I have it, I just changed the name for less visibility so up to you changing tags etc... Not sure if the quality is good anyway but it's def. ok to me.
The track isn't in the digital version because this is one of RoughSketch's SOUND VOLTEX songs and it doesn't seem Konami allows the game songs to be released digitally outside Japan.

So yeah I just posted stuff about SDVX, but let me go to the mother game - IIDX SPADA.
As you may know the game has an ongoing, monthly event named Spada†leggendaria, with 7 songs made by artists called after swords. This event is just a big obsession of mine mostly because it's the first unlock event in the series to have actual boss songs by J-Core artists.
Luckily, here are some clean max quality lineouts from this event

Thanks! :D I'm still a little surprised myself, but very glad nonetheless. I heard there were some problems last time it ran which could have discouraged some of the bigger DJs from participating this time around. Still, for whatever reason, I'm in.

I have the event recording as we speak. Made sure to free up 100 GB on a drive to make sure it's able to stay going. ;) I started halfway through Ninja Terminator's set (missed the first half due to technical issues and sleep lol, had no idea there was gonna be a set before 6 and it started at 4 AM) which was pure amazement, including a couple of unreleased Betwixt & Between tracks, as well as some unreleased tracks from a guy called Nomic, which combined gabber and freeform and which I dare say were equally impressive. Ninja Terminator is a collab between the two organizers, Shimotsukei and DJ COSMiXXX. :D Come on IRC if you're available!

It's not just about the lawyer anymore... we lost a source of income this month (because the company is jerks and sometimes doesn't pay him for that month... apparently they do this a lot... and he's unwilling to fight them over it...) and we can not guarantee they will pay him next month. We can't even pay normal utilities and rent now... due to this. :( it's only about $1,200 a month... but yeah... I know... still do need help with the lawyer... but now that's become... less important. If we don't have a place to live, or food, or utilities... the lawyer really doesn't matter much anymore.
Also... if anyone here is an Employer and wouldn't mind hiring me... :p Just putting it out there. (Also please not in San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles... ) Preferably Inland Empire area... because with gasoline prices... eeeeeee @.@

Okay guys GAT03 is amazing. I really hated it at first but the tracks are amazing. My favorites have to be SGM it has that poppin' beat, sounds fresh and slick. Then there's Touch a trick probably the best song of the entire album. Has a trippy beat up until 1:18 love the hardcore (but leaves asking for more) then switches to big beats at 1:25 then bams at 1:57 with that dubstep. Excellent track I've heard in a while, I love when they experiment these genres. Last favorite has to be BOMBOMB. Big boom is what you will get until it disintegrates into a piano solo at 2:01 very cool.
I also had a peak at MASSIVE NEW KREW's SUPREMACY and I'll see if I can give an intake on it. :p

Man, Pirates of Hardcore is a great album. I wish REDALiCE would make more video game and anime remix albums like that and Otonoishi since I'm not big on the Touhou stuff.

Fyi, Konami has announced the 2nd volume of IIDX SPADA OST. Will have long vers and remixes (ting Noizenecio ting Genki ting who knows)

I did not like this compilation. I would take all the voiceclips out of it. It's not enjoyable at all. Voiceclips kill most of the tracks.

I really like that dubstep work of USAO. Breath-Taker and powerful.
That girls union thing with n.o.d.e - Sleepless Night seems perhaps one of the biggest highlight of the album. I don't feel much of good vibe in this album. But hey, I learned not to trust XFD.
Flowers Unfold sound wonderful :) Hommarju kicked me in the balls.

I have already delayed too many of my projects, dues to personal issues, and my project of collecting Kaoru Kimura's works is almost finished. If no one can or does not have the tracks I listed above, I will probably release them much later as New version release .
So I am asking everyone to send me your Remixes Own Remixes of Betwixt & Between or any other of his aliases, as well as Some people here who might be able to offer your own Dedications or poems for Kaoru Kimura, in which I will include in the booklet I will work on. You can send me by PM your stories, poems, dedications, anything you have of your persona as tribute to Kaoru Kimura.

This is going to be my third post on a row, but I need to wake up people about this. :)
I have already delayed too many of my projects, dues to personal issues, and my project of collecting Kaoru Kimura's works is almost finished. If no one can or does not have the tracks I listed above, I will probably release them much later as New version release .
So I am asking everyone to send me your Remixes Own Remixes of Betwixt & Between or any other of his aliases, as well as Some people here who might be able to offer your own Dedications or poems for Kaoru Kimura, in which I will include in the booklet I will work on. You can send me by PM your stories, poems, dedications, anything you have of your persona as tribute to Kaoru Kimura.

