okay so I'm pretty late back to the thread but thanks so much orie (typoed oreo at first) for those two sweet UF-sequencer madness

hope you are all alive -and hopefully- well

Hi everyone. How have you all been doing?
Sorry for this long absence. I do miss you all. I have been finishing some projects of my own, and working a lot. So I have not been here, as I come home very tired and all that- I will come back with the new release of Identity_Crisis in August. Right now I am trying to enjoy vacation of all the informatic stuff since at my job I have no vacation at all.

Continue to have fun my beautiful dudes / dudettes. :)

And you sound like a very busy person all the time Orie, hope you are doing okay!

Orie
06-25-2013, 08:07 PM
I think being busy is good, if you are busy with what you love doing. But I am also busy with my work, the one that makes me pay my rent.
I have too much projects that were delayed because my laptop died, and I had no computer to work on.
And I hate the Summer. I was born to live in the Arctic not in the hot places. The heat in my country has already starting to be too much and very good to stand for. It is rather... too much. Specially when I walk all day , home to home to repair people's washing machines and such.
Too much heat... no

Anyone mention VS [Versus] by DJ Wildparty (http://dj-wildparty.tumblr.com/post/53417143978/mix)?

Has a few familiar names in it like Shandy Kubota (USAO) and aran.

Though it's not really J-Core, more like J-EDM. But Anno is an amazing track.

Hello Everyone.

Mixcloud (http://www.mixcloud.com/DJOrie/bb-tribute-all-you-were-in-your-freeform-you-were-free/) / Soundcloud (http://soundcloud.com/djorie/kimura)

I made a set for.... guess who?
I have been working on that complete box collection of all his works. I have some poems still to be written for him.
I can't tell you guys how much this artist means to me, in soul and mind. Every time I think about his death I feel sad... and I wish it was all a lie. I share a lot of feelings with him through his music, and all he was, was described in his talented music sound. I made this Set yesterday, and in certain parts I feel like tear was coming out. Much of the music I chose for this set is very emotional to me, thus the river of emotions I feel in them.

Hope you guys like it and enjoy it.

It's very unfortunate to hear about Kaoru Kimura's passing. I didn't know him previously, but would like to know him more through your set. Thanks for posting Orie.

Orie
06-27-2013, 11:43 PM
Just a warning. Don't ask me why, but a a certain point the music just stops suddenly..... 0.o----- I don't know what happened. I think it may have been just bad recorded, but just in that point in 2 secs. :/ It kills a bit the mood and waving thing.... but I think you all might get into the mood easily.

The really sad thing is that he committed suicide because he was suffering from depression...

Wow, I wasn't aware he died, and it's been nine months since; and this is quite a surprise for me because by the time he passed I was quite the technohead/dweeb. I had to look up this, and it's really awful knowing it was a suicide, but I think what's even sadder is knowing this given the type of music he made. It's so contradictory. I mean, even as I sit here listening to your tribute to him, all I feel is joy and excitement, which is one of the reasons I loved and still love the genre so much - it sets me free.

I'm truly, truly sorry to learn this...

Really loved your tribute, Orie. Thanks much for sharing it.

Depression is a lying bastard.

Orie

I think this might be the best set I have made. Because in the other ones I made them with inspiration, and in this one I really felt like I was putting my love for it.
Yes, his music style is magic to me. Like I said, it gives me rivers and rivers of feelings.

Not going to talk about depression, since I am the one everyone comes to, like if I am some kind of psychologist. Which I could be if I wanted to go that way. But Music and Archeology are more my soul.

Guys. You all know what J-core artists I love... so. In this last Touhou Relesed stuff, which where the ones you think might be mostly interested?
Roughsketch touhou works is one of them.

and I am still looking for these tracks from Koaru Kimura:

Betwixt & Between – The Beginning from here (http://www.discogs.com/Various-%E5%85%A5%E5%AD%A6%E5%BC%8F-Compilation-Vol2/release/2456002)
9Hands Circles - Acid Canyon, has shown here (http://www.discogs.com/artist/9Hands+Circles)

Can anyone help targeting these for the complete Kaoru Kimura works collection?

Another subject:

Regarding what I posted in Alex's Sound.AVE - ATROCIOUS (Thread 136392), as I got the album last week, and just did not had the time to share it. I kind feel like the father of you all or... the father of the community here. XD
One thing is for sure. Team Work is awesome in here. ;)

I got my J-Core.biz order a few days ago, but...... one of my CDs got mixed up -_- i dont plan on changing it because what came in its place was a more expensive one lol and i also planned on getting it later on

but anyway, my point is: i have a few releases to share with you guys (one is pretty lengthy, 4CDs!!) ill upload tomorrow along with the Allkore albums, if you still want them StrigonOne :)

A-Remix Nation 8 got released today! (Along with some other great stuff from the label!)

If you don't know about For you sounds, it's a J-core label that releases tons of free albums for free, similar to Lilium Records, but more on the J-Core side with remixes of Anime songs etc. with other genres too. A-Remix Nation is their compilation album series. I highly suggest everyone take a listen!

You can find the Download label site along with many other free albums here: For you Sounds SPECIAL SITE (http://youhardcore.web.fc2.com/index.php)

all i can say is that I FINALLY DID IT!! this label has been haunting me for years now -_-!!! so many releases, and a few releases that arent even available on Trackitdown or Juno, and arent even listed as a release anymore. Yup the only thing worse than that was finding out that theres a gap in the label Dx< !!! Apparently their 93rd release was cancelled, and they just decided to skip to 94 and leave that gap to forever haunt me and my OCD for the rest of eternity tO_Ot !!! oh and the missing track for the le dos on ep is in there, YES G FOR M IS NOW AVAILABLE

*sighs* I have a little more to share but hopefully these 10 releases keep you busy until the upload finishes :3

The last one (This time for sure :3) is the new AniMe Release from Traxtorm

Just to clear things up, just because the last 3 dont have a page, doesnt mean they arent password protected, THEY ARE. Just in case you didnt know haha, it should be obvious by now xD!!

Some news
TANO*C updated their anniversary party page, showing the artists popping up at the live event HARDCORE TANO*C 10th Anniversary | HARDCORE TANO*C (http://tano-c.net/10th/)
The usual people you expect - their event will be of course livestreamed from their website (they don't mind recording of those anymore)

For Diverse System / BMS / SDVX fans there's this Diverse System (http://diverse.jp/party/)
MOGRA livestreams all its events as well.

Not sure if the S2TB gathering (kors k party) will be livestreamed, kors k himself has not said anything about this possibility.

Dj AniMe release is just wonderful. Finally someone who shares the same thought has me in solid female vocals in hardcore scene. Both new tracks are just beautiful.
Cracks just cracks my head-nuts. and that Massive Build Up at 1:30 minutes, makes it so tasty. *.*. Be a God is her one track that ... it's not a bad track... but... I feel like something is missing there. All other tracks I have heard are so epic and stay in my hears.
Hands Up... is The Track. The Song!!! My heart pumps highly for this one. *.*

About Relentless Digital works. Congrats Sakon. :p
I was really wanting Le Dos-On stuff . I admit at first when I say in his tracks on soundcloud "Relentless Release" (or digital) I thought he was relentless to release those tracks. XD
Le Dos-on tracks have an incredible amount of power beat, which is not that ordinary on his typical composition. Normally his works are a bit more... smooth and "going with the wave". These released tracks are POWERED and heavily with the beat, specially Obsidian. The freeform syndrome also seems so stressy and frenetic. It is a new page turn he has done, I have to admit. Although all tracks are as good as always, "G for M (Original Mix)" is more my face, my heart, my body. Everytime I read that title I think right away "Girls for Men". So I still would like to know what does it mean
. :)

I have not listen much yet. So for now it stays my thoughts. On my loves ;)

Oh Sakon. I have the Feeling you EP. Just did not get the time around to share it. I am planning to release/share a lot of stuff this weekend. ;)
Just wait everyone.

:D

EDIT:

|M3-31 Release|

[AMAZ-0002] Feeling You EP (2013.04.29) (M3-31) (Thread 136855)
Most of times these kind of EPs don't really get my good attention. One original track and the rest are remixes. Most of times I don't see this working good at all. But I can say this much. This one is out of those "rules". Every remix has it's own style of electronic, and they keep on surprising you while you listen the whole EP.
DJ Noriken starts with his style, which it blends very well with it. Kirin comes next, with a bit progressive house and something mixed in it that really sounds good. There is a snare he used in it that made this track on of my top of this release.
Kouki Izumi comes with a bit ... weird electro... I can't even name that... :/ It says techno... but looks like something else. And it is good. At the end, 2minutes or so there is an evolution very melodic. :)
fang brings drum & bass. His track is good, but I kinda start having a need to hear fang from 2 to 2 months. He is good in break beats, no doubt in that, but sometimes I feel tired of his sound. So, I do skip this track a bit from my top here. The track is very good, honestly, and it looks awesome with all those dub drops. But... meh. I have heard better from him.
DJ SEVEN, don't know who the hell is he.. or she, but the style seems similar has the fang track... but honestly and utterly better. More energetic and MORE of what fang could have done. You recommend this track very much. ;)
Noizenecio with extreme mainstream... and..... F******* I lOVE IT.!!!! *.*. This track is like a breath of fresh air in new style on the CD. Pure awesome and epic.
Finishing with.... MAKINA STYLE with M-Project :p
I have to say the last tracks just make this release More Epic then what you would think at first. Normal electronic music remixes, my ass. :p
Definitely a good acquisition for any collection. :)

PS: Anyone else feels that Yukacco his the singer?

