The last thing I made was IHOP pancakes, using this recipe. Buttermilk is a little strong tasting though. cookin' up north: IHOP pancake recipe (http://cookinupnorth.blogspot.com/2011/11/ihop-pancake-recipe.html)

Add some cinnamon and vanilla extract for more flavor.

I'm gonna attempt crabcakes next. I can make some good chicken gyros too.

Can of Campbell's Chunky Italian Wedding soup

One of the best iterations of this soup that I've tried. The beans make it great though it's not as good as the Campbell's Selects version (now defunct).

Had leftover breaded chicken tenderloins so I cut them up and made sandwiches. Added cheese, ranch dressing, and pepperoni.

A mushroom and swiss burger from Culver's. I don't eat here that often cause it's not that great, but it was right outside the movie theater since I seen a movie right before so it was close by and inexpensive. Wouldn't order it again.

A bowl of Wolf brand chili, two handfuls of Fritos and a glass of milk.
Oh and a "special" brownie for desert. :D

i have a recipe for gaining apetite. one tablespoon or high quality honey a teaspoon of high quality vinegar (i use balsamic vinegar), and a cup of warm water. stir and drink.

Breakfast: Apples, Banana Milkshake (with Ice Cream), Lau Lau, Rice, and a slice of Turkey Roll from Costco.

Venison Wellington with curry sauce.

For wellington, use traditional beef wellington recipe but replace beef with venison. To kick up the flavor, dust curry seasoning on the venison loin.

For curry, used curry blocks (cheap, but I'm lazy to make the roux), tossed in potato, carrots, and onion.

After wellington is done, layer the curry atop, and serve with steamed short grain white rice. Garnish with sauteed mushrooms.

When I went to Wisconsin Dells last month, there was a store selling chocolate covered bacon and tried it for the heck of it. It sounds like a wierd combo, but it's actually really good! Heh. Peanut butter cup flavored sounds even better.

Chicken marsala ravioli from Fazoli's. There was a hair in my food, so I told the manager about it, and she made me a new meal and refunded all of my money back. So I basically got a meal and a half for free! Pretty Sweet.

What makes it epic, is that aside from being delicious, the Mrs made it entirely from scratch, including the bun.

Yesterday I had crusty bread made with cranberries bits, pumpkin seeds and orange.

Last night I did grilled chicken wraps with black beans Peach-Pineapple salsa, cheddar cheese, fresh avocado with spanish rice.

Just had a shot of jelly bean flavored milk.

It definitely had a general jelly bean flavor to it. Sort of pepto bismol colored. Didn't taste as bad as I thought but I doubt I could drink an entire glass. Very thick too.

I can see this stuff being used in mixed drinks. Maybe shakes.

Also 2 apple&mango&pear puree packets.... they're marketed as a baby product, but nothing wrong with olders having them. They were about 15 days past expiry though, which affected their taste... should've finished them earlier.

And again some rice with beef mince.
That was pretty much like a log for today. All organic as always.

Homemade marinara sauce with baby bell peppers, onion and mushrooms diced and cooked in the slow cooker about five ours. Served with homemade italian sausage stuffed tortellini, and garlic bread.

Fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, green beans and squash casserole.

Shrimp rangoons, and orange chicken from China Moon. The shrimp rangoons were the best thing ever. Definitely beats my usual Chinese place I order from. The only downer is that it's 30 miles out of town.

Get 2 or 3 slices of bread (whole grains preferably), some cream cheese, as many ham and cheese slices as you want and make a sandwich intercalating them. Put in a "George Foreman-like" apparatus to melt :D

Best creamy garlic salad dressing ever! Got if from Dave's Italian Kitchen in Evanston, Illinois.
1 cup sour creme
1/4 cup mayonnaise (not that putrid Miracle Whip!)
2 or 3 cloves of finely grated garlic
A dash of lemon juice that doesn't come in a yellow squeeze bottle
1 tbs sugar
A dash of white pepper
Stir and let sit overnight.
WARNING: Do not plan on kissing anyone for at least 16 hours after eating.

Get a piece of chocolate cake and spread peanut butter on it. Goes nicely with a cup of cold milk

Just finished off a delicious ribeye for dinner. Cue to dead-bloated flop on the ground!

Progresso Potato & Bacon soup + 90 second Spanish rice.

Pizza Pop hot chicken wings flavor ... unpleasant sauce to say the least

Get some crackers (pairs) and spread mayonnaise on both sides. Get slices of ham and cheese and make "little sandwiches" with them. As you chew on them, the mayonnaise with ham and cheese will prevent the crackers to completely fall apart. Yummy :D