I want to clarify some stuff. So Beginning of the End is one of his earliest attempts at freeform and I imagine it's still floating around somewhere. The Eon is actually mislabeled and is in fact Hatred - 夜想 (Air) -Trance Core Mix- off of エロコア by Cis-Trance. Raien(雷炎) is on TANO*C COREnival, 3倍あいすくりーむ is on 3倍あいすくりーむ Remix!(c73/redalice cd), The Beginning was released on Konton, 桜峠ダウンヒルバトル was released on 踊る東方ドリフト(Cis-Trance), and 君が為(credited as DJ Gemki feat.λnkgcco) was released on HYPERダンス王国 ～あげぽよー！！～(SketchUp!). As for Piropiro, give up it doesn't exist in full version and only a very short demo exists(I assume you saw this on my lastfm since no one knew it). The original version of Surendrajit is no where near as good as the 2011 refix(though a better quality version would have been nice...) and I believe there's an inbetween version he had done though I don't know anyone who still has it. Also I don't think there's a huge difference between the live and original version of Self Extortion. Also I grabbed Betwixt & Between - I believe nothing the day he posted it on facebook(it was when he announced more details about his 2nd album...). I'm not quite sure where you got ポリリズム, Sampo, and Romantic Children from...feel free to enlighten me.

Oh ok WOW I didn't expect that 3rd track to be Ryu's. Pretty nice from him. Looking foward to the compilation in the middle of this Comiket dominated by solo albums from big names. Also thanks for the songlist!

Pretty impressed with that Hardcore Syndrome 8 preview. Hopefully I'm not getting fooled by the crossfade or the blueness. :P I'm still gonna wait for the full release to get my hopes up...probably. :P Ryu, REDALiCE, and Shimamura stood out more than usual for me (REDALiCE might (http://www.discogs.com/Alabaster-Fragarach/release/1210946) have (http://www.discogs.com/Alabaster-Future-Sight/release/1600997) wanted to title his track differently but whatever). kenta-v.ez. steals the show on the gabber side, as I expected, but RoughSketch and USAO have me pretty excited as well. USAO's track reminds me a lot of, well, Loss Time. :P

With HARDCORE SYNDROME 8 coming, I decided to make this mix, to the one group who introduced to this wonderful world. ^^
TANO*C has always been in my heart, and it was the very first SYNDROME release that kept me so faithful to them.
I decided to go for a different approach in this mix, since I have seen almost everyone making happy hardcore sets for TANO*C. I wanted to make a mix tribute only from Hardcore Syndrome albums till 7. This is a very special work for me. Hardcore Syndrome played a very big part in my J-core knowledge, and it was these albums that made me learn to understand the musical features of J-core, till Hardcore Syndrome 5 defined once and for all how much love I had for the artists and the music.

Interesting mix. I love how much you like Tano*C. :D Though I was a bit late to the party, it was Tano*C that got me into J-Core too, and they've remained close to my heart as well. Watching their early video reports sends chills through me...
That said, I like the idea of a Hardcore Syndrome tribute set. As a mix, though, I didn't especially like it. I generally prefer more smooth transitions, and the ones in that mix seemed a bit sudden and random. (I did still like the track selection and order, as well as the way you opened and ended it.) I don't mean to be a stickler, though; so long as you enjoyed making it, there's nothing objectively wrong. ;)

Shimamura's back with more rave stuff, Genki's back with his same old same old (which l'm still happy about), and USAO's track sound really good too.

I'm looking forward Ryu's track the most because he hasn't done a freeform-type track since One by One. He's like, completely different on TANO*C releases which makes him sort of really interesting (considering his popularity in the Japanese BEMANI crowd is so huge when he does just happy hardcore over and over). aran and P*Light tracks are also different from their norm and I really like them. I only wished Genki would have done another Sidragasum/Sigmund song :<

The tracklist is really good, I like your taste.
The main fault lies in the execution, which Sherkel noted to be "a bit sudden and random". This is probably because tracks were often brought in out of phrase. I think your transitions would be improved greatly if you mixed tracks aligned with each other, with the ending of a phrase in the first track being immediately followed by the beginning of a new phrase in the second track to create seamless transitions.
Another thing to note is to be more aggressive in your mixing, although this is probably just my personal preference. You don't need to be so apologetic with the crossfader (which I assume you were using in this mix?), and should also use cuts where appropriate rather than just softly fading things all the time. Transitions between two very different tracks (e.g. 170 hardcore -> 150 hardstyle) can sound a lot better when cutting between them rather than fading out slowly which tends to result in a clash from the different tempos playing at the same time (even for just a brief moment)
As with anything, it's just practice, really. I really do like your track selection though, so I hope to see you improve and listen to more of your mixes in the future :)

I'd just like to say that you should probably watch your levels and EQ as needed during transitions. Mainly it was the Anthem (Maozon Remix) -> Anthem (aran Remix) transition where the basses phased each other out. Just try and avoid that sort of bass cancelling in the future.
Overall, its great guys. Keep doing what you do.