I loved Breaking the Rules but haven't found it matching Distorted Children in several ways (intro, the theme track itself, NO MONEY NO JOB NO ENERGY and the collabs are what generally make the latter a legend)
he needs to do a new Air Wristcut, that was like some boss song.

Also for anybody who saw the TANO*C TOUR 2013 sets (posted a link in the previous page I think), anyone know what are the songs in the Kenta and Aran sets? Specifically: song that comes after wE AiN't (it has a "shut the **** up" sample) in kenta set; long song that comes after Overflow in aran's set.

I love RoughSketch but I love him better under his DJ Laugh alias. Loooooool Hardcore is
one of his best works. He tributes some VGM and chiptunes with his style its amazing I'd
label a new genre for his work... "Chip-Core"

Songs like Toy Vox sounded like Sonic the hedgehog in the MegaDrive, then like

|C83 Release (Better Late then Never)|

[MOTF-0001] Voltage Ignition (2012.12.31) (C83) (Thread 137309)

Good Night everyone. :)
Tonight I bring you this interesting album. It has his good and bad moments. And a disappointment, at least for me. :(
This new t+pazolite label production has a different set in style. Not Hardcore, Electronic variety. ;)
The first track "Empty Skydiving" by BlackY is horrific&awesome (made a new fusion word!! yeah :D). This track as intro for the album, it really keeps you expecting what much it may come next. Very lively and dancing, this track just kept me all in good mood. A very good way to start a CD. :)
Minamotoya is not bad, but not something I would want to listen more times (like the epic first track :p). This song just plays it... normal. A normal tune, nothing out of ordinary. It can get to be boring.
Junk as third, brought us an interesting mix up styles in one track. "Star Gear" is house, psychedelic house, "trancish" and some dubs. This track starts as a normal progressive house beat, but as soon the melody and rhythm comes, you let yourself go with the music. The dubs are very funny, and very catchy too. It is a funny track, I may call it, a "a happy diversion" track. It is a very enjoyable track if you get into it.
Next we have Yu_Asahina. If any of guys know the game composer Manabu Namiki (http://vgmdb.net/artist/249) and know of his compositions in CAVE (http://vgmdb.net/org/123) shooting games soundtracks, you are totally listening this soundtrack and imagining yourselves playing a shooting shmup game :D. The style is very similar, thus the reason why I say this. In all of this track... I feel game style. ;)
The most disappointing track of all void. Yes, that void. Why is this track disappointing? Although it has a diferent name... "Exodus".... it's the same track released in JP-H-D#01 (Thread 113539). Ok, the the style is diferent, but it's the same track. I can't even imagine this has new version of it... I feel like void was lazy and just made it ... just because. :/
"Day of Judgement" is my favorite void track since... ever. Seeing it downgraded to this makes me sad. :(
"sparkle" by kamome sano comes in nu style. For some reference, those who know Sota Fujimori music, his electro style is nu style. I do admit, that nu style is sometimes difficult to like. I had my share of those issues too. But once you understand the style, you will like it. In this case, kamome sano did a good job. I never heard this artist before, but by first impression, I enjoyed it quite a lot :)
Sakon's Girlfriend.... Camellia. The track is odd. But the fact of his oddness being ... well, odd, makes it sound cool. Again I feel here another of those Manabu Namiki compositions. Another Game Sound syndrome I found in this cd. The track is also as funny as Junk. ;)
"stabilizer (effected by PHQUASE)" is... ONE of my favorites. Expect it techno mixed with trance and a lot of effects (which made think of the effects I play around with my sets). The female vocal stands out very strongly, and the rhythm changes a lot. This track is full of emotion and happiness, and besides that, craziness defines it. Maybe that is why I like it so much.
Almost ending...
Daisuke Ohnuma vs D.F.K.Soundsystem with "Mad Futurist". I just can't have enough words to speak all of what this song means to me, and what it stands in my heart. By now you already notice this is the one track I love in this album. This track made me go back to the 90ts, because of the lyrics and the vocals. The couple of female and the man rapping, makes travel in time in my head when eurodance was the edge of techno music back in the 90ts. Not only that, the song itself has a really nice environment, romantic, believe it or not, that is what I feel in it. This track really it down my soul. This was the most outstanding track for me in this album. *.*
"GLITCH MANIAXXXX" by t+pazolite is... well... pazolite style and cutie and headshaking sound. XD Though... there is not cutie in here. XD And yes, this is hardcore... PazoCore? XD Anyway.. a fast track (as usual) and with those happy cute sounds. The tracks is very good to make your mood up , if you are having a bad day. ;)
And we end with C-SHOW bringin "WorkaHolic". As an ending track... it's awesome... Hardcore pureness. This one also features a mix up of styles, but it sticks to hardcore. Another fast track, but DAAAAAMN. Addictive as HELL!!!!!!!!!
I think I repeat it the track like... 30 times in a row. XD
The album is good, yes, even with my void disappointment. But Minamotoya... does not fit in here very well. :/

Have fun everyone. Expect more releases and reviews to come soon. ;)

PS:

I still accept requests for winamp skins ;)

That SDVX-related album finally landed there, I had it since the day it was released at C83. Orie I didn't know you followed BMS/SDVX/electro-planet/Diverse artists too.

Okay fast opinions. I listened to this album (to some of the tracks, specifically) for like a million times instead of using more of my time for SPEEDBALL GT, Desktop Universe, qurter's album and Thinkover Calmdown. Wonder why; well huh I know these artists like the back of my hand now, so let's give this album a chance again

-BlackY song is damn great, it's fast and energetic, straight out of Max Burning!! from SDVX. This guy is really young (20 years old); I don't know why but it's not my favourite track from this album, it feels like it's always the eternal second favourite. The first half is much better than the second.
-Never bothered with Minamotoya's track, one of the most huge losses of energy after Empty Skydiving. I wasn't really expecting much considering that before I listened to this album, I thought that all songs there were remixes or remakes of their SDVX submissions. Minamotoya SDVX songs are some of the worst ones in the game (a terrible vocaloid one...), with only kamome sano doing worse.
-Junk track is the greatest disappointment ever. Just shown this to a bunch of junk fans just to know if it was just me, but results are the same. I mean WHAT THE HELL MAN you have a past of great fast-paced trance songs, including your own in SDVX (Fire Strike) and you end up with this generic tune??
-Yu Asahina aka memoirs team guy who's getting a new song in SDVX in the future, pretty cool
-Exodus, now this is incredible - it's beautiful, the vocal samples are amazing and this is much of a better sequel to Altersist than Day of Judgement has ever hoped for. I consider this song a Day of Judgment that's not chained to a wall. If you want to hear good void tracks that aren't part of the Altersist series (yeah just go listen his two SDVX songs), stick with Personative songs or ZENITHALIZE or Nowhere to be alive.
-kamome sano song: never liked anything he has done from the second I heard of him in SDVX, I don't know his stuff is so uninspired
-Camellia track is a take on Nekomata Master style (you know Nekomata right? The top-tier BEMANI in-house composer), he has done the same thing with a BEMANI song remix in SDVX.
-Stabilizer and Mad Futurist are great but don't have much staying power. Mad Futurist is better, but stabilizer caught me by surprise because PHQUASE songs are crap on SDVX (but he's a good player!!)
-GLITCH MANIAXXX yeah it's nice when t+pazolite goes under 300 BPM every once in a while. Could be a fitting theme for that strange looking running guy who appears in the VEGA video in IIDX tricoro.
-Workaholic aka remix of PANIC HOLIC from SDVX - and it's not as good, too repetitive, misses some great samples that made the original cooler.

Final opinion: I'd like a real SOUND VOLTEX album, though

StrigonOne

No info so far.
If it doesn't come out for christmas, then chances are a big fat no, and forever.
It's probably due to the licensing issues with vocaloids, exit tunes and touhou - though I don't know why they can't just ignore those songs and go straight to the FLOOR competition tracks... This is Konami we're talking about, however.

And now I feel like he spoke chinese to me... no wait.
He spoke mandarin... because I dont understand mandarin at all.

