Does anyone have the isolated music and effects of Short Circuit from the Special Edition DVD set? I HAD a copy but don't know what happened to it. I'd appreciate it if anyone has a copy of that version and can rip the isolated music and effects.

Does anyone have an isolated score for Rocky Balboa (2006)? Bill Conti did some of his best revisions to the classic scores he did prior. Would be great if someone could share it because someone mentioned a 24 track dvd out there but can't find it.

There's no isolated score on any release of the film, unless it's something brand new. There's a Bill Conti fansite (https://billconti.webnode.com/discography/) which lists a rare promo CD called "The Rocky Saga: Necessary Roughness":

32 (!) tracks are on the club release "Rocky / Necessary Rougness". 1 unreleased track from Rocky, 4 unreleased tracks from Rocky II, 7 unreleased track from Rocky III, 8 unreleased tracks from Rocky V and 12 unreleased tracks from Rocky Balboa!! Just 30 made for the attendees of Soundtracking in 2009.
Released 2009 by Sound Tracking Club SCDC-019

I've never seen any other evidence of the CD, which isn't surprising if it's true that only 30 copies were made.

No evidence of any isolated score for this one. I think it's the same old story of someone calling a rip of the default audiostreams of the standard dvd/bluray an "Isolated Score". Which it isn't

I have three requests to make here:

*Rush Hour (Lalo Schifrin) - I feel like I have seen it pop up before on SLSK, but I just can't find it anywhere currently.

*Nineteen Eighty-Four (Eurthymics) - The original Dominic Muldowney score has been circulated a good bit, so I'd be interested to hear this particular one. I haven't found any rips of the Twilight Time release anywhere, though I can imagine the prices dropping after the recent Criterion release.

*Yellow Submarine (George Martin/The Beatles) - While I do have a copy of this one, its down-mixing and tagging seems questionable. Suppose I could take a torrent I saw once and do it myself, but I trust the fine folks here to do a good job.

I did an okay one a few years ago.
Fun fact... Conti scored the film twice. First he wrote original music, which test audiences didn't understand, and the second time he basically re-recorded the original "Rocky". He comes off as a little regretful about that. I hope that, if whatever legal morass around the scores is cleared, one of the labels is able to find the first version.

I can understand test audiences wanting the original Rocky material

I didn't know Conti recorded Balboa twice... I only knew that he scored only one new piece, which was Little Marie's theme, and everything else was revisions of the original Rocky score.

Rocky soundtrack releases have always been sketchy, save for the Intrada release of DiCola's Rocky IV.

Wait, that's what I found on SLSK! Guess it wasn't in the index for me to easily find. Anyway, I guess that's just how it sounds then. I'm sure the other folks will appreciate it though.

Do you know where I could at least look for the other two? People have posted videos and SoundCloud copies of 1984 at least, but I want the original unaltered audio.

I think someone did post 1984 somewhere in this thread (don't ask me where). Rush Hour is one of those i still have to get round to doing. Sitting on my HD for now

Converted track to standard wave (44.1 khz 16bit), raised volume, edited into cues. The isolated track included unused music, like cue #24. The volume level is not necessarily optimum across the entire list.
EDIT: I incorporated member RDAF's cue names in a new upload, so the cues are not generic "Mississippi Burning":

Thank you so much, both of you! I have a question about the sound quality though. Contrary to the music in the film, the isolated score has a very mono-ish quality. Is it really like that on the bluray? Considering that the volume shifts match the music in the film, I'm surprised that the stereo definition doesn't. For some reason I can't access Plissken1138's original rip ("403 Forbidden") and I don't have the OOP bluray to compare. So can anyone comment on that? Thanks.