OMG NEW MINAMOTRANCE! lt may have more touhou stuff, but it's a nice variety of genre in there, and it's always nice to hear from Minamotoya again.

Thanks for your input Cicatrix, l use VDJ for my mixing and levels are the one thing it doesn't have (at least for the skin l'm using). lt only shows levels for individual tracks (which isn't so useful), not the master output.
So l usually record in .wav and stick it in Audacity and lower the whole thing by 1dB to regulate the levels and make sure they aren't hot.
l usually try to avoid the bass distorting each other by playing other tracks, but that was probably more poor song order on my part, as well as bad EQing.

I'm going to delete that set. it's awful, uninspiring and full of frustration. 5 tries in a row, I ended up not giving a damn about it.
I was not focused anymore on it. Door ringing, cellphone ringing, phone house ringing.... yesterday was national day of ringing? I lost focus and inspiration to work on it.
I just posted in case I was the only one hating it for the frustration I had in being distracted so many times.
and then there were calls I just had to answer. And even ignoring the door ringing, it gets annoying when some people don't get that, if someone is not coming to the door, pay is taking a dump in the toilet?

P*Light's EP looks nice. A Midsummer Dreamer was one of the first P*Light tracks I heard and also one of the first J-Core tracks I heard, so it's nice to see it again. I generally prefer female vocals, but it's also very nice to see the guy himself singing them, and he's done plenty of tracks with female vocals already anyway. Good to see the HS8 crossfade up on Soundcloud too.

No, basically what happened is that the TANO*C stream just hit the 1:30 mark and had to open a second stream for 30 more minutes. You had to go to their livechannel page and press the "Broadcasting Now" link and it would lead you to the new stream. I don't have premium so I can't see the recorded stream :<
They talked about the CHS releases (t+pazolite album and the new VOLTAGE IGNITION comp, playing previews as well) but in the last 20 minutes they only talked about the beatnation RHYZE x HARDCORE TANO*C comp and IIDX SPADA - not sure what they said, but it was a pretty huge deal.

It was when my nosebleed functions started to get out of control. It got worst when HS5 was released in my day.... I think I died..... it has 14 tracks, so... 14 times in a row, and I came back to life barely alive, only to feed my cat girl. xD

Diverse albums do have little gems (mainly from the works.# and thinkover ones) but overall they're inconsistent and repetitive, I concur. Feels like training ground for new indie artists, clearly the ones who participate to their contests.
Their shop sells overseas though, which is nice!

Holy shit, earlier this afternoon somebody played on block.fm a bunch of C86 J-Core songs such as Hectic from Syndrome8 and lots of Noriken's new tracks. Enjoy This Time is that amazing. Really looking forward to HS8 and Noriken's album now, more than before. (!)

Just listened to Hardcore Syndrome 8 and was not impressed, very generic stuff what a joke. The only song that whirled me was Skull Headbang and even then was not a memorable track. Not even kenta-v.ez.... what a let down.

I thought, my love for HS5 was blinding me and not actually enjoy this release. I am not the only one.
HS5 was the higher firework, and it seems they will never get a firework higher then that. I have mix of "Like" / "Don't Like" in this album. Ryu track was oddly good to enjoy, Noriken with that style I start to consider it his Commercial style. Although a good track, but something is off. DJ SHIMAMURA steals most of the show in here. Minamotoya stays true to his style, perhaps my favorite track along with shimamura. Massive New Krew with vocals just does not work at all. Noizenecio looks good, but then it's like you are tired of eating the same thing.
Myosuke is exactly what I expected, a "Lost of Emotional Part2", I know it is completely different but set and structure is very similar and as much awesome epic as Lost of emotional.
Roughy track is cool too.
so in 15 tracks I only like, really like as in REALLY LIKE..... 3 tracks. (Minamotoya, Myosuke, Shimamura)

Its like you said they are no 'fireworks' and it only seems to get worse. These people aren't trying hard enough and seem to be sticking with what sells and playing it 'safe'. I was attracted to J-Core because they're were styles I've never heard of but everyone keeps cut'n pasting each other its getting boring.
It's all about taking risks, if you don't do anything weird your going to sound just like every EDM artist out there. Speedball GT was the last good thing from Tano*C, everything after that just collapsed.

true...after 2011 the only last enjoyable Tano*c work was Speedball GT. Everything else, just lost the magic. Thought the Remixes 3, was a good surprise.. so yeah. Speedball Gt and Remixes 3, were the real last good stuff. I expected remixes 3 to be bad, as I have been very disappointed with TANO*C, and they were the ones who brought me to Techno hardcore scene.