LOL nah I did just speak to the time, all these months of listening to that album. It is probably, as much as I see it, the most balanced compilation from C83. Lots of genres and different styles.
I'm kinda all heated up because today SDVX, other than a BOF2012 BMS song, received an amazing track by a rare doujin artist named Team Grimoire (http://soundcloud.com/team-grimoire); whoever he's, he's awesome.

Noizenecio (http://soundcloud.com/noizenecio) posted previews of two new songs on soundcloud

Yes I do. :)
I was introduced to them, by a German magazine that came with an audio cd. ASTAN, Compilation CD 22. The theme of the magazine ta the time (2006) was the electro industrial and heavy metal mixage both German and Japanese. There Track 02 Vampire (Ecstasy Remix) was when I fall in love. I have pretty much everything from them even the most dark releases no one ever knew... like BASARA. Which is my favorite track of all. They have some really great tunes.
I also recomend 2Bullet. Their style, is Darkwave and EBM. (also japanese)

Also while we ARE on topic, does anybody have any music genre they listen to to unwind from all that J-Core? Like, I listen to lounge or bossanova for example. And with your mention of pop'n music, I listen to some of their music as well.

I especially love Orange Lounge.

PIANO :|... any Piano piece, I dont care from what time or who plays it, as long as it sounds good, i will FuXXing love it *A* I usually just go on youtube for that :3 no actual downloading or anything...

Out of electronic music.... I listen to:

Heavy Metal and it's various genres. I am mostly more lover of Gothic Metal.
Nightwish - The Kinslayer
Crematory - Take
Sirenia - In a manica
Tristania - APhelion
Cradle of Filth - CThullu Dawn
and so others more...

I listen Soundtracks of anime and games. Nowadays it is more on the concern of my favorite artists, like Koh Ohtani and Kenji Kawai, and also Yasuharu Takanashi... and much more. I am a bit sick of these new soundtrack artists that are coming out in japan in which their music is very dead and no feeling or emotion at all. :/

Also, movie soundtracks... Danny Elfman (always my secret love. SPleepy Hollow is so perfect), Brian Tyler, Alan silvestry, Joh Powel.
I advise you all to get Hansel and Grettel Witch Hunters Soundtrack (Thread 126885). You are going to have a your ass kicked. :D
I was also epically waiting for this release (http://vgmdb.net/album/40453). And I got it *.* I need to finish watching the series. :)

I also hear K-Pop: 4minute, girls generation, and so on
J-pop: a lot of shit. XD

I am also a lover for horror movie soundtracks.

For everyone who want to listen to Happy Hardcore/Hardcore UK:

Here (http://linkcrypt.ws/dir/qrt7j0l1mv2ky1n) are over 200 (maybe even more, I never really counted them, but at least 200) songs from me. Part 4 and Part 5 are one archive, but the rest of the links are individual archives :) S3RL isn't included, since I already posted a link.

Password: HC4Life

PS: I'll update the links ever and anon, so I'll post the new links here if no one is against it, since the thread topic is called "J-Core" :D

PPS: Most of the songs are with simple inserts and fade outs, since they are mostly from mixed albums and a fried of mine did this to avoid hearing a second track which mostly had nothing to do with HHC.

ENERGETIC TRANCE 03, megamixed like the previous two. This great label has just risen from the grave luckily.
Contains StripE, Nish, Shimamura, Noriken, REMO-CON....

Gets released August 8th, a bit early than C84.

If it sells well (obvious since everything with the name kors k or StripE on it get sold out quickly) an unmixed release will follow.

Very awesome! I discovered them because they performed at an anime convention, in Chicago, IL. I mainly listened to their first album, Vampire Ecstacy, and loved it! I also have their album, Zoltank, and have heard their song, Yagi Parade. Could you please share their obscure releases :)? All of their songs are pretty epic. Also, Hot Blood Workout Aural Vampire - Hot Blood Workout PV - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpOvrzssWX4) :)

There are a lot of songs with that sample. I think it is originally this set
"Welcome to My World.
So far So good.
In Heaven with You.
I miss you."

You can find complete set of sample in Minamotoya's song "MISS YOU". in MINAMOTRANCE CORE!! (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f91/minamotrance-core-109550/#post1907432) or Druggy's Acid RacK - Lunatic Pilgrim (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f91/druggys-acid-rack-lunatic-pilgrim-96994/#post1820693).
Many other J-corians use that sample before. And I feel the same as you. I think you might me a hopeless romantic as me. Because it crawls my skin hearing it, because I feel how deep romantic is it.

[UTCD-002] DESKTOP UNIVERSE (2012.31.12) (C83) (http://www.4shared.com/archive/ZT2FtEYS/UTCD-002_DESKTOP_UNIVERSE__201.html)
I must say, and admit. aran is one hell of a surprising personality, specially if we mean his music. We all know already by now that aran original style goes from house and progressive of that same style. Other specialty of aran is his beat, which in my opinion defines his own style. Despite any kind of electro style he might be working, the beat immediately recurs my brain to his name.
"Loberia" is a FULL of SURPRISES track. I feel so much styling in this track, and the track itself misled us to other "places" but then those dub plays just makes us "oooookay. not what I expected".
"Bad Shit" is surprisingly good. That theme synth of the song, which makes me go back at those 90ts bad ass techno songs, is ONE of the most powerful parts of the whole of the track. Again we have the dubs and they keep this track more powerful.
"Desktop Universe", the theme of the album. Progressive house, and again, I was surprised by those gaming sounds. It is relaxing to hear it, despite the beat, which might not sound for relaxing issues, the environment is very smooth and .. relaxing.
"Illuminance", at first I felt like those house styles I was going to stop listening 1 minute later, as I don't really like how this track starts... but it get's so much deeper while you listen it. Yes, it ended to be my favorite track. A slow song and style, to make you relax for sure.
"Cloud 9" is a very interesting track. I can't really define it's style. It's a refreshing track. Maybe we could define as "the turn of events" on this cd...
yes... becuse aran and DJ Noriken just BREAK all of the event 0.0 with "Megadecibel". I can't put words on how marvelous this track is in... everything. *.*
"Fall into the snow" is too long of a track for it is and what it sounds. I found it a bit boring, as it takes too much of evolution in it... :/
But "Aquilia" made my hopes higher again. aran and lawy coupling track made me wake up of the boring last one. This is probably the HIGH POINT of this album.
"HARDCODE -2012 Update-" is another of my biggest favorites in this album. The keys sampling and piano melodies are awesome.
"Summer Wind -Chill Mix-" to end the cd... yes. A very good choice. After 2 powerful tracks, we might need to chill out. :D
Overall this cd is much more on the mood of electronic chill out and relaxing sound, then really for powerful tracks. Imagine reading a book, perhaps a police novel and hearing this cd. The reading would be much more, or even more, interesting. :)

[NBCD-010] The Far East Hard Session -ROUGHSKETCH VS QUIL- (2013.04.29) (M3-31) (http://www.4shared.com/archive/zwR6Sijt/NBCD-010_The_Far_East_Hard_Ses.html)
What to say...... Decisions, Decisions! RoughSketch + QUIL Can it be EPIC?
Let see:
"My Hardcore" by RoughSketch featuring DD "NAKATA" Metal, I would not get this track is a good way to start the album. This track only shows its potential at 2:48, but even that... The track is still boring. I don't like this track at all. :/
"Avalanche" as the second track... would work better has the first intro track of this album. The vocals are awesome and they would fit a major epic introduction of this album. But since it was not the case. No matter. Because this track is strong as always, and QUIL's kick is one of the things that make me love his sound so much. The melody in this song is great and catchy.
In "Conception" I just love that beginning with those snares on it. This track is Great and Epic Right when everything stops and the melody comes, you brake the floor with your head.
Next we have RoughSketch with "Metamorphose" could be a good track.... it still has not reached me, if that was supposed to happen. :/ It is a listenable track. Nothing more.
But QUIL steals the attention again with "SSM". A heavy beat power track with a lot of elements. This track is not the typical QUIL sound thing. It is a surprising track, and a surprise itself in how it was made. QUIL -> 3 - RoughSketch -> 0 so far.
"B-Raver is Back" ... yay. RoughSketch is Here REALLY. Finally a good track of him, and one that pumps me like he always does to me (save sometimes is awesome boring shit). I actually love this track. Those high and down synth sound blow me so much 0.0. The vocals are no bad, they do blend well the style of this track. I was loosing hopes in Roughy, and after this track... Yay. He's back.... sort of.
The remixes are all good. Though my favorite is "Yatsuzaki (The Northern Hardcore)(Komarovski Remix)". DJ Myosuke picked up one of the songs I hate the most and actually made it interesting. Noizenecio .. owns, of course. ;)

NOW... for other things

[GECD-006] FirstDate (2012.12.31) (C83) (Thread 137753)
As I took too much time writing the other reviews. So I will be brief.
01 Opening -> Sucks.
02 Vivid -> Typical and now it gets boring.-
03 Your Now(2012 Update Mix) -> original version was better
04 HAPPYHAPPYHAPPY!!!!! -> I might like...
05 DETOLF - > Disappointed
06 Loneliness -> Awesome... but not thanks to Genki
07 PooPooHoney -> annoying
08 Never Be Luv -> Nah
09 Feel -> what the?? not again
10 Wish -> *is sleeping*
11 Theme Of Happiness(DJ Genki's HAPPY! Mix) -> it sounds good. Really?

