I'm not sure how. It's been around for a few years. Complete is a misnomer.
It's the regular album plus a "bonus" disc with a few extra tracks.

1st disc is 320kbs. Bonus disc is 128.

First time visitor, and what can I say? Wow! What an incredible job you guys have done, didn�t think anyone could upload such rare albums as you�ve done. Thanks for the oppurtunity to download great music from long ago. Want to get ahold of three soundtracks to these animes:

Yami no Teiou: Kyuuketsuki Dracula ( Seen that you have discussed this album before, but didn�t see if anyone got ahold of it )
Kyoufu Densetsu - Kaiki! Frankenstein
and last but not least Genshi Shonen Ryu which is my absolute favourite amongst anime.

Have seen covers for both Dracula and Frankenstein but none for Genshi Shonen Ryu except the Italian Ep records that I already own and a unofficial Korean bootleg. So if you could help with this it would be great, and perhaps in the future I can upload some Lp�s here.

Well my take is i think he meant that the people who complain alot are the ones who rarely say anything here, which isn't that hard to expect, they expect too much, i mean this isn't yours or anyone else's duty, uploaders upload because they want to.

Anyway i think he meant that at first, we don't understand what goes into uploading and such, and over time, we change because we get the work involved.
I guess they don't understand the work that goes into uploading things, especially if you have a fairly slow connection or are fairly busy, that's not even taking into consideration if a person lives in some parts of europe, in which every upload basically costs them money, as they have to post it with the download/upload limit in place in their country.
And yeah, I'm not one to talk in this thread, since i have absolutely nothing to contribute XD, but that's my take on it, if that's what einachi meant, i agree with him.

Either that or i read way too much into things, either way that's what i think.

Well, while surfing, I stumbled across the soundtrack to "Super Mario Brothers: Peach-hime Kyuushutsu Daisakusen!!" purely by accident up on YouTube, so I ripped the vids in high quality. the guy who posted it, bmajil27, has the albums in hard copy, so there are MP3s.

I can't speak for the others, but I can tell you that I have been looking for Odin since before I came here. I have only heard of Vols. 1 and 2. I use to have cassette transfers of Vols. 1 and 2 back when the movie came out, but they've long since gone missing. I've never heard of an Odin special. I believe the reason it's so rare is that it has never been released on CD. Even really, really old stuff that's turned up are from cd reissues.

I'm new to the forums and just learning my way around, but yes, I think I have finally aquired all of the Odin music that's ever been released except for the insert song single. The releases include the three BGM collections on vinyl LP, four Loudness tracks off of two of their CD releases, and just in October I found out that TPO released a 25th anniversary compilation album in 02/2009 which had two of the synthesizer tracks which I've been trying to find for 24 years!

It'll take me a little while to get a link in here; I have to figure out uploading the music to a file sharing site, plus it's peak eBay season so I'm trying to move a bunch of vintage anime toys and models. I'll try to get something put together by this weekend.

For those who like hardcopies, the BGM LP's were never reissued on CD but I have seen them on Yahoo Actions. (It's actually how I finally got my hands on BGM #3!) The songs and queues by Loudness were included as bonus tracks on reissues of two albums, "Thunder in the East" and "Disillusion - English Version". You have to be careful though, because the bonus tracks are not on every version of these albums that is available. I can only confirm that they are included on the limited releases in cardboard sleeves from 2004:

The version of "Odin" on "Thunder in the East" includes the movie lead-in which I had only previously found on a 12" single Loudness released. Its lead-in is faded into the orchestral version in the departure sequence, while the remainder of the track is used later during the escape from the "Ginunga Gap" scene. "Flash Out" is the metal fight music used in the big action sequences -- I originally found it on that 12" single I just mentioned.

The two TPO tracks not included on any of the BGM's I found one day by accident. The artist(s?) were apparently already famous before the movie was made for being the first in Japan to use the Fairlight CMI music synthesizer. Last year he(they?) released a 25th anniversary album which included tracks used in Odin that is still widely available:

I was really surprised to learn that two of the most-used music queues in the movie were actually released on a couple of Techno albums in 1983. They underscore the movie so well that it's hard to believe they were originally sold on their own. The one piece used more than any other in the movie is actually the instrumental background for a Techno-Pop song.

For those who like hardcopies, the BGM LP's were never reissued on CD but I have seen them on Yahoo Actions. (It's actually how I finally got my hands on BGM #3!) The songs and queues by Loudness were included as bonus tracks on reissues of two albums, "Thunder in the East" and "Disillusion - English Version". You have to be careful though, because the bonus tracks are not on every version of these albums that is available. I can only confirm that they are included on the limited releases in cardboard sleeves from 2004:

The version of "Odin" on "Thunder in the East" includes the movie lead-in which I had only previously found on a 12" single Loudness released. "Eruption" from the "Disillusion" album is the departure music for the Starlight without the orchestral accompaniment. Its lead-in is faded into the orchestral version in the departure sequence, while the remainder of the track is used later during the escape from the "Ginunga Gap" scene. "Flash Out" is the metal fight music used in the big action sequences -- I originally found it on that 12" single I just mentioned.

The two TPO tracks not included on any of the BGM's I found one day by accident. The artist(s?) were apparently already famous before the movie was made for being the first in Japan to use the Fairlight CMI music synthesizer. Last year he(they?) released a 25th anniversary album which included tracks used in Odin that is still widely available:

I was really surprised to learn that two of the most-used music queues in the movie were actually released on a couple of Techno albums in 1983. They underscore the movie so well that it's hard to believe they were originally sold on their own. The one piece used more than any other in the movie is actually the instrumental background for a Techno-Pop song.

This is a best guess for now. I've rechecked what I could about the film before doing this, since I haven't actually seen Odin in...25 years. (I'm old, so old.) Certainly, anyone who is more familiar with the film can spot any problems, or possible nuances in the titles.

I actually had done this for all three albums before actually looking at the tags to discover that they WERE ALREADY TRANSLATED. Ugh. Anyway, my choices aren't noticeably different, except for 3 tracks.

According to a note published on the old anime forum, they got a request from "Japanese publishers" to stop posting albums, so they voluntarily took the entire forum down.

I'm not sure why their forum was affected and this one was not, but I did notice that since it appears to have been an Italian server, the rules might be different.
