America on Parade was only for one year, 1976, then they returned the MSEP with a whole new soundtrack and floats in 1977, just in time for "Star Wars" hehehehehe :)

So I was going through different boxes in my attic today, and I found a box that I forgot to unpack from moving a couple years ago. Low and Behold I found a RARE Disney Parks CD I forgot i had. Its a promo disc for the "100 Years or Magic" celebration. Its mainly comprised of 5 variations for the song "Share a Dream", including different edits and instrumentals. All these tracks were pretty much used for the WDW Vacation Planning videos. I'll try and upload this CD soon, but until then, heres a tracklist of whats on the CD.

There is but I believe all the interior footage is the same, it was shot at Disneyland. I haven't been able to find a good version on the WDW.

Good news! I'll be getting a list of all the audio from Phantom Manor my contact managed to get soon.

Bad news... He was not able to get the isolated Vincent Price Spiels... Although, it does have an isolated track for the Phantoms laughter (Which Vincent Price recorded) so well have a little bit of Price's work still there.

He also was not able to get and isolated track of Madame leota... :(

But according to him, there is still a lot of great audio to look forward to. :D

^I second the request for the Disney's Orchestra Albums, Vols. 1-3. ralphdude very generously posted them earlier in the thread, but unfortunately, as he acknowledged, they are very low quality files. (They sound like they might have been ripped from YouTube or something?)

Yes. I pulled these off of their remastered "The Out Sounds from Way in -The Complete Vanguard Recordings". Which is a pretty great collection of quirky space age music. Then pulled the proper tracks & assembled them into the BGM order. Ta-Dah! There you have it.

No, sorry to say they are not. I don't like it when they rip to one big mp3 file because you cant play just the song you want to here and without a .cue sheet I don't know how to fix it.
I found these on a Japanese sight along time ago looking for a Mickey Mouse picture or something and couldn't read a single thing about it. I just know that there were 3 large
files and could see the little covers so I took the chances and downloaded them. Glad I did. Wish I had bookmark the place dam-it, there's know telling what I could have unearthed LOL.

The reason I ask is because the quality isn't that great. Nothing against you, lol, but it sounds really muddy and low-quality. I compared this with the version that is up on the Japanese iTunes store, and that version is much, much cleaner. Thank you again for uploading this though, as I have yet to find it anywhere else except JP iTunes. hopefully someday we can find a cleaner version! ^_^

- "The Savers" was used as the theme to the American television game show "The Joker's Wild".
- Engineers with the Walt Disney Company were at work on a new parade at Disneyland Park, the "Main Street Electrical Parade." The idea was to cover floats with thousands of electronically controlled colored lights and to set the show to music. Paul Beaver and then later Disney musician Don Dorsey helped rework a Perrey-Kingsley composition called "Baroque Hoedown," an upbeat, almost sparkling number best described as "harpsichord gone country." It would become the underlying theme song of the parade for the next three decades at Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Disney California Adventure Park and is still in use today at Magic Kingdom.
- Several segments of Sesame Street produced in the 1970s also made use of music from The In Sound from Way Out, as did other television programs, such as The Red Skelton Show. i use a Mac and have never had problemas with these types of files. It seems some do on PC though. From comments by others in the past it seems some people have to rejoin the split files before unzipping. Also I think the program Jmoss mentioned also seems to work best for PC. Good luck!

I can understand why the albums weren't in FLAC, it being too big as a file size to upload; so if you can't include a cue file, but maybe in addition to the tracklist, could you include on how long each track is? If it's not too much to ask?

Perhaps it would be better if you just compressed all the files separately with WINRAR, and just had three RAR files, it would be less confusing.

Okay, it's just that ripping the files apart like that, causes breakdown in the music quality, wherein 320 will sound like 89! Just my two cents. Every time you do something to degrade the file size, you degrade the sound quality. And that's just one more un-needed step of compression to ruin the sound. just saying...

Also from what others have said when you did it was in 128kbps, the files were untagged, unsorted, and completely unorganized. I guess you just keep the good stuff for Ebay ;)

These are the same files that jmoss and ralphdude have posted previously (major thanks to both of them!), but I have split them into their individual tracks. The sound quality isn't great, and I know I didn't do a perfect job splitting (i.e., there are undoubtedly inconsistent spaces between the tracks), but they are pretty cool recordings and they get used in a lot of area loops in the Disneyland Resort.

Hey Guy - I am not going to get in to a battle with you over Disney Music.

Like I said I'm on here to talk and share with like minded fans. (and have fun!!!)
I have been sharing stuff almost daily for a long time now. I know it isn't a requirement that people share to be on this board or anything, but you have NOT shared much in the last year from what I can tell. I read this post from page one up to now. (page 56) I have a pretty good idea of who and what has been shared. Your posts have long been dead. People have been asking you for re-ups for at least a year.

Sorry I went off the handle a bit in my previous post, but it is just super annoying when you take tons of time to put together a collection, and upload it, and then people come at you and complain about how you are sharing it with them, etc. I mean come on! We are talking about FREE MUSIC!!! I don't understand the high sense of entitlement going on. Really zaps the fun out of things. Zipping, unzipping, splitting doesn't hurt the files. (as has also been pointed out by Jmoss) I am sorry you don't like the way I divide up my files. The simple solution as stated by several people over the pages is to just update your software. 7zip seems to handle the job perfectly. Problem solved. The files will open fine in the same condition they were bundled up in.

I also want to apologize for calling you out on stuff that I personally do not even know to be true. I was just going by stuff I read in this post and elsewhere. (the ebay thing + you has been discussed on several boards over the years) It wasn't cool of me, and is honetly not my business. My apologies.

As for who you think I am. You are wrong. I have no clue what you are talking about. I found this board way back when because of a Twin Peaks collection that was posted. (I'm also a huge Twin Peaks fan) Coming across this Disney section was a nice surprise and icing on the cake for me.

I�m looking for the rehearsal disc from Finding Nemo - the Musical... Online sources say there is a disc that basically contains the same tracks like the commercial album but without the vocals... If someone has it, PLEASE share it... Thanks alot in advance...

Check out the Disneyland Forever collection. Both The Monorail Song and Nation on Wheels is presented as a single track, in flac. Can easily be trimmed back to the two individual themes.

I know this CD was also included in the Forever project. I'm not sure if there was artwork for this or not in what Jmoss uploaded the other day.You might check there. The best I had is what was included above & also attached to the MP3's.

Never mind. Found out that I already had a very nice copy of the 33rd anniversary tracks, with the full booklet, front and tray covers, and the disc label as well! Should have looked in my files before I said anything, hehehehehehe

I usually check files, but was in a hurry to get that posted before I had to leave for work, so I'm sorry for the oversight! If SoThere is still willing to upload the complete album, that would be great. Sorry for the inconvenience!