And

Kako na Sono No.3 (Thread 137752)
Another UF-SEQUENCER EP release.
Fenrir new version is awesome :D

Those are all cool albums! (thanks! even though I had them all already haha)

Never Be Luv is a Genki vs Dirty Androids collab, just to make it more visible to D/A fans. It's actually a remix of Shining World by Dirty Androids from IIDX tricoro, without vocals however
Noizenecio remix on the RoughSketch EP feels like he's gonna conquer the world or something in the second half, that remix is really awesome. But then that EP was really good, there wasn't a bad track on it.

I have no C84 news to post for now, I think today P*Light's new release should have the songlist up
Certain big circles are so goddamn slow with news

Anyway, since there are some SOUND VOLTEX fans there, I'm gonna post these, I think somebody would care
The following 4 links have all the playable songs in SOUND VOLTEX II -infinite infection-, EXCLUSIVE ones only (original songs and BEMANI remixes**). However, I'm sure you know that SDVX adds those sound effects due to gameplay reasons, and some of them may be annoying. People just get lineouts, otherwise you gotta extract from the machine data itself, and that's a tough job

OR, you can get these. It doesn't have all the songs from game sequel itself, but these do not have effects, so fresh extracted songs from the machine. Lucky thing, these are all pretty much the best songs. You may recognize several artists like DJ Amane, void, lapix (artist from ULTRA ABUNAI), P*Light, Camellia and several BMS/Diverse System artists

Enjoy! This music game owns (except the LV.4 song, he decided to be stupid)

Identity_Crisis new Forthcoming album

What could this mean :o!? Sure we can go with the industrialization = barren wastelands / no happinness thing, but I feel as though there's something more....

what if the human like thing on that machine is actually overlooking her own territory, since there seems to be no one else there. Or it could be that the robot is showing her the error of her ways for something?? Maybe this place was a not so industrialized but ever since she took over, bad descisions led to this and... and.... shes being judged by the machines themselves D:!!! im just rambing now xD!!
Is that.... a mountain range of trash in the background 0.0?? or buildings lol
what if they(characters and place) arent related O_O.... like instead of an inhabitant looking over the place its someone(an outsider) whos trying to prevent this from happening! and is pitying anything that still lives there :0!
it seems as though shes grieving, two ideas come immediately when i see that:
1) shes sad that she has to leave her home(if it is her home) so this is like a last goodbye
2) its a mask :0! like the previous I_C release and shes just faking it lol
oh and another thing
what if this place is a burial place kinda thing.... society has deemed her unnessesary and that machine is in charge of transferring her to the burial place...

well these are my quick thoughts just by looking at it and typing for a few minutes xD!!! mostly rambling xD!
Curious what everyone else thinks :3

Japanese Stream Hardcore 3 also announced. Tracklist is hot

Massive CircleZ "SUPER SONIC!!" crossfade Massive CircleZ (http://www.massivecirclez.com/super-sonic.php)
The theme is bright for this one (literally a summer "summer" release). Costs 1000 yen

I love this Comiket so much already

I am more itchy for Japanese Hardcore then Massive new krew.... Noriken and USAO seem like the best stars in it. But I will have to hear it till the end to know for sure. (warning... camellia is growing in me)

the "main theme" of the song is very familiar to me. And I don't feel aran in it at all. I could risk it saying it seems more Noriken to me. aran does not always make this kind of romantic sound... Noriken is the one that does it a lot more. Minamotoya too... but it is different..
But I know that sound from somewhere......
question now... is where.

[MRV182] RoughSketch - Feelings and Beauty (2013.07.12)
After giving a second listen to this ep, my opinion changed for better. At first the first track did not push me at all. But now, it really is a marveling track to listen. The melody after the "climax" is very good, and I did love how he used the synths on it. One of his great tracks this year, yeah. :)
The second "Beauty", is not much of my good opinion. It is a track, in which RoughSketch have done thousands in the same context line, nothing new, nothing bad, just plain... simple track.
"Gaki" is sinned for the current time length. It has an interesting idea in its environment. It is a much more hard beat and speedy (more or less) and the waving effects make it interesting to listen. I risk on saying that it is original enough.

[MTCD-014] Conclusion;Octa (2012.12.31) (C83) (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f91/minamotrance-conclusion-octa-126757/#post2411136)
Minamotoya is one of the artists in which I am proud enough to see releasing solo albums. It just proves that music is his inspiration or maybe something else (motoko? :p )
A bit late on hearing this album, I know. But better later then never.
The intro gives this cd the first idea of this album; smoothly building up the climax, and then powers up for you with direct transition to "Snow white". What might be annoying in this song, and I admit it, is that sound, that he seemed to be in love with and has already used in other past tracks (Unrestricted sky (Thread 119384)). Ok I might be too picky on this one, I admit it again :p.
Minamotoya brings us his trance sound, which I love so much. This song has its own power on the beat, and the synths do work well as a "marriage" of it. A really great an enjoyable track.
"Eternity" featuring vocals of motoko, is the romantic track here. I love the rhythm of it, though it is very Minamotoya typical sound, it still has its own marvelous thing.
"Phaze zero" might be one of the most powered beat tracks here. It starts heavy in the beat, and after the mood is all set, the melody synth enters to introduce us and bring us up to it. This one of those great electronic track with lots of sounds and shits to make all chaos of sound a successful organization of ideas and inspirations.
"Freaky Dancing" should be taken a bit has happy. I was surprised with this track. The dub he played around it gave it and even more interesting rhythm.
"Fake Angel" is another powered track. I freaking love this one. I imagine this track as some movie in my head or story, in which this track is played as an ultimate final decision and putting it on play. I imagine so much things with this song, you can't imagine even half. This is why I love Minamotoya, or one of the reasons. The guy makes me dream XD
"Like A Happy?" is very ... how should say..? 90ts sound. There are a lot of elements then make me recall a lot of dead moods and sounds, which are no more used in electronic music of today. So in a way, this track was nostalgic to me, yes. Happy track, and dancing one. Those kind of songs that don't let your body die. XD
Then we have "Airflow", that makes go back to relax mood, romantic mood. Back to trance, the keys melody are very refreshing. A slow paced song that enters in your head and you might stay days with it.
Then we have Sonic "Unleash". XD
Joking. I had to make a joke there. It was in fact the first thing I thought when I saw the name. This a frenetic and lively track... and with dubs. I am getting the feeling Minamotya is liking to play with dubs in his music. As long as he does right, I don't mind.
"LiON", to end the album, comes in slow paced again, with dubs, but very chill out. This piece here was a genius work in my opinion. Whatever you may say or think... it will always be a chill out song. I love this song, and I do agree that it does make as a good ending of the album. As the main melody of this track is actually the intro melody. I just love when artists do this. Starting and album with a current "theme" and ending it with same.
Minamotoya as still yet to come with an album I will not like at all. So far, I would make love to him with his albums playing on the background.

[49-EX0001] CODE-49 White CD vol.1 (2010.12.30) (C79) (Thread 138384)
It's LV.4. End of Story. You all know how much I love this guy. My Trance God.
This is a little sample CD with tracks later used in already released albums of each track. But still for a collection is cool to have it. If not just for the completist ones. Like me. :p
First 2 tracks are Touhou Arranges (released in Cantrip). These 2 tracks are awesome and hyper powered. The first track "Excitement" totally owns me. 0.0. In those 2:12 and beyond... I just wanna break my had. The sound is heavily astonishing and breath taking. Like if it is renewing my soul.
The second track "Transient" is much more based in piano melody, but still hyper beat and synths to kill you down. Seriously.
"Forbidden" coming next is vocaloid stuff. Miku Hatsune, as usual. I am not into vocaloid, specially as I don't like Miku Hatsune voice, but LV.4 makes me like her one way or another. He makes the voice blend well enough with his instrumentals.
4th track is one I know very well from A.D.2995 (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f91/code-49-d-2995-a-105450/#post1883312). "Skyscraper (Original Mix)", Euro Trance in its finest. I already love this song, what can I say more about it? Marvelous :D

http://sparrows-nest.net/~lv4/49cd0010banner.jpg
[49CD-0010] Bon Voyage!! (2012.12.30) (C83) (Thread 138385)
With all honesty, even if I am no a Touhou enthusiast... LV.4 touhou albums areBUtimes better then Alice's Emotion releases. I mostly get some of the Alice's Emotion releases because of artists like Minamotoya, DJ Noriken , aran... But REDALiCE sound is what I define Pop Sound, and at some time it works like a real annoying noise in my ears. Sorry REDALiCE fans, I can't do much about it.
This album is quite enjoyable and so are the vocal tracks. I love the lyrics of "Eye Closer" and the vocal rhythm. "Luna Break", i have to say.... fuck trance or hardcore. His website is messing you. That is HARDSTYLE. This was the track that made me mop up the floor with my face.
All of the album is really good. It was my first time hearing LV.4 instrumental sided with vocals. Believe me, it needs and incredibly different kind of work to compose instrumentals for vocal songs. I think LV.4 did a quite good job with it.

