Is DMC4 actually any good? Was pondering buying it cos I enjoyed the first two and missed out the third; but I never got round to any reviews.

I'm currently having a run through Final Fantasy I (Origins) and I'll probably have another go at Suidoken II sometime soon.

Getting into GTA-Vice City Stories on the PSP. Very impressive, great radio and just a plain fun sandbox game.

Yeah it's been fun so far. Just a slight different battle system than the very first (like you actually have to use the magics in the battle to upgrade them), but it's been cool so far.

That sounds rather good, the one thing I love about Final Fantasy I is the extremely cheesy music and battles. Well I'll have a crack at Final Fantasy II then sometime. ;D

It wasn't that great, so don't bother wasting your time trying to get it. Well, actually. Only part of it is worth it, while the other half you get to see in the next game anyways, so it's half worth it.

I've already seen it, it's the concept of getting Hades Cup, sealing all Keyholes, and getting all 99 puppies and not getting it. I already have all the above mentioned (besides pooh bear) so might as well obtain it :P

Wow, I forgot how great this game was. Glad I decided to dust it off and have another go at it.

On my first play through I chose the dark side, so this time I'm walking the super holy path of light. *angelic chorus*

I've found that being a Dark Jedi is a lot more fun (and comical) but the light side isn't without it's perks. It's more challenging/rewarding and you get a bunch of hilarious flirty conversations with Carth.

TF2 = Team Fortress 2, it's a class based FPS with different maps and modes. The console version (360 and PS3) only has 5 maps. The PC version has the original 5 along with many user created maps, mods, and character voice commands.

Granted Valve says they are goind to release a new map, Goldrush, in the Spring sometime.

I am back into Albaross18. It wasn't working for me for ages due to patch problems, but that seems to be fixed. I love this game so much <3

Holy hell, I was tempted to on some missions. Like in one, I was covered on a wall corner and this fat fuck with a mini SMG came at me and I had forgot to reload my weapon so I got 2 shots off and he smacked me while reloading then riddled me with bullet holes.

But no, I really wish I knew what caused it to stop reading BDs. At least it still plays DVDs.

Mass Effect is a masterpiece of science fiction interactivity.

The gameplay is varied and fun, the story is great, the visuals are great, although there are many flaws inherent to the 360 capabilities (textures pop-ins and slow downs for example) the voice acting is spot on with lips sinc, etc...

It's a real golden piece of WRPG. It'll be available for the PC soon, with many of the small flaws fixed, so I suggest you get your hand on the game by then, if you have a PC powerful enough to run current gen games.

Supposedly ME2 will be on PS3, so I'll wait for that one.

If that's not the case, well, I think I'll live. :)

I read that Ninja Gaiden 2 has a lot of technical problems.

The most noticeable one being that unlike it's predecessor, the frame-rate is excruciatingly inconsistent.

I enjoyed the first title, but this one doesn't seem all that much fun.

i have replayed MGS4 3 times, currently played throush Soul Calibur 1 on XBLA and I got caught up with th Trophies on PSN and rediscovered Super Stardust HD.

what is strange is that the Trophy requirements for the Bronze and Silver for Super Stardust HD actually encouraged you to play well and taught me to be a better player and I finally beat all the stages in Arcade mode now

I'm putting FFXII down for a while after THREE FUCKING HOURS of grinding chocobos for the lv.99 Red Chocobo that NEVER showed up. Being chock full of shit you need a guide to find is bad enough, but this random shit FFXII is pulling is just beyond the pale for me. If I wanted that kind of grinding, I'd pick up WoW. At least then I'd have a few friends to fuck off with while grinding.

lol WoW is a grind cleverly disguised in lengthy quests and clearing out dungeons with friends.

Whereas, the grinding in FFXII was enough to put the most potent amphetamine addict to sleep.

I'm playing KH1. And that's about it right now. Once my student loans come in and I get my new Mac (shiny!), I'll probably be getting into NWN and maybe Guild Wars. Paying a subscription after buying the game makes absolutely no sense to me, especially given my attention span concerning games.

Should be getting hold of an old copy of Command And Conquer : Red Alert 2 soon. I'll give that another playthrough.

Got a S-Video hook up for my PS2 yesterday.

Now I'm replaying Final Fantasy XII, and Resident Evil 4.

FFXII's story is surprisingly more enjoyable when playing through a second time. I appreciate the political aspect more.

PS2 still got a lot of years for me to enjoy.
