Your m4a does not worth a mp3, it's a closed format, completely useless (I think you have a mac with this crappy ITunes, don't you ?). I downloaded one or two of your "releases", and I deleted all, since it was completely useless (yeah, i said twice !) in my audio car (I have an Alpine, so it's not my device at fault !). And of course, winamp can't play them, and it can be converted easily (or not converted at all, don't care, I've deleted all this crapy shit)

Absolutely. But I must live within the limitations I have, and one of those is drive space.
However, I am puzzled by the attitude. Not everyone has the resources you have, but there's no reason to be mean about it. Who cares if someone else puts out stuff in a lesser format then you do? Just let it go. Copping a 'tude will not get them to put stuff out in a better format, but it will make everybody more tense and aggravated. None of us, (including you, I'm sure,) needs the headache.
So, please, the next time somebody proudly trumpets their new upload in 128k, take a deep breath, count to ten, and then don't reply anyway. Living well is the best revenge. Just keep doing your thing and don't worry about the rest. We'll all enjoy the rest.

Maybe you have right, I have 5 Hard Disk, total 5000 GB of files.

I've downloaded the files right now, and everything is ok. I check the CRC of each files, and use the Test function of 7Zip and all is ok.

A lot of people wants Lossless FLAC. I must say that I was willing to convert my original cds to flac for everyojne... but I keep on bumping with incredibly arrogant FLAC LEADERS.
Because of some, others pay... I know it is not a reasonble thing...but i loose every kind of "WANT TO HELP" beause of those people.
And why FLAC SUPER EARS GUYS are always arrogant? And they don't seem to show any kind of respect to others who prefer "low quality audio". We prefer what for them is "low quality" when for us is quality enough to be good at our ears.
Maybe they know waht really is QUALITY and how to define it, and we don't... but to be honest, with all these "accidents" we live VERY WEEL without that kind of knowledge.
They (Flac crazy man) should have some ethic, if they don't have then they should learn it and use it. It is a very good thing too know and understand, and a very cool way of living.

wow alot of lossless haters.... sheesh! heheheh! anyway, i like lossless but i love mp3!!! and also agree with tamahome, and morrigan about quality. ive found things i will never find in a better quality then mp3 and its really cool cuz u can make mp3 cd's (ive made like 80 so far...) sadly i dont have the income for such desires, and have chosen this place for a means of acquiring what i have longed for which is music of all types!! and thank you once again cuz well its just awesome how u guys keep putting music from shows that ive seen when i was a kid, ive even gotten music from morrigan that made my dad cry of happiness when he heard music from getter robo. mp3 will always be great and lossless is also cool. just wanted you all to know i aint no quality obsessed freak! and morrigan, GODAMN you are so RIGHT!!! what happened with those days? i remember people didnt even care about quality in games either!(super mario forever!!!) i miss those days as well...... :(

I know I'm late, but a merry Xmas to all people on this thread (and Especially to Ein for starting all this) and a happy new year ! ^_^

A lot of people wants Lossless FLAC. I must say that I was willing to convert my original cds to flac for everyojne... but I keep on bumping with incredibly arrogant FLAC LEADERS.
Because of some, others pay... I know it is not a reasonble thing...but i loose every kind of "WANT TO HELP" beause of those people.

You are absolutely right, morrigan. That's happened to me, too. :/ I was happy to upload lossless for people at first, but I've found that many who want lossless quality have really nasty, stuck-up attitudes. Because of that, I will only upload mp3s from now on. It's too bad that decent people have to lose out as well, but it's like the old saying goes: one bad apple spoils the barrel. It only takes one idiot to make you feel like you're just wasting your time trying to help people.

Personally, I don't hate lossless itself (though I do hate ALAC; a craptastic proprietary Apple format that can only be manipulated in iTunes = FAIL *high-fives Tamahome*). xD and now you know why I'm old school with Windows 2000, never used Windows 98; but my sister seems to like it. And I used to have... um, Windows ME? or whatever the first one was on my very... very old computer. xD But this one is Windows 2000... I had XP for about 3 months... hated it and de-graded back down to 2000. xD

The ones at college have Windows 7... it seems decent, people have said it's better than Vista... but frankly I don't care enough. I'd only maybe re-put XP on for other program purposes (for those new things that no longer function on Windows 2000... as it was considered obsolete years ago)... though (Some Win XP + stuff does run just fine on it... though it whines when installing that it may not be compatible and could cause problems... usually never does).

Oh, and I second Elf Princess Raine... I was actually thinking about that the other day... wondering if it had an OST/album floating around somewhere.