[N/a] Ryunosuke Kudo - Mellow EP (2013.04.29) (M3-31) (Thread 138386)
Unitone enthusiasts. This is good. :)
4 tracks of different electro styles.
"Mellow (Part A)" plays in House, Progressive House... around that more or less. It is quite mellow, but then evolves to a more paced and rhythmic idea.
Continuing with Progressive House, "Sugar Beauty. (2nd Mix)" . Another mellow and chill out track. It has a very pretty background melody and ambiance that helps you go with the flow. :)
Hard Trance comes in the form of "2nd Galaxy", a brutal song. Starting heavy bitch, and you get to it's rhythm very quick, then the low climax starts with a very beautiful tune, chilling you , and then... BAM!! You know the drill :p
"Mellow (part B)"... I don't like it. :/ As part B I was expecting something even good at the same level... but know. The rap vocals kill a lot the mood of it. I can only like this track at the last 48 seconds. Sad I know.

I hope everyone enjoy the new shares. Continue with the nice week. ;)

Myosuke and Massive New Krew were already the new additions..... in Speedball GT. XD

Or everyone is hyper busy for this event or I don't know. They usually have their websites updated or just don't show any info about new releases to keep fans surprised .

ALiCE'S EMOTiON - AECD-038 | Spirit World (http://vgmdb.net/album/40844)....

no more vocal... please.
ALiCE'S EMOTiON had arrange albums for games like, etrian odissey, Mother, SUGURI, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai, Rhythm Tengoku, Final Fantasy series, Arcana Heart , Romancing saga... and even anime arrange albums like, Mai-HiME, Mai-Otome, CLANNAD, AIR, Kanon. And all these were gradually changing.. but then Touhou totally owns the label. And most of them are vocal.....
As fan of some of the games, they are very good and I did like most of them...
There is more retro gaming they could start working on besides touhou. Hell. STREETS OF RAGE arrange album by ALiCE'S EMOTiON would be awesome!!!!!

@UBerserker: Hmmm it sounds so familiar, and I think I really like this track too!
I understand how it sounds aran-esque, and how its played full-length, but I don't get too much of an aran vibe from it.
Like Orie said, aran doesn't make music in such a romantic style, but I'm not hearing Minamotoya or Noriken in there either.
It could be an artist we don't know though

Excited for Hardcore Syndrome 7 like everyone else, and it really reminds me of the cover art for HS4 and HS3, with sections of every other HS artwork on the left side.

Minamotoya's Sparkle of Voices continues to sound bad and boring....The Xfade or was badly done, and the album will actually be cool... or the Xfade shows how boring it will be. That sort of thing Has mistaken my judgement. I almost guess that I will like the album even waiting for it to be bad has hell. Happens all the time. To be surprised for the good. The last seems to one that might make my day on it :D

Sketch Book ANTHOLOGY 3... it does look good. My god... that cover, makes me imagine bad stuff siding with music. :p
Aside that, I am hopping it is good listening. ANTHOLOGY2 was my Big Bad girlfriend so far. Genki did great tracks there. But now that is sound is getting annoying to me, or... he is loosing inspiration... I am not much unto him as I was some years ago.
Once again, Myosuke proves he can do whatever electronic style there is. I am much more into his song in there then the rest. :p

|OLD Releases, NEW Shares or... NEW Releases.... NEW Shares.... "Pick a God and Prey"|

Today I am ot going to make any reviews, just because I am very tired. At has been a very freaking "lot to do" week. So..
I took some time to share these and add them to my private collection.

Now I understand what is all the commotion about 108 Sketches. Both albums are terrific and pieces of art in a lot of ways. Now I am hooked up for the third volume. RIZNA saying "Take that you motherfu**er" is hilarious with her cute voice. XD

Cantrip, another Touhou trance project of LV.4. No vocals here. And greats of good moments to spend with this album. I loved it to the end. :)

RoughSketch Old works in Iosys, are somewhat... kind of gold. Specially the DJ Laugh alias. I enjoyed more those tracks, but all in all, the album works fine and audible. It's a good one to waste money, if you are into the various styles in it. Maybe that is what I like this album. Many styles.

Las one... was just curiosity killing the cat... another Touhou thing. I dont really know why the hell I was looking for this release of signum. The album is not bad, and it has it's good moments... but nothing really out of ordinary.

Enjoy it everyone ;)

This is what made me most excited upon seeing the HS7 tracklist too. :D

He played it at the HS6 release party, Tano*C Tour 2012, AND at the Speedball GT/Radiance release party, all different versions. The HS7 edit doesn't sound like it's any of them. I actually cropped it out of his HS6 release set, because IMO it's an amazing track. I'll upload it if anyone's interested.

I always loved core mc's voice. It goes very well with the mood in kenta's tracks, IMO.

The live versions of ArmEd bitch have dubsteppy sections as well as gabber sections; from the crossfade I wasn't able to tell if this remained the case, but it was something I really liked.

Here's the HS6 party version (http://www.mediafire.com/download/gyvoyj6qeu5k51r/ArmEd_bitch_(HS6_Release_Party_Edit).flac
), taken from the recorded set. The 2012 tour edit's similar to it but not the same, and the Speedball GT/Radiance party one is less aggressive-sounding.

I liked his 2013 tour set, but not as much as his others. The dubstep track in the middle took up way too much time IMO, and I wasn't especially fond of it.

I just can't like iNstinct boostEr with core mc voice. This is probably one .. no... Let me rephrase it.
iNstinct boostEr IS MY FAVORITE, TOP 1 OF ALL kenta Music. And his vocals sound much better on it. core mc vocals, make the music sound.... plain and with lack of emotion.- Which is one of my biggest complains on core mc as a vocal. Most of his features, his voice sounds so... nothing. Like is bored to death just to speak those words out.... Not in all songs. In some I feel that way.

I have to disagree. Yes he does not fit well in the J-Scene, it just not happening with
his style, but he has creativity in some of his lyrics. His best work imo is LoudEr LoudEr,
very disturbing words yet it delivers. But in all theres no need for him... prolly sounds
better without him anyway...

I miss kenta's voice in his work. Last two years that involved him MC'ing was in Not 4 On the Floor and HS5. You can tell he has control over his vocals and its sounds amazing.

My question is why doesn't he collab with others like NO+CHIN or Dahland? Btw where
is MC NATSACK!?

The possibility of NO+CHIN singing depends on how upbeat a kenta song would be.

I decided to share with you guys 2 of my precious (Just like Gollum) old electronic albums

http://24.media.tumblr.com/c685bb863c649381571c5f066cf6bfc8/tumblr_mk50gmi1tc1s96b9jo1_500.gif

LEFTFIELD -1995.01.30- [LEFTISM] (https://mega.co.nz/#!OVAzxaZT!DeK0tTS7-YOCbv0JinaiCSKoH-grmZJhoNRt1aDR-fc)

Leftfield is my favorite electronic band since.... oh. look at the date... 1995. But they originally come way back then that. Their Electro style is very unique going from breakbeat to techno and vice versa. Also you do feel some kind of Progressive House in it. ;)
The magic thing in this album is that their unique style is what we might call African Electronic music. How come? They based their style in the idea of the Cradle of Mankind being set in Africa. The vocals are sung at some point in old African languages, some are still "alive" languages, all mixed with the English lyrics. The all idea was a kind of Celebration of Life through time, set in Africa. All tracks have a specific issue that brings up its sound. I recommend you all to pay a special attention to all tracks... but, to be specific... "RELEASE THE PRESSURE", "SONG OF LIFE", "ORIGINAL", "OPEN UP" are some to make you trapped in here. ;)

BOMFUNK MC'S -2000.00.00- [IN STEREO (Special Edition)] (https://mega.co.nz/#!KJwh1YyZ!eL7mrRea-CGu_L9FBjnXPypGph9r8Bt36-uBy3ioEa0)

