A year ago I found a user who had a copy of the vinyl and I kindly asked him if it could share a rip due to the extreme rarity of this album.
After a year of waiting...(and given permission from him to release it here)...it's finally here!

The soundtrack itself is honestly one of Kentaro Haneda's best albums if you ask me. Of course, since this is Haneken we're talking about,
there's probably a few tracks from the film that didn't make it onto the album but I couldn't care less since the tracks that we were given are
good enough on their own, really. I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks like this, but sometimes Kentaro Haneda has managed to make
several tracks in his lifetime that sounded like they would belong in an old Disney animated film...listen to 1:51 to 2:05 of Track 4 and you'll
see what I mean :)

Do listen to this if you enjoy Haneken's music! Trust me, it's absolutely fantastic.

All jokes aside, I'm glad that Soundtrack Pub is releasing a complete music collection of a show that Victor Entertainment has clearly neglected for a while now...maybe they can do the same with Srungle or Plawres Sanshiro.

I am more interested in another from Kouji Makaino. Mahou no Yousei Pelsia.

You know, that reminds me of a conversation that I had with someone from here about Japanese anime record labels...I was talking about how much I disliked Victor Entertainment from keeping so many BGM tracks from various shows/movies unreleased and how they wasted their opportunity of adding said unreleased tracks to their Dendou TWIN CD releases (or regular CD releases).

Look at the OSTs for Srungle and Nanako SOS, for example...Victor could've put in more BGM tracks on their respective Dendou TWIN CD releases but instead they cram in some worthless TV drama albums instead (not original dramas, just audio snippets from various episodes)! However that person later convinced me that Pony Canyon was the worst at releasing BGM tracks, and he seemed to have a point...releasing only one BGM OST for a show that deserved like two or three albums (Kojika Monogatari, Ninja Senshi Tobikage, and Galactic Patrol Lensman, among several others) really does say a lot.

So at this point I think Columbia does a better job at releasing BGM.

I still long for the day Ienaki ko Remi got a proper CD release. Takeo Watanabe was superb on that one.

A year ago I found a user who had a copy of the vinyl and I kindly asked him if it could share a rip due to the extreme rarity of this album.
After a year of waiting...(and given permission from him to release it here)...it's finally here!

The soundtrack itself is honestly one of Kentaro Haneda's best albums if you ask me. Of course, since this is Haneken we're talking about,
there's probably a few tracks from the film that didn't make it onto the album but I couldn't care less since the tracks that we were given are
good enough on their own, really. I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks like this, but sometimes Kentaro Haneda has managed to make
several tracks in his lifetime that sounded like they would belong in an old Disney animated film...listen to 1:51 to 2:05 of Track 4 and you'll
see what I mean :)

Do listen to this if you enjoy Haneken's music! Trust me, it's absolutely fantastic.

Thank you very much!! One of Yuhki Nakajima's best works. There's more of his solo works out there that we still need like Inspire [KICS-2504] and Yamato Nadeshiko [KICS-2505]

He was also the keyboardist in a band in the early 80s called Heavy Metal Army and made only one album called Heavy Metal Army 1 [KICS-2501] before changing their name to Eastern Orbit where they then released one studio album called Future Force [KICS-2502] and a live album called Journey to Utopia [KICS-2503]

It's basically a compilation of various SFX sounds, probably used in a bunch of old SF anime shows. Ishida is actually known for creating SFX sounds for other shows, too (Dragon Ball being one of them)

Ishida Sound eventually became FizzSoundCreation, which did the sounds for Gundam, Macross, DragonBall Z and hundreds of other animes. They are easily among the greatest sound effects companies of all time, and Ishida-san is a personal hero of mine.

Do hope you post this album. It came from a very critical time in the history of the company as they pivoted along with the anime industry into making the more serious shows of the 1980s.

"The music by Denny Crockett and Ike Egan was subject to a single disc release in 2013. This disc had the disadvantage of being produced from a previously mixed reel tape intended for an abandoned vinyl record release in 1981. On this tape, mixed fade outs spoiled the end of certain tracks and considerable tape hiss spoiled some others. Above all, 30% of the music was missing.

In the meantime, both master tapes used to assemble the music in the cartoon have been found. They include the totality of the score by Ike Egan and Denny Crockett, up to the small sound effects used to accompany the action.