I wonder if there is a soundtrack to the 30min anime of "Makurena Makendo" & "Game Paradise". They are both video games. I acquired the anime of "Makurena Makendo" accidently and it's only one episode about Hikari wanting to be like her sister while "Game Paradise" apparently involves the girl who manages a video game arcade place and is sucked into the video game. "Game Paradise" came with a VHS bundled set with a game which was made by Jaleco.

just one advice, found & download a Directory Opus version v.8 or + to replace this shit & XP will became a magic stuff !

NB: DOpus was firstly done for amiga, it was the great explorer of this machine.
i have tested many Explorer to replace the one of XP, & the DOpus version for XP is THE Explorer's Gem ! ;)

Maybe XP works good for you... but that thing crashed like 40 times a day back when I had it; and would often delete data (including newly downloaded music) upon crashing.

I hated it with a passion... but my computer was older back than and XP had just came out. I have a better computer now, so XP might run better on this one... but just remembering all the problems I had with it makes me not want to try having it as even a sub-OS to my 2000. xD

I never really used 98 as I said... so I can't really say much for it.

There were 26 episodes aired between 1970 and 1971.

It was a great series of "ShutBox" (Kick-boxer) based on real-life fighter Tadashi Sawamura (read "Sauamura"), a very famous wrestler in Japan in the late 60.

Disney stole the idea of "the Lion King" from Kimba (aka Jungle Emperor Leo).

They were originally going to call the Movie "the Jungle King", but couldn't get the rights... so had to change it and a lot of details about "the Lion King" in an attempt to NOT get sued... which ended up happening anyways.

If you're asking about Otokichi personally... than yes, he does allow you to shop there online. He speaks English so do not be scared to address him. Please be very kind and courteous, and he will be willing to help you out. He lists "how to order" right on his website: http://www.otokichi.com/main/newotokichien/howtoodereng.htm

This will be contacting him directly through e-mail, since his English version of the website has not yet been updated to direct you to a payment method (not sure who handles the websites or if he's trying his best to do them himself).

If you want to use his "middleman" service you will first have to purchase something through the main site, maybe more than once; to make yourself a preferred customer.

Do not be scared of him, he is a very sweet man. He is trying his best to be reasonable with his prices, considering he does know those are CDs are considered "rare" over here. And in many places in Japan too.

If it says "In stock" like on the link you had... first album: music capsule 2 / urusei yatsura [LP RECORD] In stock.

It means he still has it for sale and no one's grabbed it yet.

Being he's a used CD salesman... he only normally has 1 copy per CD unless someone sells something to him that they don't want anymore.

Do not be scared of the fact that he asked for "Yen" not USD. Paypal will convert for free, and most credit cards will do the same.

I know several people translated the back of the French CD (including me.)

A word from the editor...

When we decided to edit the Ulysse 31 musical cd , we already knew that the original masters were lost and that we lack the necessary material to obtain an optimum sound.
Nevertheless , the original score of this anime looked essential for us to our collection, besides the fact that it was awaited for a very long time.
That's why we decided to head right in the herculean task of assembling the musics from the 26 episodes .For that , we used what is called the "international version",wich is the soundtrack used to dub the show in the foreign.it's the sound of the episodes , without dialogues.then ,it only left the music with sound effects, but those two are sadly , indissociables.

We've extracted everything we could , and thanks to ingenous editings and cuttings, a great part of the themes were rebuild.
We're aware that this work will not satisfy the most hard to please fans.The anime is ancient and those monural tracks reveal sometimes their age.However , it should be noted that it was the only mean to listen to this great soundtrack , wich as made a deep impressionon many spectators generations.
We hope that you will enjoy listening to this soundtrack as much as we've enjoyed`re�ring this CD.

Thank you for the detailed track data. Just one thing...
I've seen that show, a tearjerker from start to finish. Quite a change of pace from the director's other work, Golgo 13.
Remi is a guy.

(although looking closer at the cover art, this might be a new version. I ran the title through 3 different translators, and they keep coming up as 'child'. They might have changed gender for a remake, but given that it based off a pre-existing novel, seems unlikely.)

Further, further correction. I just checked, something I should have done before posting and... yes, they explain over and over, Remy is now a girl. Go figure.
Oh, and the most common English translation of this new show is indeed, Remy the Homeless Girl.

I shall endeavor in the future to look before I type.

First post here. Thank you, all of you, for such a wonderful experience. I was able to find OST's i thought i would never have the chance to listen, and thx to you, now i can! Tears come out from my eyes from the emotions evoked by this music, the treasure of my childhood. Thank you very much, every single one of you.