This is a much more versatile and weirdly finland thing.
This album is just marvelous from the start and end. This is something very experimental with so much electro style fused in it. Vocals go from rap to real cheesy comic way of... singing. XD But all stuff is just gorgeous. GORGEOUS!!!
Imagine Hip Hop style mixed with..... House, Breaks, Breakbeat, Drum n Bass, Funk, Techno.... And you won't still believe there is Hip Hop in it.
I am pretty proud of owning this Special Edition. I consider this one of my Gems, along with Leftfield (and some other anime soundtracks tagged as "Gollum Precious" too :p ) The remixes give even more weird electro style, making it not a boring album. Because of so much Surgery of styles, this album way more then bored. Is just awesome.
Just to point that... I never liked Hip Hop... This made have a different view of it. But I am still picky with that style.
"Other EMCEES" right in the first I listen it... it was love at first sight. Or should I say, Ear! Probably because I have a thing with robotic voices, and the beat in this track is so addictive. :D Every time I hear this track, I feel myself going back in 2000, when I first heard it. :D The joy of Nostalgia is a bitch. :D
"Sky's The Limit" (the cheesy comedic voice XD) is another I love a lot. It stands out of the style of the album, but it does not break the mood. :D
Now if I am going to point, what may be the best track around here... then it's "Stir Up The Bass". This track pierces my heart and feelings. The instrumental might sound basic at first, but you pump yourself to it and get the melody, you will surrender to it. :3

I hope you guys enjoy it. :)
I ripped both albums and tagged the files, and wrote that txt file with some info. The scans came from discogs, as I don't have scanner.
Let me know what you guys think of these shares. They are my precious and special albums in Physical collection of audio music (CD/LP). ;)

Please my friends, Enjoy them to the fullest. :)

I have not heard all of them with actual attention to them. But I did quite enjoyed some of the tracks. They are all worth it. HS7 does seem good, and maybe better then HS6
Massive Circlez album is awesome. :D And so is YATSUZAKI *.*. The wint track just... waves me in dreams. :D
Can't say anything about Vol.3 of Japanese Stream Hardcore. I have not put my hears there yet. XD
YATSUZAKI cd came with wallpapers. They are bundled with the file. :)

Thanks Orie! Now to review if HS7 is worth purchasing or not...

Edit: What a let down, some first thoughts:

Uninspiring work on almost the entire album. kors k, REDALiCE, and Ryu* had a weak intro. nothing pounding or memorable. Not a good way to start an album. Lacked a lot... if you picked this album up by mistake just listening to the first songs will prompt you to drop it.

In between sounded ok. From P*light - USAO and DJ Genki I can get use to listening. Can't critic yet on these.

The 'dynamic duo' kenta-v.ez. & core mc had nothing well dynamic, didn't like this one much, pale work and creativity (core mc please stay in the west coast your not needed, 'no really I mean it')

Minamatoya... egghh

aran... ouch did better in HS6

RoughSketch did deliver I like it perhaps a lot more with continuous listening.

Myosuke I wanted to like, he's been getting better recently (atomic storm remix) but this one is not a good example of progress. Just ignore it.

Noizenecio another dark entry very solid, heavy core

t-pazolite... RedOgre please take his place

VERDICT: Skip buying this album, HS6 imo overtook it by a margin, not a whole lot. Some tracks felt rushed, as if they thought it was going to sell margins. Yeah right. HS7 :disposed:

Next Speedball should clear Tano*c's rep

I don't know it is not anything special yet I keep listening to it over SS/JSH3/YH3 like an idiot. It's like HS6 that ended up cool after I listened to it after a bunch of times. Still can't get into HS4 minus three tracks nowadays. Will do a detailed review later.

Oh yeah Blue Mermaid from SUPER SONIC!!. It owns.

here's my funky review of HS7, put in spoilers because reasons

Goemon / kors k - A beginning with style. I like the sounds of this one, mostly because it's much different from Instead of the pills and Cycle and it was seriously a much needed change (this also means kors k won't play a live set with songs that are really stuck into one same genre/style). It has nothing to do with Goemon himself anyway, except it feels like... japanese-y?
Tempesta / REDALiCE - Definitely better than I expected. There's synthwork that's literally inspired from Bad Time but not for much. I mean seriously anyway I'm just noticing that REDALiCE doesn't actually do the same thing always but what he does always is just spamming that GODDAMNED DEEJAY DEEJAY SAMPLE ALL THE FUCKING TIME, we get it dude. As far as Comikets/M3 go, this is going to be pretty damn cool for REDALiCE fans. He has a reputation to keep after VEGA, one of the best IIDX tricoro songs.
Scrap Shortage / Ryu* - Really? If you're using Audacity you can just cut everything from minute 3:00 because it's tunz tunz until the whole end (1:21 of it). Everyone knows Ryu* is lazy but come on. This is the first time that he put more effort on his latest album (Plan 8) than single tracks on other CDs. Tranny Stream on the new kors k's release sounds really bad. Going back to this, if I didn't count the dead weight part, then yeah the song would be really stellar. With no offense but if you have a family to take care about, just give your seat to Hommarju (I'm not expecting Seiryu or Rairyu songs anyway cause he wouldn't be able to make them longer than 3 minutes).
Butterfly / P*Light - It's more like a DJ Amane track than P*Light. I'm starting to like this guy recently but I can't say if it's good or not. It loops all over again anyway but the sample work is decent.
Signal / DJ Noriken - Man couldn't you get a frenetic intro that didn't sound exactly like something you've done already. And the two stops are way too overdone and cause loses of energy throughout the song. The wobble is really well-done otherwise and the melody is nice. I'd say it's the most decent Noriken track on HS releases.
ALR1GHT / DJ SHIMAMURA - A decent drumstep song nonetheless, far better than the crap he made on HS6. Like if I would ever compare this to Galaxxxy Burst, lol.
Pulse / Massive New Krew feat.WHYREALLY - When you have this Hardstyle track with this cool sine-like souns that makes it pretty unique, YOU DON'T FUCKING RUIN IT WITH GODAWFUL VOCALS (except beginning and ending). Not that I care because I'm not interested about MNK in general.
LiMiT / USAO - This is how you fucking do it. This one gets progressively better, it's like some kind of NICE ENDING song. When he's gonna make the next Kicks for Liberation album anyway? He has also made a 210 BPM Frenchcore track for the incoming IIDX, SPADA. Did I say this song is amazing anyway
Annihilation / Minamotoya - Too repetitive but better than Butterfly in about every way. Can't believe that some years ago he made Bad Time. Nothing much to say, just a filler.
My Dear / DJ Genki feat. yukacco - Best recent song of his. He has done something different there (he has started playing GITADORA or something I guess) so if you can look past the artist name you can enjoy this one very much.
Graces of Heaven / aran - No need to comment on how fucking amazing this is. aran has been tame so far in any HS release but this holy shit it's awesome. I waited this so much after the TOUR 2013 set and those sudden piano notes were chilling. He needs to do more stuff like this, Taranis, Fragment of Crystal and Vividness. Only HS5's B&B track is easily able to top this one.
Summer Bitch Vs Cherry Boy / RoughSketch - Hahahhahaha. Okay did RoughSketch just remix a track from the first Crash Bandicoot game? Not that's a bad thing, really. It's listenable unlike that thing he dared to make on HS6.
ArmEd Bitch / kenta-v.ez made for fucking core mc - He should have never released this. It sucks and does the same damn thing until the end.
Latest Weapon / DJ Myosuke - This is one very angry, and messy, track. It just never stops and keeps banging, though in the regular, standard, gabber way. In other words, HS7's evil safe track. I'm glad Myosuke finally made it in (and in IIDX SPADA).
Basstone Laser / Noizenecio - Chances of this guy making a bad track are 0%, so his SPADA song will be impressive too.
256 Secondz World Tour - Most excellent ending. Track is indeed long 256 seconds, though I guess his tour was just in Egypt and other Arabian states or something? It's just kung-fu carnival for these countries.

kicks the shit out of HS4 and HS6, time to listen to the rest

HARDCORE SYNDROME 7

First, I am sorry everyone, because I could not stop comparing this album with HS5. I was listening.... and you will get it.

