Does anyone have the 2-track single "Pooh's Hunny Hunt" single from Tokyo Disneyland...preferably in flac but I would be grateful for it regardless. :)

I used to have Pooh's Honey Hunt Cd it was an import from Japan and it was most of the ride. including sound effects and songs, it runs twice as long as the original Tokyo Disneyland tracks.

I like how the Pirates CD has the different variations of the Yo Ho theme broken down in different tracks. Is there a version of Haunted Mansion like this?

Larboard: Left side of ship, looking from the stern.

Prior to around 1850 or so the British Navy would refer to the left side of the ship as "Larboard", since then "Port" has been the correct term.

On the Pirates Of The Caribbean ride voice actor Paul Frees while conducting an auction of women, asks one of the "women", "Shift your cargo dearie show them your Larboard side".

I asked my father who was in the Navy what "Larboard" meant after the ride when I was about 9 years old and now I am sharing that tidbit with you folks.

Actually, Disney DID sell bootlegs in the parks. Back in 1995, they set up kiosks in the DL and WDW parks, which sold a TON of ride soundtracks. Poorly copied CDs with no labels, and horrible printed front covers! I only bought two of the 25 that they offered, but this was what set me on my quest to get the BEST sounds of the rides possible. That is why I am sharing these tracks with everyone here. I will upload more tomorrow.

Yeah but that one sweetmeats was asking for was an official release, that was in 2009 and I managed to grab myself a copy of it. Yeah you could say the Kiosks were bootlegs that made CDs of ride music but I believe I saw a site which had all those tracks released and uploaded to some blog.

I managed to get that, actually it's not really 943 music files, about 50% of that are JPG pictures and covers which I didn't really enjoy I changed a lot of MP3 tags as they were too long for my hard drive to hold. Even made a cover of it. I don't think I added that extra bonus disc that came with it but without the bonus disc added, it was about 33 hours of Disneyland music.

California Adventure will have to wait until they bring out audio or soundtrack all their new rides including The Little Mermaid ride and maybe a better quality version of World of Color. I still think that it's still too soon for there to be any kind of large collection of California Adventure music and sounds. I have a lot of stuff but I am sure there are those with TBs of stuff.

If only Disney knew how much in sales they would get if they only released stuff instead of keeping it. I would totally buy the stuff, I only bought a few physical CDs from them and enjoyed each one but know that people go about making their own bootleg soundtracks like The Magical Music of Disneyland.

Just some additional info:

The kiosks in the parks that used to sell ride music was called "Disney(land/ World) Forever". They no longer exist. You can find collections of these at mousebits.com as well.
As for Universal, the only recent official album that has been released is for the Islands of Adventure, which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/user/dinoman96#p/c/CC888152710161E0
There are 2 versions of that album, one of which I believe has an additional track or two.
I recently sent Wildwood a link to several Disney albums. I don't know how to upload things. :(
Pooh's Hunny Hunt" (not 'Bunny') is available on one of the Tokyo Disneyland albums called "Tokyo Disneyland Music Album". I have it, but if someone can tell me how to easily upload it, I will. I'm not very computer literate.
I've never seen an official Ellen's Universe of Energy track, but there is a low-quality recording of the show available on mousebits.

That is a Disneyland collection, so you won't find any Universe of Energy music there.
There have been a couple of WDW collection albums with a song or two from Universe of Energy. I think its the song called, "Universe of Energy", or another song called "Energy (You Make the World Go 'Round)"

I've never seen (or should I say 'heard') all of the source quality audio of this. I don't think its ever been released. There's different types of UoE audio out there though. Check the tribute video on martinsvids.net. Maybe you'll find it there?

Wish he had some good video footage of "Soarin' over California", but I think that attraction is only at California Adventure. I think that the one in Florida is just called "Soarin" and has a different film.

Well, the theme of Soarin' in EPCOT is more of a futuristic flight TO California, whereas in California the theme is more if a tribute to aviation.

There's lots of Soarin videos out there. YouTube has several, as does Mousebits. Its hard to get a good quality video though. The screen is huge, its dark, and you're moving.
The rides are identical. As crusader mentioned, the queue areas are slightly different. The California Adventure park itself was designed to be more CA-themed, which let down a lot of people who wanted it to be more Disney-themed. Its currently going over a huge renovation to become just that. They are changing rides to include more Disney characters, and they are adding a new Cars-themed area/rides.
The Epcot version was added on to the existing "The Land" building, so its theme is more orientated towards its surroundings.

may i ask: Which tracks on the Phantom Manor Master Collection were on the DAT Tapes you talked about in an earlier post? Since this is the specific soundtrack that made me love scores, i really tried to hunt down the phantom manor score for 18 years... A lot of stuff i found in your collection was floating around some years ago, but most of it doesn�t have the crystal clear sound from other orchestral score recordings from the nineties... i know these were bootlegs, but even on the official album disney released i think the recording quality from debney�s music is quite poor... So may i ask: What sound quality did your DAT tapes have?

Haunted Mansion 30th Anniversary Limited Edition GOLD CD [1999]

The Haunted Mansion – 30th Anniversary was the album released for the 30th Anniversary of The Haunted Mansion. The original 1999 CD was a 13-track limited edition of only 999 copies, all sold out within two hours at Disneyland's special event for the Haunted Mansion's 30th anniversary. It featured a green disc, a 5-page insert/artwork, and an extra 1-page insert featuring autographs of Buddy Baker and X. Atencio, the men who wrote Grim Grinning Ghosts.

