLDER in my CHECK FOLDER. All Folder are full of new scans .... Is so long for class everything and lot of single is not derterminate for the moment, i search about information about these.

3) Few tracks are so rare, i pass few hours (days) for found one tracks. Imagine all things i make just for a FU**ING A-FACE.

I was going to buy it at first but decided not to since it looked suspicious to me after a while (and because I just recently bought some other LP OSTs).

They've done this with the J9 Soundtracks, Galvion, and Acrobunch...

I'm aware that Terrahawks isn't a Japanese show (though it did start off as an Anderson/Japanese co-production), but this
is a special OST. The Japanese-dubbed version of this show was given 2 new things that the original dub didn't have: an anime
OP/ED and several new songs that were made exclusively for the dub, which include 8 vocal songs and 2 BGM tracks. The soundtrack,
which has yet to be released on CD, was incredibly hard to find at first but several copies have actually popped up for sale a while ago
(all of which are now gone, except for a $55 copy that's on Discogs right now).

The majority of the music was made by Ichiro Nitta (Dallos, Area 88) but if you want to know who else worked on this OST,

I don't know if Galvion has the worst sound, actually. I haven't listened to the CD versions of Acrobunch and there might be other OSTs they've tried to remaster so who knows?

Every J9 show has had a CD re-release by the indie label, even though StarChild officially released the soundtracks for those shows on CD in the 1990s...

Speaking of which, I find the J9 CD re-releases by the indie label rather...interesting. The original BGM LP tracks were ripped from their respective LP versions but they also included the bonus tracks that are only available through the StarChild CD releases...

MartyMcflies: yes, I'm talking about the Triple Stars job. I have all the mentioned CDs. Baxingar and Sasuraiger sounds good. Maybe it was a copy & paste (except the bonus tracks) of King Records double CD releases.

If i can keep one track of this soundtrack, i keep the first track ... the famous "japanese opening". And about this song, I see the "anime opening" of this show and whaaa... Is so great and wonderfull for 1985 ! If i can compare this song with the opening of Transformers released in the same year. It's the same spirit and view of the "US SHOW" but with the Japanese sauce...

Frankly, I have no idea what I'm doing. Hell, the reason I'm posting links to individual post is because I have no idea how to multi-quote, either. I'll try the re-downloading idea shortly. As for other RAR extractor programs, winrar is the only one I actually know of. Do you happen to know of any others that I can download for free? I'm quite tight on funds, at the moment. ^^;

The first BGM collection of Taiyou no ko Esteban is up on Yahoo Auctions JP for 1000 yen. There's a high chance that the bids will greatly increase near the end of the auction, but you never know...the final bid could possibly be a low bid.

That was the case with the Starzinger LP album. A few weeks ago or so, someone was auctioning off the Starzinger LP OST on Yahoo Auctions for 500 yen (keep in that mind the album is incredibly hard to find and can go for very high prices). I was expecting the final bid to be over $60 dollars or something, but surprisingly enough the final bid was 1600 yen or so.

If anybody is interested in buying this album and ripping it to replace the low quality version we currently have right now, now's the chance. :)

Also...I don't usually make requests like this, but the rare Yamato/Gundam piano LP album I posted earlier is, surprisingly enough, still up.

Would anybody be kind enough to bid on it and rip it?

The company that released the indie CD version is known for re-releasing other soundtracks in very poor quality. They record from the album's original LP release and they don't even take the time to remove any clicks or reduce the volume of the ground noise.

What makes it even worse is that instead of applying a fade out effect to the end of the song or something, they just abruptly cut off the end of the song when it's finished.

To be honest, I'm kinda saddened by the fact that for 4 years (the last time this album was ripped
was back in 2012), no one else has decided to buy this album and attempt to make a better rip. If
you ask me, I think it's a shame because in my opinion I thought this soundtrack was really well composed.
The other one wasn't bad, but the quality isn't the best (the pitch in all songs were actually up by +1...
this ruined most of the songs in the album for me when I first heard it). I was lucky enough to win this
album in an auction for the cheap price of 1650 yen and decided to try and rip it myself.

As with the majority of Kentaro Haneda's other OSTs, this soundtrack unfortunately doesn't contain
all the music from the show; after having seen some episodes (and skimming through parts of
various other episodes), it turns out that there's still a crap ton of other music left in the show...
and instead of releasing another music compilation, VAP decided it was a better idea to release
a drama LP instead... >_>

But enough of that. Enjoy the soundtrack!

By the way, does the artist himself get to decide which tracks get put on the
soundtrack when it's ready for release? If so, I find it odd how Kentaro Haneda has never decided
to release some of this unreleased works...

various other episodes), it turns out that there's still a crap ton of other music left in the show...
and instead of releasing another music compilation, VAP decided it was a better idea to release
a drama LP instead... >_>

But enough of that. Enjoy the soundtrack!

By the way, does the artist himself get to decide which tracks get put on the
soundtrack when it's ready for release? If so, I find it odd how Kentaro Haneda has never decided
to release some of this unreleased works...

I donwload Ie Naki Ko - Music Collection 2 OST and I thank the poster.
With this title, I suppose that there is a Lp that is called Ie Naki Ko - Music Collection 1 OST.
But I can’t fin information anywhere, every link directs me at pages talking about the EP with the opening and ending titles.
Does this volume one really exist ?