I find kors k a good addition in TANO*C, if not for the good introductions he gives for the albums. "Goemon" plays very well his job. The multiple build ups are awesome, and the song itself never kills itself with it's mood. One of my favorite tracks here. :)
Following for "Tempesta" from REDALiCE; surprisingly good, and I can risk saying it does follow the last song good enough to keep you hyped on it. :p And one of the very few songs of I really weally like.
"Scrap Shortage" it is good... But I think he has done better. I feel that this track more basic. :/
"Butterfly" is cool. The vocals feet well enough, and like always, as usual of P*Light, Happy :p. I like it very much, and it looks wonderful. I confess that sometimes P*Light has tracks that don't hit me, and other's that Hit Hard when he Bulls-eye me. XD
DJ Noriken's "Signal"... I will have to agree with UBerserker. The track is nothing near new concept or anything on it. It is good to listen, but...
Noriken will never do such an epic powerful track as "Hooveristic Trooper". Everything seems recycled from a bunch of his stuff. I was very disappointed. :/
Comming next with DJ SHIMAMURA's "ALR1GHT", again, I agree with UBerserker. This track would work better in a different of compilation for sure. The track is cool, but somehow, I feel that it's "out" of the Syndrome thing. I dont know how to explain this. But this track does not fit in here. I think it fit more in Hardcore United or Yatsuzaki Hardcore given his style.
Massive New Krew with vocals of mirto, the song title, "Pulse", result..... Bad Result. I don't like this track. I like MNK very much, but this track made have now a foot behind all their coming stuff. I used to wait always for cool stuff, now, because of this, I also wait for bad stuff. The instrumental is... Recycled too. Nothing new in it, and the vocals play bad in it. HS5 had a lot of vocals, but they all fit in perfectly. The songs those have it's moments, the ending is what I much more fond of... but... hearing the song just because I like the ending is a waste of time.
Next we have "LiMiT"by USAO. This track remembers me a lot of "Nuit Blanche" in it's composition and way of work. After a bunch of disappointments, your penis get's up with this one. (strange metaphor I know). The kicks are very good and cool "rhythmed" and melody is overwhelming. Though this is good wroth it track, it is nowhere near the level of Epicness of "Switch".
Minamotoya's "Annihilation", is a very interesting composition, using dub and mixing it with UK hardcore. The rhythm beats are heavy and addictive. But... I am starting to miss all his original UK Hardcore music, like "Blazing Envy" and so on. HS5 track, "Bad Time", rapes this one in every way, even if it's called "Annihilation" the result is quite contrary if you do a versus in your mind.
I don't hate DJ Genki, I do like ... some of it. Being a bit stressed of all the same shit over and over again, finally he comes up with something new. We have guitars. XD Vocals by yukacco, should I say anything more about her? I don't think so. So, this track is actually good and does work very well in this release. I feel that he inspired himself on I've unit kind of music, because of the way the guitars are used, but nevertheless, I love this song. :)
aran, you son of a beautiful bitch. "Graces of Heaven" is Gracefully Gorgeous. He should change the name for "Gorgeous of Heaven". This track is simply amazing, his style is very original and amazing, specially when it goes down the mood and rises swiftly. 6 minutes of music, that you simply don't feel like it's 6 minutes. Maybe it is me, but I feel like that track is 3 or less. And then I feel that I need more of it.
"Summer Bitch Vs Cherry Boy", so suggestive and porno. XD Again, UBerserker have me on his side. This track is much more listenable then the Shitcore he made on HS6. This track is the typical RoughSketch playing and making fun on his sound. The track is good, but it's just more of the some ofl RoughSketch. Please! "Canibal Japs" raped my mind more times then this.
Now, kenta-v.ez.... with core mc... I would prefer... very much, if... someone just edited the versions of his sets and made a new track. The sets have a lot of cool and awesome sounding stuff that made this track wanted by everyone. But now that it was out and released... I don't like it that much... I like this track, but, not with the magic I felt in the sets. It is like if a children asks her mother a strawberry lollipop but the mother gives watermelon lollipop because he color is the same, and thinks the kid will not notice the difference because the color is the same. That is the problem with this track. A very different taste. Not the "Strawberry" I wanted.
"Latest Weapon" of DJ Myosuke is sick. In a very good way. Crossbreed is something very rare, when well done, to be listenable. This track has a huge amount of powerful tunes. Not only that, the most powerful track in here, in my opinion.
Noizenecio was born... genius for sure. "Basstone Laser" is another great approach for the ending of this album. The kicks are great and unique in this track. Though I admit I have a thing for these type of kicks. The track firstly introduce us into his world, then a fast chat of how it works, then you enter it. After you are inside you see and be amazed of his world. And Then.... Your mind just Fuck off with the heavy build up, kicks, whatever. 0.0 Not so melodic of track, it is much more of an angry beat track. After I listen to "Atomic Storm" I wait everything from this guy.
t+pazolite's "256 Secondz World Tour" is very Arabic-influenced. I almost could say that this track is a sequel to "Kick-ass Kung-fu Carnival" something in it makes me feel it's similar vibe. In another issue, I feel his influence on Ayako Saso style. t+pazolite was almost all good in the ending of all HS albums, but this one, I can risk say it is at level of HS5.
Conclusion.... HARDCORE SYNDROME 5 Continues at TOP. Honestly, I would changed album names. Speedball Gt should be HARDCORE SYNDROME 7, and HARDCORE SYNDROME 7 should be Speedball GT. Speedball was much more entirely epic and best in everything, compared to this one.
Aside that, the loss of Beetwixt & Between may have fucked up things on TANO*C. aran and DJ Myousuke were the best additions, not sure about Massive New Krew. I think no one will ever replace Beetwixt & Between in TANO*C has no one will get to his level in years.

SUPER SONIC !!

Was a very difficult album for me to swallow. Since hardstyle is the name concept in Massive Circlez, this compilation coming with the own artists styles, was something I was not really seeing it with good eyes.
Massive New Krew starts the album with "Take off !!" and it's intro plays damn well with that concept. It's awesome and I like it. :) The melody plays very smooth and well.
P*light's "TOKONATSU" did not really entered in my brain very well. Am I hearing P*light... P*light, or P*light... DJ Genki? 0.o. It is very similar, and this track does get on my nerves.
DJ Genki with "Pleasant", is like going back in time, to when I liked his style. This track is very much like his old tracks. When he used to play with the piano sounding thing for rhythms. The track is very enjoyable, and not boring, as I was expecting it to be.
Has some say "You asked for it"... Minamotoya comes back with what I missed from, "Sunrise Sunset" also made me go back in time, into old MINAMOTRANCE releases. This is trance hardcore, old Minamotoya style. I love this one a lot. The track has interesting points that can only be explained by listening it. The "trancish" beat is not irritating, and the synths have an awesome work. :D
"By My Side" from fang; played with vocal samples, it's Drum'&'Bass. :). It does have some good elements for calm moments of melody and some synths to help up the calm idea of the all track. This is not as bumpy as most of fang music. This one, despite being Drum'&'Bass, gives a bit of chill and
relaxing moment. The vocals also help to keep this track fresh all the way so we don't get sick of it. :)
"Let's not waste time" by USAO is probably the most Powerful track in here. Starting with heavy beat kick, I was like "Oh Fuck 0.0". There is an interesting mixture of eurodance synths sounding in it. This is a wonderful track. ;)
I have a thing for mermaids, I admit it to all of you, I love mermaids and all it's mythology.... and "Blue Mermaid", I would want to know her. DJ Noriken steals everyone's moment with this track. This is a very fresh result of whatever he might have been trying to work on. The evolution of his track is just EPIC and AMAZING. I wanna make love with this "Blue Mermaid". :D I am now in love with her.
Camellia is someone that most people, mighty like a lot, or just dislike. Camellia has an interesting vision of mixtures. His track here is sick... in every way.... 0.0. It starts a jazzy funky tune, and then you fall of your share when the dropping dubs start, and DAMN, those are freaking powerful dubs... 0.o. Still, the track is all mixed in a funny jazzy and funky style. But those DUBS..... THOSE DUBS:.......... 0_________0.
aran ..... "EXCALIBUR"... I am amazed. Again, his own style... which in fact I don't quite get sick of it. Perhaps because he also mix up some stuff, or.. he get's some really good innovative ideas on it. The beginning has a very trance like beat in the background, which I found it cool and interesting :p
Hommarju does not have the attention he should had. He is a bit like Noizenecio. Which track of him I don't like?---- I don't know I like everything I hear from. "HOTARU" is no exception. It gives me a lot of interesting images in my head.
And after I saw the album art with better eyes and saw the music titles, I came to the conclusion that this album is story. An adventure of that girl. (I presume)

Here is a quick resume:

The girl "Take off !!" on her car during "TOKONATSU" (Beginning of Summer), and she is "Pleasant" to give someone a ride for "Sunrise Sunset". While all that happen the person by her side ("By My Side") says "Let's not waste time". The girl might be the "Blue Mermaid", and suggests "wanna go to a beach". "Excalibur" might be the name of the other person, as at first I thought it was the her car model, (album art), but her car is Cadillac. So I take that they arrived at the beach and he said his name, and then, at night they watched "HOTARU" (fireflies :D)
Romantic shit :p I like it :p :D

Interesting review on HS7 Orie. But I feel like you and Berserker have a bias over the hardstyles. XD

I'm not much into reviews when it comes to music. I just simply can't describe it. But I'll try my best:

Goemon by kors k - I've had a liking for kors k's beatmania kind of style tracks and this somewhat fit that description. Like UBerserker said, it had a very japanese-y feel. Not bad but I didn't quite like the feel of the track. 3/5

Tempesta by REDALiCE - How should I say this.. Definitely REDALiCE style. I haven't listened to much of his tracks recently after HS6 but it's a good track coming from him. I think I'd listen to this over and over again if I gave it a chance. 3/5

Scrap Shortage by Ryu* - Keeping it short, this track for me was 'meh'. Then again I didn't really grow a liking for him. 2/5

Butterfly by P*Light - Aaahhh P*Light. Did I already mention that I absolutely love this guy? Happy hardcore is certainly my niche. The track was good, vocals good. It still keeps that happy atmosphere of the track like most of his music anyway. Still though, I'd wait for HappyMaker. 4/5

Signal by DJ Noriken - Alright, Noriken is an ok producer for me since he makes tracks alongside P*Light. But recently, his tracks has been somewhat repetitive. Seriously, I keep hearing that same intro in every track of his since Impulse of the Moment. Signal was kinda different though. Different intro this time but it's still distinctively Noriken style. 3/5

ALR1GHT by DJ SHIMAMURA - I'd have to agree with Orie on this one. This track does not belong here. If it comes from Shimamura, I'd rather stick to his latest solo album, MAX. This piece isn't bad though but still. 3/5

Pulse by Massive New Krew - I don't really like Hardstyle so I think it's better if I just don't comment about it. ?/?