The second edition, also from 1999, immediately followed but without the 13th track. It featured a gold disc, the same 5-page insert/artwork, but no 1-page extra insert with the autographs.

The third edition from 1999 featured a standard silver disc, also had the same 12 tracks as the second edition, had a simpler two page foldout insert/artwork (same second edition front picture with different wording; the back cover was slightly re-arranged), and no 1-page extra insert with the autograph.

A 2006 version (fourth edition) with 11 tracks was released without the Disneyland Paris track, but added a Disneyland 10th Anniversary cut. Walt Disney's Welcome is missing. See the below track listing. It has a cover featuring the gate plaque on the brick columns outside of the Haunted Mansion.

Hi! Tracks #13 & 14 on your copy of The Haunted Mansion bootleg post, is a two part play & story of the Haunted Mansion with Ronnie Howard. That's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the exact track list as posted above. It's so hard to come by and I've been searching for many years. No luck.

Do you have exactly what I'm looking for or know someone who might?

Snoopy, Is the track #13, the backwards bones and flute, is that the graveyard music that is heard in all of the mansions? Because I do have a track of JUST the bones from the PM!!!

William, you know I'm really not sure I hate to say. I've never been to Disneyland in Orlando or California, so I've never heard the track to know what it is that I'm missing. All I know is that I'm hoping some kind soul somewhere will be able to help me out with that elusive Track #13 Buddy Baker Experiments" ["Buddy Baker Experiments (Backwards Flute and Bones).

I have been looking for this cd for many years now and have had no luck finding it. I don't give up easily. 999 people have the cd and hopefully one day I'll find it.

I've never seen that track with that title. I don't even think I've seen it on mousebits. IIRC, that limited edition is the one that they only sold at Disneyland, the night of the 30th Anniversary. It came with his autograph and sold out that night. I've never even heard a clip of it, so I couldn't begin to even look for it somewhere in my collection.

13. "Buddy Baker Experiments" ["Buddy Baker Experiments (Backwards Flute and Bones)" track was only found on the limited edition of 999 copies.]

The second edition with the 12-track gold disc, which immediately followed the original 999-copy edition, featured the same track listing except for the missing 13th track.

Look around for a torrent called "The Forever Project". Someone put it together with music that was available at those "burn on demand" kiosks in the park. The Haunted Mansion CD is part of it, and... it is in FLAC. Pretty sure I got it somewhere, but not on my hard drive right now. You might be able to find The Forever Project thru Mousebits.

That's strange I already had that downloaded. That was definitely the Florida Disneyworld one. It's no big deal really though. Exactly man. That's what I mean, it's the WDW verison. The Disneyland one is like impossible to find. The disneyland one you hear Rod Serling with some new lines like "The strangest journey of your lives. Your destination...unknown, but this much is clear, a reservation has been made in your name for an extended stay." and "Wave goodbye to the real world"

I actually had those tracks. I didn't know what was considered new or old, they were just labelled like they are here. Sorry. Anything older than like 2006 I'm unfamiliar with when it came out. I can only go off the labels I got.

I agree 100% with Biff. I just think that William has given us some really great and rare, impossible to find or "never been able to find" items, mainly the trek stuff, and if he did get this disney stuff from dave or john or whoever, we owe him and them a big pat on the backs, and a hearty "thanks", and I am sick and tired of people coming here with fake trollish usernames, and constantly ragging on William. Thanks to Soundguy28 for posting this, looking through it I expected to find it riddled with errors i.e. files misnamed, unplayable tracks etc.
Aside from a few problems with filenames being too long for Winrar initially to handle and a few slight metadata errors this set is impeccable.

It's an amazing collection and that's coming from someone who has a substantial collection of Disney already.
You cannot go wrong with this set it's 2.4GB of great stuff.

Thanks for the post I have this set and just didn't think to post the CD that comes with it.

It was released in 2003 as I recall I was collecting a lot of Disney around then Walt Disney Treasures Metal Tin sets and A Musical History Of Disneyland as well as The Haunted House releases.

Does anyone here happen to have any Universal Studios music? Other than those 2 Islands of Adventure albums, and the older Universal Studios album with like 2 tracks, I never see anything. William, wildwood, anyone have these? I know they play a lot of tracks from movie scores, I just don't know which ones, which tracks, or what order.

No problem. I don't think there's any ride music for the Goofy ride, since its an outdoor coaster. I've tried listening to YouTube videos to see if there's a que/waiting area loop. Its sounds like what I'm hearing is just the surrounding area's audio though.

Same with me, I had to delete all my Disney music including that Magical Music of Disneyland, thankfully I have an external hard drive but the file names were too long to copy so had to delete the file names but keep them organized.

Our good friend "Upton" had found some links for the GHOSTS video, in 15 parts, which was really good, however when I checked the links, parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, and 14 were already dead, due to copyright violations. I can put the other links up here, but I don't see any reason, if you cannot have the whole movie! Let me know if that is what you people would like.

Head over to Mousebits. They have just about everything. Though Mermaid, Symphony Swings and Goofy's Sky school aren't likely to be there. They usually wait to allow posting of the new and re-done rides. Most are source audio.

Anyone happen to have some of the newer tracks from DCA? The new Paradise Pier loops? How about The Little Mermaid ride soundtrack? Silly Symphony Swings and Goofy's Sky School?

And I completely forgot, even though I rode it a few times, does Grizzly Peak have a soundtrack? I never really paid attention when I was on the ride. There's probably some loops from the line-up area, but I didn't really pay attention to these either.