The best at taking risks currently are Kors k and Shaman Cure-All. When listening to any new songs from them, you have no clue what to expect, that's the mentality you want to have with the other artists and that's why I hold these 2 with high regard.

Forgive me if I'm being naive/ignorant here (only been into J-Core for like 2 years?), but this all sounds like "hurr durr back in the good old days" oldfag talk to me.
imo the Hardcore Syndrome series never really was a testing grounds for new stuff (from HS3 and onwards everyone pretty much found their style), but more of a showcase of the TANO*C crew doing their thing. Sure there were a few great surprises here and there (i.e. Back on Fear), but most of their more different or "out there" tracks have been on the winter releases. (see: TANO*C Remixes, Speedballs, Bright Colors) I agree that HS5 is the best Syndrome release to date, but that doesn't mean that everything after it is shit.
Massive New Krew with vocals just does not work at all.
I love you Orie, but I hate you for saying that. UN1TE is amazing. Sure, dat engrish. Sure, YUC'e isn't the best vocalist out there. Sure, it's THAT chord progression again. But it's still beautiful, uplifting, Massive New Krew hardstyle. Each to their own, but this is MY favourite track from HS8, and I won't agree to any baseless criticisms of it.

(btw, that was fucking stupid, what the hell is Ways for Liberation if this is his "first"?) It screams mainstream, and I don't really think that that was a "risk".
tl;dr HS8 is still good even if it didn't innovate, EDM-influences in the scene are interesting but cancerous in the long run and UN1TE is fucking beautiful.

Hardcore Syndrome 2 is the best album and Hardcore syndrome 8 is just dubcore garbage with like 3-4 decent tracks.
kors k - move: ok its a p cool take on techdance
p light - drop the bass now: we really don' need dubcore, there's a reason why it died out after modulate and pettrucio made its Our World album
ryu* - neniam: it's a ryu track yeah. his new album will p much faze out this track w/e
red alice - distortion girl: really good breakdowns and really bouncy, wish the bassline wasn't just edm buzzes and bass
Noriken - it's so buggy: dubcore see p light track
dj genki - planet: it's literally starry orange. starry orange was the same song on 2 discs plus a bonus track starry orange the hardcore syndrome edition
shimamura - hectic: pls go bak 2 dynasty record jungle break days. WE DONT NEED MORE DUBCORE
(that kanji tho) Horizon: good freeform A+ hes a godo guy from minamo
aran - old is gold: i feel this song A+ guy
Generic Hardstyle Collective - UN1TE: nustyle hardstyle is dumb. the kick is so annoying, just because you pitch it up a vengeance club sound sample up 4 keys and make it really fucking loud doesn't mean ur being more "powerful"
noizenecio - digital battlefield: it's a fallback on typical 2010 masters of hardcore korsakoff anthem sound, it's not bad but i can just listen to japanese stream hardcore for the same tracks. the lil reverse kicks he does on the second half of the song is A+
kenta-v.ez. - stormy parade: not very powerful. i dig the uberbyte style vocal bits though. but eh, Corey/core mc was really bringing kenta back after like Psycho Filth vol 6 or 7. (though his last 2 hardcore sydrome tracks were p golden, his other releases were kind of lame like On bright colors 2)
Myosuke - End Of Pledge: good use of multi channeling, a lot of jcores will only use it in the background for atmsphere but he did some cool work. makes up for the generic nu gabber. especially the super dramatic build up half way through the track. is this the new MOH anthem lmao
RoughSketch - skull headbang: creative take on crossbreed pretty good track, i havent heard a decent crossbreed track in a while. Tainted audio has been getting stale despite the fact the label is focused on crossbreed.
USAO - loss time: I love hardtek okay, usao has never failed to give me my good fill of hardtek and tribecore fall backs. his sampling is always creative, especially with miracle 5ymphoX, it's still not as good as that song, but this def not as lame as the rest of this album
t+pazolite - drunk crunk franken: basically, it's not to luv me I *** for u.
im writing this while watching anime and being p general so its got plenty of mistakes on spelling n junk