LiMiT by USAO - USAO is great and all but it's also Hardstyle. I skip Hardstyle tracks. ?/?

Annihilation by Minamotoya - This track was... okay. I guess. It certainly had Minamotoya written all over it. I currently have a love hate thing for this track. Sometimes I like it sometimes I don't. It's gonna take some time to decide whether I like it or not. ?/5

My Dear by DJ Genki - Genki is also notorious in my list for his repetitiveness but this track... Different from the others so it was a good change of pace. Not to mention that those vocals. Hwooh. Killer. Definitely a change from his usual tracks. 5/5

Graces of Heaven by aran - I don't know what to say about this one. aran is definitely a favorite. This track was absolutely beautiful. I'm not into technicalities of the track but I just have to say that the feels of this piece of music! Gorgeous! 5/5

Summer Bitch vs Cherry Boy by RoughSketch - I don't really like the style so I'm skipped it as well. XD ?/?

ArmEd Bitch by kenta-v.ez. - Eh. Really. Hardstyle. ?/?

Latest Weapon by DJ Myosuke - Nope. Don't like it. ?/?

Basstone Laser by Noizenecio - sakon knows my sentiments about hardstyle and definitely about this guy. No review for you. ?/?

256 Secondz World Tour by t+pazolite - Not feeling it yet but the track is really 256 seconds. I think I'll give it another listen before I actually say something about this one. ?/5

Yeah. I think this is the first time I reviewed an album.

Great review Orie, now to critic it. I love opinions its what starts conversations and divisions. So express it and give some input. HS feels like a reunion, doesn't?

"Goemon" plays very well his job. The multiple build ups are awesome, and the song itself never kills itself with it's mood. One of my favorite tracks here.No. He can do better than this, its bland, not a pumper to prep you on a hardcore syndrome. 'Cycle' was better from HS6. It had identity, no more front lineup on HS, he lost that privilege from now on.

Following for "Tempesta" from REDALiCE; surprisingly good, and I can risk saying it does follow the last song good enough to keep you hyped on it. And one of the very few songs of I really weally like.REDALiCE I still like him, but it sounded like a rush tracked. Is it because he was busy in production and management for HS7 or club appearances? Who knows? Point is, its not good 'Rebirth' was much cooler.

"Scrap Shortage" it is good... But I think he has done better. I feel that this track more basic. :/My god what is wrong with this guy. He's going downhill since his last Plan8 album debut. Where's the happy hardcore? Where's his prime? Its not in his recent work, thats for sure.

Butterfly" is cool. The vocals feet well enough, and like always, as usual of P*Light, Happy . I like it very much, and it looks wonderful. I confess that sometimes P*Light has tracks that don't hit me, and other's that Hit Hard when he Bulls-eye me. XDI like this one too very cute work

This song is awesome, DJ Shima rocks it, midway has a sick beat. Love it!

The songs those have it's moments, the ending is what I much more fond of... but... hearing the song just because I like the ending is a waste of time.
...

Though this is good wroth it track, it is nowhere near the level of Epicness of "Switch".Crotch puns aside, composition is trully USAO work. He's missing some breakbeats that would have made an epic difference, shy in using it perhaps. Sounded more like a sequel to 'Project', which is a good compliment.

I feel that he inspired himself on I've unit kind of music, because of the way the guitars are used, but nevertheless, I love this song. ...

aran, you son of a beautiful bitch.
Aran I'll love any day. This song seems misplaced though like it should have belong in 'Desktop Universe'. aran rarely (from what I've heard) gets into 'hard' mode. His song 'Were Back' from HS6 was example of dark aran. This is what I wanted to see again in HS7 but he choose to be 'softer'. Its not bad just didn't fit here.

Please! "Canibal Japs" raped my mind more times then this.Dark Core. Not many will get into this, but I ♥ it, this is RoughSketch. To me it follows his 'Powerpill (RoughSketch bootleg)' which is my favorite. His mentality... mind-blowing. Nothing comes close to this freak :o

Not terrible work, but messy organization. 'New Stream' was more killer and AAA pounder. It seemed like a story.

t+pazolite's "256 Secondz World Tour" is very Arabic-influenced. I almost could say that this track is a sequel to "Kick-ass Kung-fu Carnival" something in it makes me feel it's similar vibe. In another issue, I feel his influence on Ayako Saso style. t+pazolite was almost all good in the ending of all HS albums, but this one, I can risk say it is at level of HS5.I respect t+pazolite, he's a samplermaster. He ventures weird styles and that's OK but, this one crosses the line. I gave it a couple more tries but Its just not a cool song, I love speed core but he's damaging the genre. Sounds harsh, but newcomer Kobaryo does a better job at this than him. Rep has been lowered.

Final thoughts: Hardcore Syndrome 7 was anticipated much to continue its new blend of 'hardcore' beats. Unfortunately the 'Syndrome' didn't catch on to due to lack of interest, I'll dare say. Knowing what these artists are capable of doing it feels to some end users like we've been jacked. To get to the point Hardcore Syndrome 6 sticked it harder than 7. There's nothing memorable of this album to listen. First few tracks make you question the purpose of life. Ending would have made you question why did you ask yourself the purpose in life. If you would have bought a copy of you'd ask yourself why you bought it in the first place, you'll remember the dissapointment from hearing how bad this case of 'syndrome' it turned out to be.

I don't have any bias over hardstyle. Hell I don't have any bias on a specific hard genre. USAO's song happened to be really damn good.

My god what is wrong with this guy. He's going downhill since his last Plan8 album debut. Where's the happy hardcore? Where's his prime? Its not in his recent work, thats for sure.

Plan 8 was his best album (or like, his only decent album) because he decided to do all different songs instead of putting horrible extensions of his BEMANI ones. The majority of people who know Ryu* since his appearance on IIDX despise a lot his Happy Hardcore (including me) because he keeps recycling the same damn crap so he throw away the "Happy" for now.
Ryu* did get one hell of an increasing hatedom in the time period between his 1st and 4th album. This came to a head with Plan 8 where he has finally changed direction. Now I don't know why both of his C84 songs are mediocre (however Scrap shortage is one of his best compositions barring that stupid ending) but Ryu* is lazy if you can't figure it out from the doujin side.
Overall he should stick to his HS track styles, or stuff like his "nm" series, Seiryu/Rairyu stuff or songs like I/O.

HS7 is still so DAMN GOOD but nah, I won't put it over SPEEDBALL GT.

Any chance we'll see an upload of 108 Sketches 3, Orie?

For what it's worth, I found Hardcore Syndrome okay. Was hoping for a bit more from of the usuals, but only really liked the tracks from aran and USAO. Which is all the more reason I want to hear some good, new tracks from t+pazolite!

Thank you, nice to hear someone honest saying that's its 'not great'. It doesn't take gifted ears to comprehend that HS7 work pretty much sucked. Curious to hear, would you preffer Hardcore Syndrome 6 over 7?

At this point in time, I'd have to pick 6 over 7. With tracks like "Stardust Lullaby", "Project", "wE AiN't", and "We're Back" being on there; which I've listened to many many times in the last year. But later on I can see some tracks off HS7 being listened to multiple times(see: "LiMiT", "ALR1GHT", and "Graces of Heaven")

Also biggest surprise for me this C84 was Alstroemeria Records - POP CULTURE. I hadn't listen to much from the artists on it before, but found myself grooving along with a lot of the tracks. The part that surprised me, I suppose, was how I didn't mind the use of vocals. Vocals tend to really kill some songs for me, but the tracks in PC are just so happy and fun that I can't help but find myself really absorbed into the whole thing.

Eh? Haha

Overall of all the albums I listened, HS7 and JSH3 are even on the top. With the latter having a huge edge for something.