The score by Ha�m Saban and Shuki Levy was long considered lost because virtually all Saban tape reserves were destroyed. But a copy of the master tape for Ulysses 31 has been located in the United States, erroneously stored with Crockett and Egan's music. This tape contains all tracks by Saban and Levy except one which luckily exists on other formats.

It's hence possible, for the very first time, to join on a single release, the complete score by Denny Crockett, Ike Egan, Ha�m Saban and Shuki Levy for Ulysses 31."

Hi,

Could someone please upload "File 03" from Ginga Tetsudou 999 Eternal Edition ??
I've already downloaded all of those files one year ago but it's only recently that I've tried to convert them into FLAC while splitting them, which I managed to do except for this one.

The .zip seems to be OK (don't have any CRC error) but as I'm using shntool under Linux to convert APE files into FLAC and split them using the .cue file, it ends up aborting the operation due to some transfer error (when creating track #6).

Did anyone else encounter such an issue ?
I'm not sure whether the issue comes from the ripping operation itself or if the file I've downloaded is corrupted (even if the .zip file can be extracted without any problem).

PLEASE, HELP ! I don't know how to search in this forum, I remember that I got all ops and eds of the anime orphen here (it was 320k, Im not sure), somebody could link to me ?

What in the hell is EHRGEIZ you may ask. Well this isn't the PSX game, but in fact the first late night anime, a mecha show Next Senki EHRGEIZ. Despite this the show has been obscure AS FUCK BOI. Released only on VHS in Japan and still nearly 20 years later there has not even been a DVD release. The show was dubbed into English by Bandai (known as Anime Village) although not all episodes were. You can still watch this show on the internet you'll just have to find it. And deal with super duper small resolution.
This soundtrack is the first thing that both Shiro 'N' Tada did and is full of orch action and rock guitars. I had EHRGEIZ to get this and now I have and now you can hear it too.

Nice! Thank you! Reminds me a lot of the music from Gundam X, which was much better than the anime it came from.

Seriously people, what is wrong with Gundam X? I know everyone bashes it like no tomorrow but for what reason actually... The music is awesome, the characters are awesome, the story is good and I actually love GX and regard it as the BEST Gundam TV-series - and I have watched all of them to some extent at least. I even have the spin-off/sequel manga Under the Moonlight as physical copies. Do not believe them nay-sayers, Gundam X is actually very good!

I never saw Gundam X, but I can say that Gundam Wing being the best gundam ever as a lot of people point it..... I dont actually see why is the best. Gundam Wing feels like a very damn rushed story from episode 1 till the end. Its like you dont have time to breath. And I know people who complain endlessly about Gundam Seed, which I have not seen it, but the more people complain the more I want to see it... and I suspect I might love it, for understanding it better then most people.
Take Brain Powerd for example. Its fame was a downer right in the start of production just because of the names attached to it. But its actually underrated, and one of my favorite mecha anime out there. Imaginative, inventive and everything did hit the spot, and the message got through.
but of course, I am do no live in america, but I know most anime in america have some really bad dubbing studios, and if that fails, then an anime will have a bad fame just because of that. Take "Dark Cat": the american dub is awful, and is listed as one of the worst anime ever made. I do not agree with that at all..... ok I dont know why the fuck they used synthesizer for cats meowing, that was stupid, yes... but everything else, is strange, yes, but its interesting and does follow a plot, which is interesting.
Its not that bad written or directed. It is good. Not the best thing ever made, but it is not bad either, far from that.

Looking for Chousoku Spinner (Super Yoyo), Bakugaiden B-daman and Crush Gear Nitro music.

Seriously people, what is wrong with Gundam X? I know everyone bashes it like no tomorrow but for what reason actually... The music is awesome, the characters are awesome, the story is good and I actually love GX and regard it as the BEST Gundam TV-series - and I have watched all of them to some extent at least. I've never said anything bad about Gundam X. As it happened, I ran across the theme songs by ROmantic Mode years and years ago and it made me both a huge fan of theirs and spurred me to go get the actual Gundam X soundtrack CDs and I consider it to be among my favorite anime soundtracks of all time. It's just great music.

As far as the show goes, I didn't see any of that until much later. Maybe 15 years later. It seemed OK to me but all I have seen are clips on youtube. Saw no reason to hate it.

So when I say the music is much better than the anime, I am saying that only because I LOVE the music and have barely seen the anime. But you are right, people hate on that show an awful lot. The hate seems unearned to me. And I meant no offence :)
